Gorgeous 2BR/2BA partitioned (half of Wilmington island home - the owner's side will be vacant). You have access to a full beautiful kitchen and two living areas. The kitchen and sitting you offers sunset views over the Wilmington River along with an enormous yard overlooking the water where you'll see dolphin playing in the river, the most relaxing sunset & take in the nature sounds. Dock Access with Signed Waivers of Guests. Located across from the Savannah Country Club!

You will have access to the entire home.

Please note: You do NOT have access to the dock in the backyard. Failure to honor this will result in immediate termination of your stay. For access to the DOCK, you are REQUIRED to sign a waiver.

If you bring a boat, you are required to have pre-approval, provide registration and insurance.

This is a residential neighborhood along the water, so please respect our neighbors by not interacting with them outside as they are home for the day to relax. Our backyards do not have fences as not to block the view.

While we love animals, we are NOT pet friendly as we do not have a fence and our neighbors do have dogs that go out for walks on leashes.

There is no fence between our neighbor's yards. Please be respectful of this and their privacy.

We ask that you do not interact with the neighbors. This is a residential area and you just respect that the neighbors live here full time and are not interested in playing tour guide.

Please note: Waiver for dock entry/use must be signed by all occupants/guests prior to check in. A guest list with IDs must be provided to the manager.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

Friendship Coffee Company on Wilmington Island quaint and close. Bogeys cafe and mini golf was fun. Small menu but everything on it delicious(cuban sandwich my favorite). Our 1st VRBO experience. This time we figured it would make sense to split the difference. The house was perfect for what we wanted. It is small but laid out well with 2 BR upstairs, 2 full baths - 1 up 1 down. Two separate living rooms and an eat in kitchen for 4. There is a private backyard area we didn't get to take advantage of because it rained most of the time. About 15 minutes to North beach and 20 minutes to the Brady St garage. We had a car which is necessary as there is nothing really in walking distance. It's in a cul-de-sac of an ordinary (nice and quiet) neighborhood. Plenty of good food options on Wilmington Island within a few minutes along with a Publix that has everything you need for groceries/beer/wine. . Furniture was nice and comfortable. The beds feel newer - a bit on the firm side. Good AC and I think there was a ceiling fan in every room as well. Absolutely would stay again. The owner was lovely to communicate with."

Lighted tennis courts within walking distance. 12 miles from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. Completely renovated. All new appliances (all electric - not gas burning), systems, furnishings. Beds have luxury linens and excellent mattresses. 60 inch Samsung flat screen. Comcast cable with premium channels and 75 MBS internet connection.

We do allow dogs -NOT cats due to family member's allergy- but require that you confirm with us that they are on flea control. Located on Wilmington Island. 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah, 15 minutes from Tybee Island beaches – but not sure why you would ever want to leave this view! Beautiful view of Half Moon River across the marsh to Wassau Sound, barrier islands and ocean beyond. We are renting to you the bottom floor of our vacation home which has its own separate entrances and is completely separate from the upstairs. Master bedroom with water view has a king bed, flat screen TV. Second bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV. Sitting area has two large sofas and another flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen (all electric -no gas appliances). Swimming pool with lounge chairs and view of the water. Gas grill and covered outside eating area. Two docks. The long dock, a 900 foot walk out to the deep water river, is a wonderful spot to fish, catch crabs or watch for dolphins. Great private outdoor shower also. You are welcome to bring your boat - public boat ramp or marina is 3 miles by land or 8 miles by water. From the house it is 4 miles by water to beaches and sand bars accessible only by boat. 4 more miles will bring you to the south end of Tybee where you can dock at restaurants such as A.J.'s and the Crab Shack. Bought this home because of the privacy, amazing view and the easy access to the ocean and barrier islands. So fun to go out to spend the day on the sandbars or explore the tidal creeks. Then at home, sit and watch the egrets and great blue herons in the tidal marsh. Because of the 8 foot tidal swing, the view is always changing. We have outdoor cameras viewing the front and back yards. There are NO indoor cameras.

