We hadn’t seen our son and his girlfriend in almost a year and they flew in and joined us. This house was perfect! It was in an older, quiet little street off the beaten path and it was easy to get to. The interior of the home looked recently renovated and it was done very well! There was plenty of space, and everything was well stocked and working properly. There were even some extras that came in handy like laundry detergent and sugar in the kitchen. The hosts were also wonderful! We reached out beforehand for restaurant recommendations (loved the Twisted Oak downtown) and the host mentioned board games in their intro message to us. When we got to the house, it turned out there were no board games to be found… but the second day we received an Amazon package from Patty. It was full of board games and she sent us a message… we played a game after we got home from the wedding and had an absolute BLAST! It was so much fun we want to go buy the game (Blank Slate) and do it again the next time we get together. The attention to detail by the hosts was exceptional. The Space:
As you walk into the front door you will see the living room with a Twin XL Daybed and Twin XL trundle and couch. Open floor plan to dining room and kitchen.

Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee & machine, Blender, Stove, Microwave, Fridge, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and much more. Kitchen is a stacked as it can be. In the back is laundry room with washer/dryer & detergent free.

Back door has small concrete patio with outdoor table and gas grill.

To the left of living room is bedroom with queen bed and 55 inch 4k Roku TV. Closet has board games as needed and blankets for daybeds/trundle in living room.

Bathroom with full tub and shower is beautifully remodeled with comfortable towels, free shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The final bedroom is a small bedroom with the same daybed and trundle as in the master bedroom. Another 55 inch 4k TV along with wardrobe to hang closes in room. Up to 2 pets allowed with a $75 pet fee.

"Vineyard Villa" is an unique rental for 2 main reasons...Location & Amenities. Centrally located right off I-77 & I-40, near all the shopping & next door to Hazy Red Vineyard. You will not find many rentals in such a good location.

Sleeping a total of 11 people, if using sleeper sofa, this property also has a fully stocked kitchen, fire pit, grill & Spiderman themed kids room. 3 4k TV's in home with comfortable leather theater recliners in living room. Enough parking for 6 vehicles.

OUTSIDE HOME:
* You will find the home located right next to Hazy Red Vineyards. There is a concrete and gravel driveway for you to be able to fit up to 6 vehicles and even a large camper if needed. You will see a beautiful 2 story home with cedar shutters, red door and porch with 2 red rocking chairs.
* Backyard has a back deck with a few chairs and BBQ grill with propane and grilling supplies provided. Behind back deck is a fire pit with comfortable seating. Wood is not provided but can be purchased nearby at local gas stations.

INSIDE HOME:

Main Floor:

As you walk into the front door you will have the ability to go left into the living room, right into the dining room/kitchen or straight into a half-bath & laundry room with full size washer/dryer.

The Living Room has a large 3 seat leather couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa (extra sheets, pillows located in laundry room). There are also 3 leather power recliners made for theator rooms. A large 65 inch 4k Roku TV with a BlueRay Player is hooked up over the fireplace (for show only...any fires need to be made outside in firepit).

The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is also a moron where 3 more people are able to seat. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough plates, glasses, silverware for 11 people. There is a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven. There are also many smaller appliances like Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, Ninja Blender & more. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a very comfortable Dyonery 14 inch King Mattress with 4 high quality pillows of various firmness.

There is a full bathroom with tub, shower, hair dryer in hallway to be used by 2 bedrooms to the right.

To the left is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, 4k Roku TV w/ BlueRay Player, 2 closets & a full bathroom with tub/shower.
