You will stay in a charming brand new 2024 Coleman Lantern camper located beside our little farmhouse. *This camper is permanently located on our property and is not available for travel.

We are located in the heart of Indian Trail, NC near Hwy 485 outer belt. This location is easy and convenient travel to center city Charlotte, Lowe’s motor speedway, Panther’s Stadium, Blumenthal Performing Arts center, The White Water Rafting Center, shopping, dining and area attractions.

Guests will enjoy a queen bed, a dinette, a kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, gas stove top, and coffee pot. The kitchen will be stocked with pots, pans, and utensils if you want to prepare a meal. Plates and cups are also provided. Many restaurants and grocery stores are very close by.

Bathroom includes toilet and a standup shower with plenty of towels and washcloths for your stay. We provide soap, toilet paper and a hairdryer. A large closet is available for your clothes and cosmetics. Please note, we provide one set of linens for three days or less.

The bed is super comfy, the shower is nice and roomy, and the pictures don't show it (yet) but there is a stove to cook on and plenty of room to manoeuvre. I never felt cramped, and can't imagine feeling cramped with two. Which there were! The best part of listing is Midge! The property comes with a no charge pet companion service. Midge is sweet and loving, and for the low price of a good bellyrub will be your companion all day until called for dinner. If you're looking for a quiet setting that's no more than 15 minutes anything you'd want to get to, this is a great place to stay. Richard and Pamela were wonderful hosts, and very responsive. They make it easy to check in and check out. I don't have a single negative thing to say. 5 stars all the way!!!"

Summary:
Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

The Space:
The cottage offers one Master bedroom with a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have tv's. There's a covered porch to sit and relax under, a grill for cooking out and a firepit to enjoy evenings outside. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house. Once you turn in you will see a sign the says WESLEY COTTAGE with an arrow showing you to stay to the right and you will see the cottage and your parking area.

Guest Access:
Key Pad is located on the backdoor which is located around the side under the covered porch. When you walk up you see two double doors keep
going around to the side. Located on the door is the key pad. To light it up touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code. You should
receive check in info 48 hours before check in. If you don't please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and peaceful three acre lot with neighbors on each side of the house but spacious enough for privacy.

Other Things to Note:
Guest have access to all space around the cottage. the tennis court is for kids to play on.