We are located on Wilmington Island between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island Beach. The max occupancy is for 2 people only. It is a beautifully decorated 410 sq ft renovation. Self check in. Private nook inside fenced area on a cute little creek with own parking(one car only), fire pit (one fire log upon request) , & patio with lounge chairs & misting fan & your own pool entrance. The pool is a sand filter, not chlorine. You will likely see sand debris on the bottom but it's mostly from the beach. The deck on the creek has a grill (charcoal for one meal upon request) & a dining table. The unit has a 56" TV (Wifi/Roku)and work desk. There are a couple of games along with a full size Wilmington Island checker board. We have super soft towels and sheets, comfy queen bed with an extra pillow & blanket. The ac/ heat is self controlled, please no lower than 72 & keep doors & windows closed to keep it from freezing up. The washer & dryer can only hold a 4 jeans load size. There is a bluetooth sound system via bathroom light. The kitchenette has a full apt size fridge, convection cook top(cast iron provided for it) microwave, large toaster oven, Keurig & coffee, toaster, with all the appropriate cookware, mixing bowls, etc. supplied. There's also an extra stored rolling countertop & extra storage in the kitchen cabinets. For your pleasure there is an under the sink water purifier filter system installed, no water bottles needed. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella & beach towels, all provided upon request. Please return to avoid fees. Anything that is needed, we live on the property and are usually always here, just ask/text. Absolutely no smoking in apt; there is a designated smoking area on the deck. Sorry, but this property is NOT kid friendly, and it is definitely NOT stroller or wheelchair friendly. Pet limit is 2 under 25lbs $100 per pet for staying longer than one week. $75 under one week. Shedding extra fee. Refundable deposit is $500 due to previous guests taking advantage. These are not adhered to you will be asked to leave the property.
Please follow parking instructions that will be provided. A luggage yard cart is available inside the gate; please return it where you got it and secure the gate after. Lock code and check-in instructions given on the day of arrival. Please reread them thoroughly. When checking out, please put all towels over the shower, trash all bagged up & ice trays filled. This unit is a retired retro hair salon, with Marilyn Monroe and Elvis showcased, & retro mid-century design, that has been newly renovated into a vacation studio with it's retro essence remaining. We're located exactly between Tybee Island Beach and downtown Savannah, 10 minutes each way. Making it ideal to visit both easily. Your kitchenette provides enough for you to enjoy whatever your liking. It has a retro fridge, a cooking combo oven, griddle & coffee pot, also retro, & retro mini blender. Condiments are provided. The faucet is set up with an under counter water filter system. No need for water bottles. There is plenty of storage under the bed & also baskets. A dresser & cabinet for unpacked items, a hanging rack with hangers is provided along with a stream iron. A stool for short people like me, a cabinet for bathroom items & a shower shaving stool - it's easiest to use placing it close to the curtain. Also a small first aid kit but if more is needed just ask. Plus a fire extinguisher, of course. Our neighborhood is very quiet & close to all popular locations, grocery, Bank, bars, restaurants, shopping, nail salons, CBD/THC store, post office, dentist, urgent care, liquor stores & all can realistically be walked to. Except for Walmart, it's a 3-5 minute drive. Anything needed, we're available, just text or call, our #'s given in check-in instructions. Sorry no pets.

Wilmington Island is unique in that it sits 15 minutes to either Downtown Savannah or Tybee Island Beach. Space for 2 vehicles to park.

Please be aware that the driveway connects to a larger home behind it.

All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals.

Nestled on a preserved 1/4 acre of native land, our cottage is surrounded by lush trees, palm trees, and other indigenous vegetation.

Built in 2024, this cottage stands out as the coolest and most unique house on the street, if not in the entire county.

Despite its size of just under 900 square feet, it boasts a spacious look and feel that belies its actual dimensions. We've incorporated thoughtful details that we believe are important for our guests' comfort, such as outlets with smart charging capabilities, a light-up bathroom mirror with a defogger, floating nightstands, a smart TV, an electric fireplace, a 12-foot sloped ceiling, an EV charger, and more.

Located halfway between the charming Historic Downtown Savannah and the lively beaches of Tybee Island, both about 7 miles away, our cottage offers a convenient base. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants for added convenience, although none are within walking distance, as this is strictly a residential neighborhood.

The 65” TV is a smart TV with a variety of apps that you can easily access using your own accounts.

Our tranquil neighborhood island is perfect for bike rides or leisurely strolls, providing a safe and secure environment away from major traffic.

There are 2 exterior cameras on the property. These cameras are in operation and record continuously. One camera, the Video Doorbell, is located at the front door, and the other camera, monitors the driveway. The presence of these cameras is to ensure safety and security. It records the entire time of your stay. We have it because some guests try to bring more people onto the property. This is not a home for parties or events of any kind. Only the number of people listed in the reservation are permitted on the property or in the house. Failure to comply will result in your reservation being cancelled. We do not allow guests to bring guests or visitors. And we do not it allow anyone who resides within 45 miles of Savannah to reserve our place.

Guests will need a vehicle as there are no businesses or major attractions within walking distance (2 miles.).

This charming 2 bedroom guest house has a king bed in each bedroom, 1 bathroom with an antique clawfoot tub and a separate shower. The living room has a large flat screen smart tv and two small tvs in the bedrooms. This property is not too big and not too small..in fact at 1/3 of an acre, it's just right. Located on the peaceful and safe Talahi Island, the neighborhood is perfect for a 5k run or bike ride; solo or with the family!

