Split-level 4 BR home close to HPU and Furniture Market. This home is right off the highway and has a 10-foot theater screen for the movie room with a wood-burning fireplace. Amazing primary bathroom and custom kitchen. The gas-heated pool and or hot tub can be turned on at the guest's request. Hot tub $25/day, if you want the pool heated (winter only) $75/day (3-day minimum for the pool to be heated) to cover the cost of the gas. The pool has an outdoor stereo for music with Bluetooth.

Each room has ample closet space for your luggage, queen beds, and dressers.

No parties allowed or guests. Sound level monitoring devices will alert the host and guests will be required to leave immediately. Tucked away on 5 acres of forest. Stocked with essential appliances and dishware, dependable wifi, and less than 5 minutes from local restaurants, shopping and parks! Perfect for couples! One bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom with cozy bedding, high ceilings, full-length mirror and room-darkening shade. Spacious living area has a 50" flat screen Roku TV (streaming and local antenna only), fireplace, dining area and open kitchen. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Front door is also equipped with privacy room-darkening shades. Kitchen with cooktop, microwave, Ninja 10-in-1 oven, coffee-maker and full size refrigerator. There are enough dishes for four. We provide linens, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, laundry with supplies, coffee, basic cooking, and basic cleaning supplies.

Other Details to Note:
Although the suite can accommodate up to four guests, it is best suited for couples. We do not allow children or infants due to safety considerations. We also charge $20 per night per guest after two people.

Visitors must be approved in advance. No additional overnight guests. No gatherings, parties, groups or events allowed.

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for first-time VRBO guests. A verifiable and favorable review history is required.

There are several USB outlets throughout for easy charging. Bathroom access is through the bedroom.
There is no standard oven or dishwasher.
Kitchen ventilation fan is located in the ceiling and is on a switch next to the cooktop.
Although we don't have a dedicated workspace, the dining area could potentially serve as a workspace.

GUEST SUITE LOCATION: The guest suite has a private entrance located on the (walkout) basement level of our home. It is under our office and guest room (no children/no access to pets). There will be limited foot traffic above. We also installed two layers of insulation in the floor to minimize noise.

The guest suite is accessible by the gravel driveway that goes down toward the basement level of the home. When pulling in, you will see the gravel driveway off to the right. Take this all the way down to the parking area/turnaround.

PARKING:
Parking is available in front of the guest suite. Currently, we can accommodate one vehicle. The turnaround is TIGHT and is really only suitable for one vehicle. If you plan on bringing more than one vehicle, please let us know and we will try to accommodate additional parking. Please do not block our driveway or garage located on the main level of our home.

Neighborhood:
We are located 5 minutes from the quaint and historic town of Jamestown which has all the conveniences such as restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores as well as public parks. Our property is entirely wooded and is at the end of a dead-end street. Our home is tucked back on 5+ acres in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. We know all of our neighbors and look out for one another.

Security Devices:
We have security cameras on our driveways and at the doors of our home, including smart doorbells. They are strictly to view the activity in public spaces. They will be on during your stay.

- "The cottage is just as advertised. Not large but well done when refurbished. Well supplied with coffee pods and quality linens, cooking supplies (though we didn’t cook). The fire pit/water garden in the back was nice. This was a great hotel alternative for us and will be our go to for future visits to High Point University. Kelly communicated well and made sure tree damage from a recent storm was taken care of prior to our arrival. The cottage sits off a main road close to a busy railroad and a restaurant with outdoor music at night, however inside the house none of those sounds were an issue. We will definitely be back!"

DAMAGES:
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.

PARTIES:
Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.

SMOKING/VAPING:
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules can/will result in fine.

PETS:
Please DO NOT allow pets on beds. Put a blanket down before allowing them on the furniture. Please contact your host if you are traveling with more than one pet, as additional charges will apply. Inform the host of how many pets and the breed. Due to allergy concerns, cats are not allowed.

Our camper boasts a generous 27 feet in length and has been transformed from the traditional RV set up to accommodate full time tiny house style living. We hope that you feel at home and have everything you need for your stay. The camper is conveniently located in Sophia, NC, a short drive to almost anywhere but nestled deep enough into the country to escape the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities.
A residential queen sized bed can be found in the master bedroom. Privacy doors can be closed to section the master room off from the rest of the camper. A camper sized bunk is perfect for the kids sleeping arrangements. Please note these bunks are not the traditional twin over twin size. The top bunk is slightly smaller than a twin and the bottom bunk is between a twin and full size. The bunks can be “privately” closed off by a black out curtain however there is no door to close to cut off access to these beds. There is also a futon provided for one additional guest. All linens are provided for each bed, if you need anything extra just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any needs.
Two towels and one wash rag will be provided per guest however additional towels or rags can be provided upon request.
The camper is equipped with a full kitchen for all of your meal preparation needs. All pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils will be provided.
The compact bathroom is equipped with a RV toilet and a shower. Enjoy our tankless hot water heater but please be cautious HOT WATER GETS VERY HOT!!!!!!

We are less than 15 minutes to downtown High Point, High Point University & less than 20 minutes to the Wyndham Championship! We have successfully rented our home for years for Furniture Market but we are new to VRBO/Expedia. Our Property Manager is an experienced Super Host and we are always available to you.

Four of our five bedrooms are on the 1st floor with our spacious kitchen, dining room, and living area with a large smart TV.

Our Main bedroom includes a Tempur-Pedic king size bed with a smart TV, vaulted ceiling, and attached renovated full bathroom.

All of our bedrooms have smart TV`s and ceiling fans. 3 of our guest bedrooms have king sized beds. 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed. Two of the guest rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower.

Our fifth bedroom is up stairs and includes a king size bed, twin bed, large desk, and private full bath.

Our back deck is a perfect place to relax and look for deer and listen to the small creek that runs through our back yard. We also have a propane grill and outdoor dining area large enough for your large group.

This is our personal home that we open up to guests during busy times of the year. Please know that you may see family pics around our home etc. We are a NO SMOKING home.

We have a large 2 bedroom basement that we SOMETIMES stay in during guests stay. Sometimes during rentals, we go and stay with our kids that live close by. Either way, we will stay out of your way during your stay and won`t bother you.

For a rustic country cabin feel that is only minutes from downtown High Point and Greensboro. This beautiful guest house lies back off a quiet street just off HWY 74.
This is a Guesthouse/Carriage/Coach House. (A Guesthouse/Carriage/Coach House is a detached building that shares a property with another stand-alone structure like a house.)”

The space
The lower main area includes a living room, Full Kitchen including Microwave, Refrigerator, Drip Coffee Maker (coffee included) and toaster oven. Two Hand crafted bar area and bathroom. The stairs lead to the loft that has a king size bed. In the loft area there is also a dresser and place to hang clothes.

Guest access
You will be able to pull right up to the house and have the entire space to yourself. There is a keyless entry. We send the code close to your arrival. When you leave the house, the door is locked by pushing the button in the center of the keypad.

Other things to note
The property has a beautiful pond to sit by or go fishing (fishing equipment not provided) (catch and release only) and trails to take a nice relaxing walk. There is also access to Pasture with pond for all the horse lovers coming to town. But not any available stalls. There is a $20 pet fee per animal which will need to be received upon arrival or altered to your reservation. We require pets to be completely house broke and do not chew on things. As you can see from the pictures we have allot of beautiful wood work that we take allot of pride in. We also ask that they not be left alone at any time and have to be crated if that situation happens. We can provide medium size crate if need be. The owner will replenishes fresh towel and bedding if it’s an extended stay.
