Gorgeous 2BR/2BA partitioned (half of Wilmington island home - the owner's side will be vacant). You have access to a full beautiful kitchen and two living areas. The kitchen and sitting you offers sunset views over the Wilmington River along with an enormous yard overlooking the water where you'll see dolphin playing in the river, the most relaxing sunset & take in the nature sounds. Dock Access with Signed Waivers of Guests. Located across from the Savannah Country Club!

This is a residential neighborhood along the water, so please respect our neighbors by not interacting with them outside as they are home for the day to relax. Our backyards do not have fences as not to block the view.

While we love animals, we are NOT pet friendly as we do not have a fence and our neighbors do have dogs that go out for walks on leashes.

There is no fence between our neighbor's yards. Please be respectful of this and their privacy.

We ask that you do not interact with the neighbors. This is a residential area and you just respect that the neighbors live here full time and are not interested in playing tour guide.

Please note: Waiver for dock entry/use must be signed by all occupants/guests prior to check in. A guest list with IDs must be provided to the manager.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

Two separate living rooms and an eat in kitchen for 4. There is a private backyard area we didn't get to take advantage of because it rained most of the time. About 15 minutes to North beach and 20 minutes to the Brady St garage. We had a car which is necessary as there is nothing really in walking distance. It's in a cul-de-sac of an ordinary (nice and quiet) neighborhood. Plenty of good food options on Wilmington Island within a few minutes along with a Publix that has everything you need for groceries/beer/wine. . Furniture was nice and comfortable. The beds feel newer - a bit on the firm side. Good AC and I think there was a ceiling fan in every room as well. Absolutely would stay again. The owner was lovely to communicate with."

Lighted tennis courts within walking distance. 12 miles from downtown Savannah or Tybee Island. Completely renovated. All new appliances (all electric - not gas burning), systems, furnishings. Beds have luxury linens and excellent mattresses. 60 inch Samsung flat screen. Comcast cable with premium channels and 75 MBS internet connection.

We do allow dogs -NOT cats due to family member's allergy- but require that you confirm with us that they are on flea control. Located on Wilmington Island. 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah, 15 minutes from Tybee Island beaches – but not sure why you would ever want to leave this view! Beautiful view of Half Moon River across the marsh to Wassau Sound, barrier islands and ocean beyond. We are renting to you the bottom floor of our vacation home which has its own separate entrances and is completely separate from the upstairs. Master bedroom with water view has a king bed, flat screen TV. Second bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV. Sitting area has two large sofas and another flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen (all electric -no gas appliances). Swimming pool with lounge chairs and view of the water. Gas grill and covered outside eating area. Two docks. The long dock, a 900 foot walk out to the deep water river, is a wonderful spot to fish, catch crabs or watch for dolphins. Great private outdoor shower also. You are welcome to bring your boat - public boat ramp or marina is 3 miles by land or 8 miles by water. From the house it is 4 miles by water to beaches and sand bars accessible only by boat. 4 more miles will bring you to the south end of Tybee where you can dock at restaurants such as A.J.'s and the Crab Shack. Bought this home because of the privacy, amazing view and the easy access to the ocean and barrier islands. So fun to go out to spend the day on the sandbars or explore the tidal creeks. Then at home, sit and watch the egrets and great blue herons in the tidal marsh. Because of the 8 foot tidal swing, the view is always changing. We have outdoor cameras viewing the front and back yards. There are NO indoor cameras.

The views are amazing here, marsh, creeks, and The Johnny Mercer Bridge( very quite and serene). Close to local restaurants and dining, art and culture, parks, marina, golf course. You’ll love our place, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, and the neighborhood. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We are located on Wilmington Island between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island Beach. The max occupancy is for 2 people only. It is a beautifully decorated 410 sq ft renovation. Self check in. Private nook inside fenced area on a cute little creek with own parking(one car only), fire pit (one fire log upon request) , & patio with lounge chairs & misting fan & your own pool entrance. The pool is a sand filter, not chlorine. You will likely see sand debris on the bottom but it's mostly from the beach. The deck on the creek has a grill (charcoal for one meal upon request) & a dining table. The unit has a 56" TV (Wifi/Roku)and work desk. There are a couple of games along with a full size Wilmington Island checker board. We have super soft towels and sheets, comfy queen bed with an extra pillow & blanket. The ac/ heat is self controlled, please no lower than 72 & keep doors & windows closed to keep it from freezing up. The washer & dryer can only hold a 4 jeans load size. There is a bluetooth sound system via bathroom light. The kitchenette has a full apt size fridge, convection cook top(cast iron provided for it) microwave, large toaster oven, Keurig & coffee, toaster, with all the appropriate cookware, mixing bowls, etc. supplied. There's also an extra stored rolling countertop & extra storage in the kitchen cabinets. For your pleasure there is an under the sink water purifier filter system installed, no water bottles needed. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella & beach towels, all provided upon request. Please return to avoid fees. Anything that is needed, we live on the property and are usually always here, just ask/text. Absolutely no smoking in apt; there is a designated smoking area on the deck. Sorry, but this property is NOT kid friendly, and it is definitely NOT stroller or wheelchair friendly. Pet limit is 2 under 25lbs $100 per pet for staying longer than one week. $75 under one week. Shedding extra fee. Refundable deposit is $500 due to previous guests taking advantage. These are not adhered to you will be asked to leave the property.
Please follow parking instructions that will be provided. A luggage yard cart is available inside the gate; please return it where you got it and secure the gate after. Lock code and check-in instructions given on the day of arrival. Please reread them thoroughly. When checking out, please put all towels over the shower, trash all bagged up & ice trays filled. Lots of entertainment options including an LED shuffleboard (with a bowling option), board games, sound system, 3 QLED TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in each master suite), fully lit patio with Adirondack chairs and a charcoal grill (will need to purchase charcoal while at the store picking out what you want to grill).

The kitchen is equipped with most things you would need including grill tools, baking tools, and more. Enjoy black stainless steel appliances throughout the house all 2 years old or less. New large sink with a garbage disposal makes cleaning up after dinner a breeze.
