To rent the space for an indoor event, the base price is $500 for 5 hours with a 15 person limit and the event has to be during daytime hours. Nothing past 9 p.m.
To rent the outdoor space for an event, the base price is $500. There are no time or person limits but the price will be based on these details.

If any event planning services are requested (set up, decorations, food, etc), these services are offered but price will be based on your individual needs.

Welcome to Spartanburg! If you're a Horse Fan for competitions, come enjoy the new TIEC near Tryon NC. Close to #BMW and #Michelin, & all Upstate hospitals in Greer and Spartanburg areas. An off-street, special area in the driveway is for guest parking.

The space
Your space is very roomy and fully furnished. You have some side to side closet space, chest of drawers, bedside table or shelf. In addition, you may pay for a second bedroom upstairs, the multi-purpose room, furnished with one single bed (daybed), table, chairs, small refrigerator, toaster, M/W, plates, cups, flatware, and other furnishings. It has a nice view of Microwave, coffeemaker with tea, hot cocoa, instant oatmeal, and coffee available as self serve in either queen BR or multipurpose Single BR. Let me know your preference of coffee condiments and your choice of continental breakfast. I will do my best to provide, however for special needs we have several nearby grocers where you may shop.

Guest access
If you are staying two weeks or more, you have access to the large kitchen downstairs on Wednesday evenings. There is a front door and steps inside leading to the second floor. Your room is one of two on the right. My bedroom suite is on the same floor to the left of stairs. Private Bathroom is downstairs if you are an early riser.

During your stay
Available to help for other information, bandaids, where to buy groceries nearby. Please park your car as close as possible to the rear chain link fence and close to the side of the home next to the two palmetto planters. Horse trailers to be parked behind the gated area--watch out for doggies who run away!

Other things to note
WiFi is offered as separate cash fee if desired. I have a TV/Movie subscriptions for Prime and PBS, so bring your laptop. I have 2 marshmallow dogs who love to be petted but remain mostly in the kitchen and out in the fenced back yard. Please close fence gates and kitchen gates as they love to run wild in house and the road to chase cars.

This is the guest suite located in the rear half of a renovated craftsman house in the historic Earlewood district of Columbia. Original windows make for an airy space with views of the grassy yard. This is a quiet neighborhood but walking distance to plenty of activities and small businesses in the area.

The space
This house was built in 1953 and is located in the heart of a historic neighborhood in downtown Columbia. Parts of the house have been renovated such as the bathroom, but others left intact like the original windows and frames.

The main living space features a sofa bed that is very comfortable for either use, with plenty of pillows and blankets. A well-stocked breakfast nook and workspace area help you feel both at home and productive for your day. In the bedroom, the queen-sized bed has a Lucid memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep.

The house is a short walk from many neighborhood hotspots like The Warmouth, Indah + Curiosity coffee shops, and Cottontown Brew Lab. We're a block away from Earlewood Park, known for one of the first disc golf courses in South Carolina. Other Columbia attractions like the bars + restaurants of Main Street and Soda City farmer's market (Saturdays only) are right down the street. I'm happy to provide other recommendations!
