Grange Hall Retreat is a family friendly new construction home with plenty of space on a quiet wooded lot. 3 bedrooms with a tiny nursery (full size crib and changing table). Inflatable toddler beds and additional pack-n-play also available.

Located close to NC Zoo, Zoo City Sportsplex and Uwharrie Forest and 30 minutes to the Toyota Battery mega site. Denton FarmPark and Tot Hill Golf Course within 15 minutes.

The vanilla house has 1 large bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Large deck with fountain and nice porch with table, chairs and bench. Bedroom and bathroom are upstair. You could park the car in front of the house. The vanilla house is 5 minutes from Richard PETTY's museum, 10 minutes from downtown Randleman, 30 minutes from downtown Asheboro and Greensboro, 40 minutes from downtown High point University, 1 hour from Jordan lake and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Chapel hill university.

- "My grandkids loved it because they were able to run freely without worrying about traffic. I loved that the zoo was so close. My family definitely wants to stay there again. The owner was very responsive to us when we were having problems with the internet and that was truly appreciated."

Our camper boasts a generous 27 feet in length and has been transformed from the traditional RV set up to accommodate full time tiny house style living. We hope that you feel at home and have everything you need for your stay. The camper is conveniently located in Sophia, NC, a short drive to almost anywhere but nestled deep enough into the country to escape the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities.
A residential queen sized bed can be found in the master bedroom. Privacy doors can be closed to section the master room off from the rest of the camper. A camper sized bunk is perfect for the kids sleeping arrangements. Please note these bunks are not the traditional twin over twin size. The top bunk is slightly smaller than a twin and the bottom bunk is between a twin and full size. The bunks can be “privately” closed off by a black out curtain however there is no door to close to cut off access to these beds. There is also a futon provided for one additional guest. All linens are provided for each bed, if you need anything extra just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate any needs.
Two towels and one wash rag will be provided per guest however additional towels or rags can be provided upon request.
The camper is equipped with a full kitchen for all of your meal preparation needs. All pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils will be provided.
The compact bathroom is equipped with a RV toilet and a shower. Enjoy our tankless hot water heater but please be cautious HOT WATER GETS VERY HOT!!!!!!

We love couples, solo adventurers, & furry friends who want one level beyond tent camping. Please understand there is very solar power lights. The Eco-Cabin is a rustic, 2-story hand built cabin in town. You'll enjoy the cabin, firepit, firewood, swing chairs, king size bed, linens, and a bathhouse with private toilet, sink and shower. We do allow pets for a 15$ pet fee per pet. There is parking and roaming rights to the surrounding 23.8 acres. We are convenient to the NC Zoo and Seagrove.

The space
What makes the Eco-Cabin unique is it being off grid and in the middle of a forest but also the convenience of being within walking distance to town. The amazing sleep you will find by being unplugged and surrounded by a forest and freshly hewn timber as you slumber is unparalleled; nestled in clean linens in your King Size Bed on the second floor. Downstairs you will find a futon/bed wash sink accompanied by bottled water, washcloths and towels to freshen up as needed. A desk and dining table can host many games and meals or pleasant solitude. Please keep in mind there is no heat or AC! We do not claim to be secluded by any means, and our home sits behind the cabin about 250 feet. You will hear typical city noises from time to time. Off Grid does not equate to being in the middle of nowhere necessarily. We are within walking distance to town but the 23.8 acres is partly in the city, so you may hear traffic, a train or an ambulance from time to time. This truly is an experience similar to camping with no additional
Power beyond solar powered lights.

Guest access
You will have full access to the cabin and land for hiking or mountain biking. Please remember there is not running water or electricity besides the solar power to the cabin, the bathhouse and propane to heat water for a modest yet refreshing shower for our guests. There are exterior solar powered security lights and a streetlight at the far front of the property near the main house. Also, the moon has proven to be quite useful in lighting the way. The solar powers 1 hanging light downstairs and a hanging light upstairs. It has lasted for over 4 hours during our work nights but we are unsure of its maximum capacity which does change with the sun. The solar will not charge phones or run fans or space heaters.

Other things to note
We do allow pets but we do add a 15.00 dollar general pet fee,per pet, per reservation(not per day) if you are bringing yours. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet.
Also, our base fee includes two guests. If your plans change and you need to bring an additional guest please message us to let us know. If you have not let us know you are bringing extra guests and show up with extra guests you will be asked to leave and not refunded. Any child over the age of 2 is considered an additional guest. We love children, have raised three of our own and traveled extensively with them. The cabin is not the most ideal environment for a new walker or any unsupervised child. Please consider this before booking.

Welcome to this warm and inviting home located in quaint Downtown Asheboro, just 10 minutes to the North Carolina Zoo. All of the amenities you could ever need are included to make for a great family stay or a romantic getaway. The space features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large living space, a bar top table for dining, a work desk, washer and dryer, and a uniquely tiled bathroom & kitchen. The living room has a 70 inch smart TV and a sectional sofa that can sleep 1-2 adults or kids if needed.

The space
Comfy and modern. Try out the way-too-large rotating chair and the fully-stocked kitchen.

Other things to note
Very important!! - The sleeping arrangements: A king bed in the main bedroom. Off the main bedroom there is a small room with a twin bed in it (very suitable for kids or anyone that doesn't care that much about privacy, though it does have a door on the room if you want to be alone in there, it's just that you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to it). Folks can sleep on the couch and there is also a queen size inflatable mattress.

There is a Tesla charging station available on the other side of duplex that can be used to charge your car. Just let me know if you need to use it. It is a Tesla charger that will charge at about 46 miles per hour. Not sure how other electric cars work or if there are attachments that allow you to use this one, but you are welcome to if so.

My mother's family grew up here, six boys and girls in overalls and a pair of cows, Red and Daisy. It's postcard pretty, comfortable and relaxing for vacation and business travelers, and close to many places:

You're welcome to roam the property. The grassy areas are perfect for sports and games. Help yourself to grapes in late summer. Feel free to poke around the farm buildings, but be careful. No horsing around, no matches or fire. The creek is beautiful as well. Again, take care. The rocks can be slippery and home to snakes.

Other things to note
To make sure the pricing is clear, the nightly charge covers as many as four guests. Each guest over four increases the price by $10 a night.

We do not allow parties. However, if you'd like to host a family gathering or similar event, contact me first to discuss specifics of your gathering so we can decide whether to accommodate your request. No event allowed without talking to us first.

When you depart to return home, we'd appreciate you locking all doors (including the latch on the screen porch door) and returning the key to the lock box.
Turn off lights and ceiling fans (they're operated by a pull cord on the fixture). Please adjust the upstairs and downstairs thermostats. You can simply turn them off, or set them on 76 degrees on cool (AC) setting or 68 degrees on heat setting.

There is also a large deck behind the home.

This beautiful home with wonderful views is located close to Greensboro but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. You can enjoy spacious country living and even ride your bike to the nearby Toyota Electric Vehicle job site.
This place is FUN! We are constantly adding things! There is an awesome creek in the back yard. There is a huge field. There is a basement with a washer and dryer. You will have a blast!
Go walk through the woods or walk on the trails.
