The space
After driving through charming Downtown Davidson, you will reach our residential street about a half mile from the heart of downtown. You will then find your own parking spot outside the garage. Next, you will enter into the shared patio space where you will find your private entrance with a keypad for a contactless check in. After you climb the stairs, you will be welcomed to your studio retreat. Inside, you’ll find a cozy king bed, sitting area, TV (streaming only), kitchenette: microwave, sink, Keurig, and fridge (no stove), and full bathroom.
The space is perfect for individuals, couples, or friends looking for a safe and quiet location to relax and explore the area. It is within walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants in Davidson as well as Davidson College.
UPDATE May 2025- Construction has started next door to our property. They typically work from 7/8am-5:30pm and occasional Saturdays. You will hear bulldozers and other construction vehicles during these times. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Guest access
You will have a private entrance with a keypad for contactless check in. In addition to the guest suite, you will have access to the shared patio with dining table and chairs and chaise lounges. The driveway is shared and there will be one spot reserved for guests.
Other things to note
There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway or street parking is available. The space is not suitable for children as it is not child proofed. You will need to climb stairs to the room, so it is not handicap accessible. There is a pool and adjoining additional private patio on-site that guests will not have access to.
