Things to know prior to booking:
-Apartment is attached to main home, occupied by a family with young children. The space is apartment style, so you can expect to hear our family during the day ,especially in the mornings. This space is not recommended if you intend to sleep or work in a quiet space during the daytime.
-Apartment has private entrance access, without access to main home for maximum security for both parties.
-The apartment is located on an elevated floor plan. Guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs to access apartment. This space is not handicapped accessible.

A note about well water:
Our water comes from a well and is treated with an advanced Evolve water purification system. It's clean, safe for drinking, showering, and daily use, and free from typical well water odors as much as possible. We regularly test it to ensure its quality.
However, if you're very sensitive to well water or find its hardness bothersome, this may not be the right place for you. For pure drinking and cooking water, there is a separate faucet with reverse osmosis filtration.
Guest Access:
As the only guest on the property, you'll have all the privacy and tranquility you need to unwind and recharge. The property is self-check-in, and hosts live on-premises and are happy to help you with anything you need during your stay.

We have two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. That's two Queen beds total. There is also a couch for an extra place to sleep, if needed.
This is a rural area with well water that goes through a state of the art water purification system. Although completely safe to drink, bathe, and cook with, if you are finicky about well water smells when drinking from the faucet, please bring water bottles with you. We will have a starter pack of water bottles available upon your arrival in the refrigerator.
Hosts live on premises in a separate living area upstairs above the listing, and are available to help you with anything you may need during your stay.

We love and welcome your well-trained and house-broken fur babies! Up to two cats or dogs, 50 lbs and under only will be accepted. Name, breed, color, and vaccination records will be collected upon check-in. We charge an additional $100 pet fee for each month for one pet, $125 for two pets + a refundable $150 pet deposit for any damages.
