Thank you for taking your time to take a look at our villa. It is part of the Cedar Reef Villas and the unit number is D102 - Oceanfront - 2 minute walk across the boardwalk to the beach - only dunes between the villa and the beach.

We completely renovated this unit in 2014 and just completed another remodel in January 2022. The bedroom now has a king size bed and new furniture throughout the villa. We provide our guests with Luxury Pure Egyptian Cotton Sheets, Luxury Egyptian Cotton White Towels, His and Her bathrobes and lots of little necessity items that make your stay comfortable.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, dish washer soap, kitchen towels, waffle maker, toaster, pots and pans, griddle pan, crock pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, a pantry with organic coconut oil and other oils as well as salt, pepper and other spices. We also provide sugar and sweetener.

Our condo is one of only two units features a double wide balcony - one extra large outdoor living room, as we call it. You can enjoy beach living to the fullest.

We also added ceiling fans in living room and bedroom which are not standard in Cedar Reef Villas.

We also provide beach towels and beach chairs.

Cable TV and Free Wifi high speed internet are also provided for you to enjoy.

A nice touch is our TV stand which is an electrical fire place to give you a comfy / cozy feel when there is a cold day or you can use it without the heat. The villa has heat and air conditioning throughout.

Please note, that the condo only sleeps 2 people and the maximum occupancy is 2 per our policy. We do not have additional sleeping arrangements in our place.

As much as we all love our fur babies but unfortunately at the Cedar Reef Villas, renters are not allowed to bring their pets. Therefore we have a "no pet policy".

As a short term rental host we are legally allowed to use various surveillance devices to protect our property on the outside. There are 2 cameras installed at the villa. One is located at the front door of the property and one is installed at the backside / balcony of the property. Harbor Island is a private island with 24/7 security in place and a very safe place to be. Those 2 cameras protect our guests and ensure policies are followed.

- "This beach front villa condo really made our vacation perfect. Light seashore colors, tastefully artistic, but not excessively decorated. The kitchen offered all utensils and cook/bakeware we needed. Very clean and well-cared for. We observed the no lights shining after dark- (for the turtles) And also participated in one of the sunrise excursions with the Harbor Island Turtle program and got to witness a baby loggerhead making its first trip out to sea! I loved browsing thru the nice selection of Coastal Living and Veranda magazines while relaxing on the balcony with the amazing views of the Carolina coastal plant life, well-placed boardwalks and tbe ocean. As described, this being an end unit, the side windows brought uplifting light and gorgeous palm trees as a backdrop to the dining and living room. The pools, Turtle's Nest gift shop and lunch offerings were terrific, and the local residents were very welcoming and hospitable (which isnt always the case when you are a summer renter in other resort communities). The living area and the bedroom offer separate entries to the deck, but the deck itself serves as one big continuous porch offering two new (2018) POLYWOOD® Adirondack chairs and love seat, a new POLYWOOD® table with 4 PVC chairs, and a PVC lounge. This pristine condominium is conveniently located on the first floor with direct access to the beach. You can sit on the porch and listen to the waves gently crash against the shore as you watch the shrimp boats go by.

This condominium is ideal for a single or a couple, but can easily accommodate a family of 4. It has charming accessories and quality you need is here, but it is NOT overly crowded with either furnishings or decorative items. You will have plenty of room. Decorated throughout in a relaxing color palette, the soft coastal tones of aqua and sandy beige are punctuated with watery blues and bright whites creating a tranquil space filled with light from the two sets of sliding doors.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed your comfort, and offers a full en suite bath. The bedroom has direct access to the porch and a lovely view across the dunes to the ocean. We had family camping at Hunting island so wanted a place nearby. 5minutes! loved having a park pass included for a day at the state park. One day our family came to hang with us and take a beach break pool hopping. Susan was a great host! answered questions quickly, including letting property know about a broken step leading to beach. It was fixed by the next morning. This was our couldn't believe there were 105 turtle nests on the island! Missed watching any hatch though. first trip to this area but Will definitely be back!"