Just 15 min in either direction, you can either be dining downtown at Collin's Corner (one of our fav's!) or be resting in a beach chair with your toes in the sand. Don't forget to grab some sunscreen and beach supplies located in the laundry room :)

Guests will be able to access the house in it's entirety *except* for the garage where there is maintenance storage. Please enjoy the patio and backyard playground at your leisure!
Other things to note
The property line ends at the back of the playground. Please do not venture beyond the small tree line onto the neighbor's front yard. If you do, you will be trespassing!

In efforts to be very clear, here is a list of our house rules!

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a ring security camera on-site. Our exterior cameras record all activities. and we are able to see if people additional to your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.

NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL: This includes e-cigarettes, marijuana, or vapors

NO Pets of any kind, no exceptions

NO Excessive guests: If you bring more people into the home than are listed in the reservation there is a $50 per person per each 24 hour period (or any portion thereof) fee. You agree to pay us this amount by accepting the house rules.

This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

When you arrive at our location you will be able to park for free in the driveway! Please ensure that all cars brought to the unit are parked in the driveway so as to ensure you do not block our neighbors.

You will access the home via a private entrance located at the front of the unit and directly facing the main street. The door features a keypad mounted to the side of it (code provided prior to check-in) for easy entry. Upon entering the space, you will find a living room in front with a hallway running on the left-hand side of it. The living room hosts a large, 4K Smart TV for high-definition viewing! Additionally, the sofas featured in the living room provide an incredibly comfortable location to relax after the day.

This hallway running on the left hand-side of the living room leads back to the bathroom and bedrooms. Moving down the hallway you will find the guest bathroom on the left hand-side. In, the bathroom you will find a hair dryer as well as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner! The first bedroom on the right hand-side will be the guest bedroom with a full-size bed located in it. It also has a desk that is perfect for a work from home situation! Moving past that, towards the end of the hallway you will find two bedrooms on either side. The bedroom on the right hand-side is the second guest bedroom with a queen size bed and full closet. The bedroom on the left hand-side is the main bedroom with a king size bed, full closet, and personal, full bathroom. Both bedrooms feature noise cancelling/blackout curtains to ensure a good night’s rest! The personal bathroom in the main bedroom here also comes with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner!

Coming back to the start of the hallway, further to the left you will find the dining area and the kitchen. The dining area features a small, four-seater dining table and an intimate light fixture. Going through the dining room and to the right is the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with an electric kettle, French Press, Keurig Machine, Ground Coffee & K-Cups (both are free to use during your stay!), fridge-freezer combo, and plenty of counter space. Also included, you will find cookware and all the dishes necessary for enjoying your meal – whether home cooked or delivered (check out my Guidebook on this listing to see all my favorite spots in Savannah and Tybee Island)!

In between the dining room and the kitchen is a door that leads out to the garage. Inside the garage you will find a ping pong table and corn hole setup. The Wilmington Island weather almost always calls for corn hole! At the back of the garage, you will find a door that leads out to the patio where a charcoal BBQ grill can be found. Guests are responsible for bringing their own charcoal as well as cleaning off the grill if you decide to use it. Please be courteous to the next family that might want to use it! Past the patio, the backyard has been set up with Adirondack chairs around the firepit. Please note, use of the firepit in a safe and controlled manner is fully incumbent on the guest. Use of the fire pit is acknowledgement that the guest knows how to and will operate the firepit in a safe and deliberate manner. If you do not know how to use a fire pit safely, please don’t do so!

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the house and backyard. A keypad next to the front door allows for easy entry (code provided prior to check-in). Additionally, there is the option to utilize a digital key instead of a code via the August App. If you would like to be set up with one please reach out before your arrival!

Please keep in mind that Wilmington Island Retreat is in a family community, as such please be courteous to neighbors on noise levels. Most importantly please be courteous to neighbors about their property and respect their privacy. Welcome to our Wilmington Island getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 10 and is perfect for family and friends. Enjoy essential amenities, including a cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming sunroom. We're just minutes from dining, coffee shops, and groceries, and only 15 minutes to downtown and Tybee Island! Free Wi-Fi is included. We provide both professional and real-time images from our cleaning team, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. We can't wait to host you!

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Upon entry, left of the entryway are the kitchen and dining rooms, and straight ahead is the living room. Our galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and dinnerware! Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for 6. Through the dining room is the living room- a couch, loveseat, oversized chair, futon, SmartTV, and foosball table complete this space. Off the living room is the sunroom, complete with patio furniture. Right off the front door are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom is the master with two queen beds, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom is easily accessible between all bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. Head outside to enjoy the fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and charcoal grill!
