You can relax by the fire pit and take a nap on the hammock, or use any of the two grills that we have and the outside tables.

Is very usual to find some deers, bunnies, birds and other beautiful animals, but please just admire them and respect them as they are wild animals.

Upgraded open floorplan guesthouse above our detached garage (which is behind our home) with a private entry. Comfortably sleeps two, but can accommodate five in a pinch. Features a private full bath, kitchenette (not a full kitchen, see photos) with hotplate provided. There is a refrigerator and small sink with garbage disposal. A compact dishwasher and compact Zline microwave oven that can bake up to 400 degrees. Oversize sofa that can seat three and sleep one. Electric fireplace built into a tv console. Use your login to access your streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more. Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. A queen size air mattress (w/built in pump) is in closet if needed. Parking in the driveway is 30 feet from the bottom of the stairs. We are close to Daniel Island, Topgolf, Park Circle, River Front Park, Tanger Outlet, International Airport, Charleston Coliseum and the Naval base and Airforce base.

Guests are welcome to use the guesthouse and patio. There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway behind our house and street parking is open to anyone. There is a small walking trail with outdoor workout equipment. The kids playground is a five minute walk from the guesthouse. Newly added is a basketball goal and pickleball court are also close by.
