This is a listing for the more roomy of 2 rooms on the main level of my ranch house. The back bedroom is connected to the common bath and the dinning room.

Single travelers and couples will have exclusive access to the back bedroom and balcony and will have the common bathroom to themselves. Only parties of three or more will have exclusive access to the other bedroom or office/old master bedroom.

You may come and go through the Breezeway or the front door. Access the washer and dryer downstairs or use the small units in the common bath. Please let me know when you would like to wash clothes and I'll show you the ins and outs. Please leave bathroom doors unlocked when not in use.

Stays will require a lease agreement and supplementary deposit (one month's rent in total).

We will share space so expect to see me as you come and go. I often cook dinner and work from home some days. It will be rare but I may need to retrieve an item from the Office or bookshelves in the back bedroom during your stay. I will let you know.

Other things to note
Sound travels through the house readily and the floors have some squeaks. Be considerate of others in the house as you come and go. If two or more showers are in use at the same moment, you may lose water pressure. Please leave a few extra minutes for yourself in case you need to wait for another person to finish.

Washer available, allow 2 wash loads a week, use the "quick wash 36 mins" setting only. If you need to wash your clothes longer, use laundromat.

Unfortunately, people have abused the washer privilege, like over loading & using 60 minutes cycles for a few items. If I find that you are abusing the washer, I will ask you to wash your clothes outside the home.

Parking in the driveway, if there are 2 guests, I will park on the street. Guest park in driveway. If your car has an oil leak please do not park in driveway or street, you will have to park in public parking lot and walk to the house.

Oil leaks do not come off driveway or road, please understand $100.00 fine if you leave an oil stain.
