- "Super nice" - "I was in the Mooresville/Sherrills Ford area to promote my books at a variety of bookstores, libraries, writer's groups, etc. I needed a comfortable, clean, centrally located space, where I could work and relax in between events. This was PERFECT. I usually travel with my own cast iron skillet, but the small kitchenette had everything else I needed to fix meals. The smoke alarm is right above the counter cooktop, and the heat set it off one time, but all I had to do was turn down the burner and fan the air a little bit. The bed was firm, which I love, the bathroom was spacious, with counter space for my potions and lotions. I enjoyed the quiet cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Guests also have access to a wooded walking path. The internet worked great. The hosts were super accessible, answering questions within minutes. I loved this experience."

Very quiet neighborhood. Park is at the end of the street. Ballfields are close. The greenway runs in front of the house.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard with TVs in lounge and each bedroom, all you need is your toothbrush.

There is ample parking in front of the building on a wide street. The community pool is one block (5 minutes) from the condo. The condo is located in a quiet, residential area with lots of trees. It's easy to get to get around with lots of stores within 10 minutes or less. The neighbourhood is walkable and good for runners. There is a Greenway nearby. If you like walking, you can walk to a couple of restaurants and one bar within 10 minutes. The communication with the owner was pleasant and smooth. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!"

This unit sits in a quiet complex with a view of the lake, steps away from the pool, located across the marina and just a few minutes walk from popular North Harbor Club Restaurant, The Cottage which is a wine bar and store, and The Cabin which is a cozy bar with wonderful craft cocktails and often has live music. On the complex site you will have access to brand new pickleball courts, tennis courts, a park walking trail, and a lake boardwalk to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. It’s just a little over a mile into the town of Davidson where you can visit Davidson College, and many quaint shops and restaurants. This complex also has the easiest freeway access than any other community in the area. This unit boasts of comfort and is well equipped with nice kitchen dinnerware, appliances, accessories and your basic coffee and cooking needs. Comfy beds (beware firm bed lovers, ours are definitely on the softer side, and somewhat high off the ground) smart tvs in each bedroom, a cozy living room with swivel recliners, a wood fireplace, and large smart tv, a well-stocked bathroom, and wonderful views from the back patio. Stocked with many games and books for guests to use and enjoy. This is a bottom floor unit, but there are 8 steps down into the unit, and unfortunately has no elevator.

An additional agreement with specific house rules and expected behavior is required of all guests. This agreement will be sent via Docusign after bookings are accepted. We require guests to complete pertinent information, sign, and return to us with a copy of state ID in order to confirm identity within 48 hours of receipt in order to maintain reservations. Reservations may be cancelled if these items are not filled out, signed, and sent back with 48 hours of receipt. Access to the unit will not be granted without signed agreement and proper ID. If you would like to see a copy of the agreement before requesting to book, please message us through our inbox and we would be happy to send you a copy for review. This is a strictly non-smoking of any kind or vaping unit, inside or outside.

Owners are friendly, very hospitable, and eager to please, but if you're grumpy, rude, and overly picky, then we respectfully ask that you please, keep looking elsewhere. We will bend over backwards for our guests and do whatever is reasonably possible for our guests, but no place will be perfect for everyone’s very specific and differing personalities, tastes, and comfort levels, so please don’t expect utter perfection, with this unit, or any other. We do our very best, but it’s just not possible to please every specific personality completely. If you are friendly, polite, well mannered, and well-communicating guests looking for an elevated experience, then this is the place for you!

I travel often to Davidson (for work) and we typically stay in a hotel, but I'm a first time Mom and this was our first trip with our son. We opted for this property given the location (I could walk to work) and the accommodations. Everything in the description is accurate. The home has been completely and beautifully renovated, and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (we took advantage of the pack n play for our son, thank you!). The backyard is fenced and contains a fire pit. The bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen are all fabulous! You are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Natalie (the host) was incredibly responsive. We requested an early check-in and this was generously accommodated. We also requested a late check-out, which was also graciously granted. Unfortunately, I had the wrong time in my head and we were 30 minutes late leaving the property. Natalie had been attempting to contact me via email, and I had been in a meeting / unresponsive. Her husband reached out to check on us, and corrected me on the time. We promptly exited the property, and I couldn't be more embarrassed. Traveling with an infant (especially for a work trip) was incredibly difficult, and this home made all the difference. I'm sorry for the mixup and appreciate you going above and beyond for us. We highly recommend!"
