- "Very good location with lots of food options and other shops in the plaza on the same side street. Very easy to and from I85. Had a 3rd floor room away from highway so quiet. Plenty parking. Scrambled eggs, sausage biscuits w gravy, waffles, yogurt and bagels. Only problem was I prepaid w expedia but my credit cards got charged again which I had to ask about. That was a system issue. It showed my 3 credit cards as denied but then charged one for the room, and not the one I used to book. "

- "Very good " - "Arrived at 3 am to find many homeless gathered around the property. Lobby was locked ofcourse. Staff wasn’t rude but not friendly either. Room was beyond disgusting. We stayed for 4 hours and checked out and didn’t stay our other 2 days. Mold growing, dirt, dust, yellowing to bed covers, found shredded cheese between sheets. Holes in the wall, the deadbolt on door was broke off so no security. Evidence that door had been kicked in. Killed 2 bugs on walls and not declearing “bed bug” but found something on the bed and that was when I had enough. I took pictures for evidence to show the staff. (Owner) "

Storage is not an issue in this house which features a large linen closet. There is also additional storage in the utility room located off of the fenced in patio.

Remain comfortable year round with the central heat and air. Parking is limited to (2) spaces right in front of the home. There is green space off the patio in the backyard perfect for enjoying on summer afternoons.

Property features free wireless internet, 50 inch smart TV, kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, basic kitchen supplies for cooking such as salt, pepper, oil, foil, and you’ll always find a few non perishable food items to get you by until you get settled in. This is a 5 year old home conveniently located 1.5 miles off of I-85.
Master suite with king bed, walk-in shower, and claw-foot tub.
Room 2 is on main floor with private bathroom and queen bed. This room also serves as a nail salon when not rented but a has it's own separate entrance and private bathroom.
Rooms 3 is on the second floor with queen bed and private bathroom.
Room 4 is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with room 5. It has queen bunk beds.
Room 5 is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with room 4. It has a queen bed.
Room 6 is the kids toy room and can be set up with twin bed upon request.
Full kids playground with trampoline.
We do have outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
We also have fenced in chickens in the back yard.

This is a custom-built 10 year old home (6 bedrooms, 4 full baths) conveniently located 1.5 miles off I-85. This home is located on a private drive, so is very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere on approximately 5 acres.
This 3 level home features a beautiful open floor plan with the master suite with king bed and walk in shower on the main floor. The main level also has an additional full bathroom with shower.
Room 2 is on the second floor and has a full bed.
Room 3 is on the second floor and is a large bonus room with two queen size beds.
Room 4 is on the second floor with a full bed. This room is connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom that has 2 enclosed washrooms, toilet room and full shower room. This bathroom has an entrance from the 2nd floor hallway that room 2 and 3 have access to.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are both in the basement with comfortable queen size beds, and these rooms share a hallway with a full bathroom/shower. The basement has an additional entrance and driveway with a ground level walk out. The basement also features a 2nd living area with TV, kitchenette, and large game room including full workout equipment.
Kids playground/swings with trampoline available in the back yard.

Newly renovated three bedroom Two bath house. The home is close to town, shopping, dinning, breweries, and wineries. Very quiet neighborhood with homey feel. The house has washer and dryer, granite countertops and new appliances. There is enough parking for two cars in the drive and street parking. The square footage is about 1200 sq. ft. This is an area I have lived in for over 30 years. I love the Lexington area the new wineries, breweries, High Rock lake, and many more attractions

- "Shower's should have something for no slip in shower. No bath rug, toilet paper holder was broke, no hot water in kitchen sink. If I wanted to use dishwasher no soap. Wasn't told what our key pad was. The text I received was enjoy our stay & numbers . So I guessed the 4 numbers & it worked. It was a good stay but little things . "

- "The property owner was very responsive to any issues we had during our stay. Parking in front was a bit tricky with the build up at the road, but having the additional parking in the back helped. Only real downside was that the outlets in two rooms weren't working, no matter how many times we flipped the breaker. Home was spacious and suitable for our needs for the weekend. Thanks!"