Welcome to villa M318 on Harbor Island. This 2 bedroom 2 bath corner villa provides an open floor plan that is bright and spacious. Located on the third floor, so there are some stairs to get in. All new interior paint enliven this great villa with expansive ocean views. The corner location provides more windows, more light, more privacy and panoramic views. The spacious living area features a sofa and love seat, armless side chair with side tables, cable TV with DVD player, 42' flat screen, and stereo radio/CD player.
It opens onto a deck with fabulous ocean and pool views. This is a very light and bright villa, with numerous large windows inviting the sun and views, including a direct ocean view from the living/dining area. A wireless high speed Internet connection means you can sit on your deck and watch the shrimp boats go by.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and tableware, full refrigerator and stove, microwave, new dishwasher and new cabinets. There is a full washer and dryer in the kitchen for your convenience. The dining area provides seating for 6 with additional seating at the counter.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, two windows for ample natural light, ocean view, plenty of storage, ceiling fan and cable TV. The master bedroom and the adjacent full bath can be closed off to make a private suite or left open for access from the main hallway by other guests.

The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, cable television, ceiling fan, and an attached private bath. Prime location and beautiful views! This villa includes the use of two pools, one right behind the building and the Beach and Racquet Club just a block away. Harbor Island offers a quiet setting with 2.5 miles of natural beach with a gentle slope. Wrapped by the Harbor River, Saint Helena Sound, the Atlantic Ocean, and Johnson’s Creek, the vistas are always changing.

Designated an Audubon Important Bird Area, Harbor Island is home and host to a myriad of bird life including nesting egrets in the lagoon areas where you can sometimes glimpse a gator. Fishing is allowed from the beach, and the Island has a crabbing dock. Right across the Harbor River Bridge, Gay Seafood brings in fresh fish and shrimp. If you’d rather have the cooking done for you, The Shrimp Shack is just across the street from Gay’s. A long local tradition, it serves up mainly fried fresh seafood and simple fare available for takeout or to eat there on the picnic tables.

Less than a quarter mile in the other direction is another long established casual restaurant, Johnson’s Creek Tavern, known locally as JCT. A combination bar and restaurant, you will find people of every age there enjoying meals or drinks indoors or on the outside decks, or listening to the live music occasionally offered. Many other restaurant options ranging from fast food to fine dining are available on nearby Saint Helena Island, Lady’s Island, and in Beaufort.
Beaufort itself is 14 miles from Harbor Island (you will pass right through on your way to the Island). A charming historic town, you can easily spend a day or two just exploring the downtown historic and the Bay Street area shopping district, strolling the waterfront park that stretches along the Intracoastal Waterway, browsing art galleries and taking in a horse and carriage ride or perhaps a dolphin watching cruise on the Beaufort River."

- "This two bedroom, two full bath condo is next to heaven. The layout is thoughtful and has plenty of space for privacy. I loved that it had a small washer/dryer in the unit and the kitchen was well stocked. This condo is on the 3rd floor so you will get your steps for the week which was fine for us. I recommend getting your groceries delivered from Publix! Couches were new, the beds were comfortable, and the porch was wonderful to watch the sunrise and dolphins in the morning! Highly recommend this condo!"

- "If you're looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway, this is the place for you! When you first walk in, the view greets you, just like the photos show. There is a boardwalk along the deck that connects to the longer boardwalk that takes you to the beach. Your feet don't have to get sandy if you don't want them too! The property has great storage, the kitchen and two bathrooms are new and beautiful. The bed is comfortable. And the kitchen has everything you need. It's gray to have the washer and dryer handy, and the coffee pot allows you to choose individual cups or full pots. We enjoyed the Park Pass that was included, and also drove down the road a bit past the park to watch the sunset at the Marsh Boardwalk, though sunrise and sunset are beautiful from the condo as well! We also thoroughly enjoyed the walk at Cypress Wetlands. So many beautiful birds! The entire property is quiet and calm. There is a gated entrance and a guard that greets you every time. You could hear upstairs neighbors walking around some, but it didn't bother us. We took one day to travel into Charleston (2 hour drive) and enjoyed a horse carriage history tour, which was fantastic! Being from a big city, we were more interested in a quiet stay with a great view, and this was just what we needed. Thank you!"
