The home is ~10 minutes by car to the airport, the N. Charleston Coliseum & Credit One Stadium (Daniel Island). ~30 min. drive to the beaches!

The space is cozy, eclectic, fun and makes anyone feel right at home. We hear this weekly about the unit and are proud to have a space others feel instantly comfortable in. The entire unit was renovated and prepared for the specific purpose of being a short-term rental so it has just about everything one could need on a trip to the coast of South Carolina. We think you will love it!

-Guest access-
Guests will have access to the entire UNIT B of the property as well as the connected parking spaces and backyard for that unit. My wife and I work out of town quite a bit, but UNIT A is where we call home.

PARKING (PAY ATTENTION):
There is a gravel parking spot 10 feet to the left of the UNIT B front door. This gravel spot is on the right side of the big oak tree and is marked with a big orange cone. PLEASE make sure you are parked on the VRBO property and NOT in the neighbor's driveway. If you don't see an orange cone directly in front of you, you are in the wrong gravel spot.

In addition, you can park on the long grass strip along the road in front of the house as well as the large parking pad on the corner of Bethany and O'hear.

All of these listed areas (gravel spot w/ orange cone, strip of grass in front of house, parking pad on corner of street) are FREE parking for the VRBO.

PLEASE just make sure to not park in the yard, the neighbors gravel spot or block any sidewalks. When you arrive, PLEASE double check that you are parked correctly. Thank you in advance!

Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches (10 minutes to the airport, 12 minutes to the North edge of downtown, and 15-20 minutes to the beaches at Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms, to be more precise). Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization and was named the “Brooklyn of South Carolina” by Thrillist.

Park Circle is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas, even its own disc golf course. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a CrossFit or yoga class at Locomotion Fitness, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard nominated) wine bar and try some of our awesome local restaurants. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of the Charleston area. Other than the occasional train horn, we think you will find the neighborhood peaceful and quiet.

- "We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is very close to Park Circle. Everything was clean, and the decor was nice and updated. House has everything you need. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Would recommend and return!" - "This property was perfect for my teen daughter and I as we stayed in the area for a dance competition in North Charleston. As we were staying for 5 nights, I wanted to stay somewhere with more room and in a more “happening” area. Park Circle is a very vibrant community…wish I would have had more free time while visiting! We walked to get ice cream one night and noticed there was quite a few restaurants we were bummed we didn’t get to. The location of this house is across from some construction happening, but either there’s a pause in the work or they worked during the day while we were gone - never heard a thing. The apartments across the street look a little worse for wear, but this area seems to be family-friendly and full of young people. There is a train that comes by in the morning, but the owners have provided noise machines in each bedroom. The house was appointed very nicely and was very clean. The beds and pillows are firm, not sure if that’s good or bad the majority. There was eco-friendly items in the house, such as laundry detergent sheets; huge bonus in my eyes. No dishwasher, but this house isn’t big enough for a large family anyways so it’s probably not necessary…we ate out most of the time too. Also, I need to mention when the wifi went down, the owners not only responded right away, but fixed it right away too! I would definitely recommend this home any day to anyone looking for a North Charleston/Park Circle home!"

Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, our house is an ideal place to stay when visiting the Charleston area for work or play. Park Circle is a friendly, eclectic neighborhood conveniently located a short drive from the airport, downtown Charleston, and the beaches (10 minutes to the airport, 12 minutes to the North edge of downtown, and 15-20 minutes to the beaches at Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms, to be more precise). Our diverse and open-minded neighborhood is experiencing an exciting revitalization and was named the “Brooklyn of South Carolina” by Thrillist.

Park Circle is an easily walkable area peppered with several parks, green spaces, and outdoor recreational areas, even its own disc golf course. Walk to the Farmer’s Market on Thursdays, take in a CrossFit or yoga class at Locomotion Fitness, or pick up some craft beers at the Brew Cellar. Be sure to visit Stems and Skins, our friendly neighborhood (James Beard nominated) wine bar and try some of our awesome local restaurants. You can walk or bike to Riverfront Park, located just outside of Park Circle on the Cooper River. Riverfront Park is home to the High Water Music Festival, hosts many other concerts and festivals throughout the year, and is a great spot for a picnic. The neighborhood is encircled by train tracks that service Charleston’s port. The trains can create a fun memory for children; however, if you think the noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying in a different part of the Charleston area. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You can walk to the river at the end of the street or put in a small boat/kayak at the next street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so its not flawless. It's simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's just a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack dab in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).

Great house for Couples, Families, Friends, Perfect for long or short term, work or play.

The 1st bedroom has a king size-sized bed, the other room has two twin beds that can be pushed together at guest's request to form an almost king (a few inches shorter than a standard king).

The space is a two bedroom, one bath apartment located on the 2nd floor of our home. The apartment has its own private entrance, a full kitchen, and a cozy living room.

Guests will be given a unique access code that will serve as your key to come and go as you please. No need to worry about keeping track of any keys!

Just downstairs from the apartment is a covered porch with a lounge area and hightop table. This space is shared since it leads out to the backyard but we will do our best to provide guests with space to enjoy this area day or night. You'll also have full access to the backyard!

The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, a closet and a window with a view out to the large backyard.

The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a closet available for guests to unpack or just hide away their luggage.

The bathroom has a newly installed shower head and is equipped with vanity mirrors, a hair dryer, and a selection of other essentials.

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, cooking tools, salt & pepper and olive oil. Guests will also have ground coffee, a drip coffee maker and a variety of sweeteners.

At the end of the day sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite shows in the living room. The tv is equipped with an AppleTV device with active subscriptions for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and a selection of cable channels.

Maximum number of guests is 4, including children!!!
