The Formal Dining room offers a hardwood dining table with seating for 6. The Living room features designer furniture including a top-grain leather One for Victory Couch, and side chairs. The home offers two King bedrooms and a bunk room with Plush hotel quality mattresses, sheets, pillows and duvets. We use Free & Clear laundry detergent so guests with scent sensitivities can breath easy! In the event of a maintenance issue or guest complaint, guests authorize the host or service team to enter the property to address and resolve concerns, without additional permission.

Note: This is truly urban living. There are five apartments, one retail space and 28 climate-controlled storage units in this iconic*, 100-year-old, historic downtown building. People live and work above in upstairs apartments. Squeaky floors and urban noises (sirens/trains/autos/people) are to be expected when living downtown.

*The former O.O. Rufty General Store (longest continuously operating general store in NC) was used by Steven Spielberg as a model for a set in the movie, The Color Purple.

Nighttime: Park anywhere... on the street, in the 2-hour lot adjacent to the building, behind the building (first come) or at the end of the alley in the unrestricted lot. Daytime: Park less than two hours next to the building in the Innes Street 2-hour lot. More than two hours park at the end of the alley at the Lee Street Parking Lot. Entry to the apartment is by door code at the rear of the Rufty Building through the doors marked "O.O. Rufty Climate Controlled Storage." Apartment 100 is the first door on the left. We will leave the lights on!

* We must have time to clean, restock and do maintenance. Our cleaning staff needs the entire window of time as they clean and maintain multiple units downtown. If you occupy the space before it is cleaned, they will not clean around you. If they have to return because you have not moved out by 10AM, they will charge the equivalent of one night's stay. Please do not arrive early or leave late without one-week prior approval.

No Smoking (inside or outside of our building)/No Pets 100% of the time. No exceptions. Thanks in advance for not asking.

We have a daily rate, weekly rate, monthly rate and yearly rate. Your rate isautomatically calculated with your discount, when you add your dates. Rates are as posted. We do not offer additional discounts. We will not book outside of the VRBO system to save taxes and fees. Thanks again for not asking.

Other amenities: Laundry: Iron and ironing board. Kitchen: electric hand mixer, coffee maker, French press, toaster, tea kettle, pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking stuff. Have a bike? We can find a secure place to park it inside the building.

- "Very convenient and safe location; clean and very nice layout inside. We did not have the check-in information upon arrival however Michael was quick to get it to us. Plenty of safe parking and lots of shops and local restaurants. We used the place as a "base camp" for skydiving and Carowinds Park. We will definitely be back again! Thanks very much! We were there for the US Open golf tournament so we didn’t have time to walk around the town but this is right in the middle of a variety of places to eat and entertainment. Would definitely stay there again. Only drawback is that you can here the people upstairs, more than a normal apartment. Still a great place!"

Holy Holt of Lexington is located in Lexington, just 28 miles from LJVM Coliseum and 28 miles from BB&T Field. Free Wifi is available throughout the property and M C Benton Jr Convention Center is 26 miles away. The air-conditioned vacation home consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. A TV is featured. The accommodation is non-smoking. Piedmont Triad Airport is 32 miles away.

Located in Salisbury, this 3 Bedroom house is about 2 miles off of I-85 and 6 blocks from a lovely city park. The Cheery Nook is an older house that was slightly updated a few years ago. You may notice the kitchen cabinets looking a little crooked.. they are:) We have tried to level up the house, but being pretty old, we've decided, what we can't fix can become part of it's charm:) There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a full kitchen, dining room and living area. The bathroom doubles as laundry room, having a washer & dryer in the small space. Whether you're exploring the city or relaxing at home, we think our place is central for your experiencing everything Salisbury has to offer.

The next door neighbor is very friendly and welcoming. All and all, we stayed because of daughter was graduating from Catawba. The distance from Catawba made this an excellent choice to stay.
