This unique loft style recreational vehicle is the perfect home base for your trip to the Richmond Hill, Savannah area. With a cozy bedroom featuring a Olympic queen bed, a fully equipped bathroom with a large shower and tankless (endless)hot water heater. Additional spaces like a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and two lofts, one is large with a Olympic queen bed and a electric fireplace, one small loft with a twin bed. The site has a large riverside deck with a grill, table and seating, the modern kitchen has a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo, oversized refrigerator/freezer. The RV has two overhead ACs in the living area and we added a mini split AC/heat pump in the master bedroom for the utmost in comfort. Guests will find this RV a wonderful retreat and in a great location, just minutes off of I95 and close to shopping and restaurants and less than 30 minutes to Historic Downtown Savannah. Couch has a pull out bed. Bed room and living room ACs. Central heat. Kings Ferry RV Resort is on the Ogeechee River, Dock access/use is included, With boat ramp on property. We are about 20 mins from downtown Savannah and mins to Shopping, Groceries and Restaurants. Site offers a spacious private deck right on the river.

The dock was damaged during the recent hurricane and is not available for use.

House Rules:
Must be 25 or older to book.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.

Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8am. Guests may be asked to keep noise levels down, especially if there are nearby neighbors.

No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of $1000.

Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside or outside the house is prohibited. A fine of $500 will be charged for any violation of this rule.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. There will be an additional charge of $25 per night for each extra guest.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.

Pets are allowed not more than 50lbs, a maximum of 2 pets can be allowed as long as both weights are not more than 50lbs combined. No cats allowed.

Kindly disclose to the host if you will bring a pet since there's a pet fee of $100/pet.

No cats, no vicious dog breeds, no puppies.

No pets on furniture. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and the cost of repairs.

The host reserves the right to restrict certain breeds or types of pets from being brought to the house. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will asked to vacate the property without any refund.

Guests must ensure that their pets do not create a nuisance or disturbance to the neighbors, and must keep their pets under control and on a leash/crate when outside the house.

Please be sure to pick up after your pet each time. We do have a $500 fine for having to remove droppings from the yard during or after your stay.

Guests are not allowed to move the furniture under any circumstances. Please be advised that moving the furniture will result in a penalty of $250.
