Grange Hall Retreat is a family friendly new construction home with plenty of space on a quiet wooded lot. 3 bedrooms with a tiny nursery (full size crib and changing table). Inflatable toddler beds and additional pack-n-play also available.

Located close to NC Zoo, Zoo City Sportsplex and Uwharrie Forest and 30 minutes to the Toyota Battery mega site. Denton FarmPark and Tot Hill Golf Course within 15 minutes.

This property features 8 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the side of the building facing the parking/wooded lot/stairs/deck access, 1 camera is on the unit entrance facing the exterior entry/deck, 1 camera is on the west end of the building (on a tree) facing the pool/field, 1 camera is on the back door of the main house facing the garden/play area, 2 cameras face the animal pens/greenhouse, 1 camera is on the east side of the main house facing the garage, and 1 camera is on the front door of the main house facing the exterior entryway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
