The space
The Olive FROG (short for Finished Room Over Garage) is a lovely little guesthouse OVER our detached garage. It was built in 2019 and is in the perfect spot for exploring Park Circle on foot!

The entire guesthouse over the detached garage is private and all yours for the length of your stay!
Other things to note
***No one under the age of 21 is permitted to make a reservation or be on the property. You will be asked to leave without a refund if this is not respected.***
***I will not host guests during tropical weather. If there is a tropical storm or hurricane forecast in our area your reservation will be canceled.***
***We live near a train track! There is a potential for noise!***
We provide ONE parking spot for our guests which fits only one vehicle. If you are bringing two or more vehicles we will NOT be a good fit for you. Always feel free to contact me with any questions.
*Please be aware that from your designated parking spot you will have to walk approximately 100 feet on our GRAVEL driveway (be careful!) and possibly pass by our vintage camper. If the camper is there you will have about a 3 foot wide walkway as you pass by it to reach the fence entrance of the Airbnb. Then, you will have to climb an 18 step staircase up to the Airbnb door.

The space
This detached guesthouse features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings which maximizes the spacious feel of this living area. Relax on the King size bed with a Zinus 12" green tea cooling gel memory foam mattress. A 43" TV with built in FireTV is mounted on the wall, allowing guests to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube TV accounts. The en suite bathroom features a large walk in shower with rainfall showerhead and gorgeous tile surround. There are also plenty of towels, washcloths, and hand towels available for guests.
The kitchenette includes a retro blue refrigerator and freezer, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a full size kitchen sink. The kitchen is also stocked with bowls, plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and a toaster oven that is large enough to fit a 12" pizza. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy the artwork throughout the studio, highlighting the Park Circle and Charleston areas.
Guests have the option to enjoy meals inside at the two person dining table, or sit outside at the teak bistro set and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather. There is also a charcoal grill available for guests in the outdoor area next to the bistro set. This outdoor area is fully fenced, giving guests maximum privacy to enjoy their space.
Off-street, onsite parking available for one car. Please note this is a detached guesthouse located at the rear of a property that also has a main house. Hosts live onsite in the main house.

As you arrive, you will pull into the gravel driveway and pull all the way up until you reach the guest parking sign mounted on the tree on the left side of the driveway. Please do not pull in front of the HVAC unit at the side of the house. The gate to the guesthouse is located straight back and the gate opens directly into the outdoor seating area for the guesthouse.
