The home is immaculate and contains everything you’ll need to make your stay pleasant. The beds are comfortable and the linens are soft. The smart tv access is an added bonus as we were able to enjoy movies at night in the pleasantly cool living room. The water pressure is perfect, which I know seems odd to say but there’s nothing better than a refreshing shower after a day spent in the NC heat! The kitchen had spices and everything necessary to cook with. The view is absolutely GORGEOUS! We spent our morning breakfast time sipping coffee and watching golfers tee off on the 13th hole. The area is quiet and close to everything. The hosts are incredible with communication and making sure you feel tended to and appreciated. I’m looking forward to visiting again and staying in this little piece of heaven in Pinehurst."

During your stay you will enjoy all the comforts of a modern kitchen that has been totally redesigned. These modern touches include new stainless appliances, smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig. The granite counter forms an island/bar that seats 4 and makes for a great place to converse while cooking. The main room includes a leather couch, two leather chairs, dining table for 6, 65" Smart TV, access to both decks, and fairway views. Welcome home! To The Green On #17 is a renovated, second-story studio condo perfectly situated on hole #17 of Pinehurst No. 3 Golf Course. Relax on the private back deck with perfect views of the fairway and enjoy the sunshine and unmatched peace and quiet. Bright, luxurious finishes combined with an excellent location make this studio condo perfect for a weekend golf getaway or a weeklong stay!

Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend 12 exterior steps to reach the front door.

The condo was renovated in 2022 and all furnishings were purchased new. Space is appointed with a king-size bed and comfy memory foam mattress, two cozy armchairs for relaxing, a dedicated desk and working area with a computer monitor and HDMI cable. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use (see the house manual for more information). Like a boutique hotel room with a full kitchen!

The living area is equipped with a 50-inch Roku Smart TV with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

The spacious bathroom is complete with a custom walk-in shower and a luxurious "rain-shower" showerhead.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Make yourself at home in one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

When you book your stay, please ensure the number of guests (up to 2) you put in the reservation is accurate, and let us know if an additional guest is added later. Provisions are provided depending on the number of guests, and we are required to know how many people may be in the building in case of an emergency.

Note: There is a camera integrated with the front doorbell for the safety and security of our home. The camera records both video and audio and is occasionally monitored to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The camera is pointing outwards, and will ONLY record motion and audio directly outside the front door. Please DO NOT tamper with the camera. The doorbell still functions as a typical doorbell.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not provide cribs, high-chairs, etc and the condo has not been "child-proofed." Use your own discretion based on the listing details and photos.

Our property is not equipped with a private washer/dryer, but there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin operated machines to use. Please refer to the house manual for more information.

Nestled in the beautiful Sandhills Region of North Carolina, Tanglewood Farm is a working equestrian farm and vacation rental. The horse facility was once used as a US Olympic training facility, and is now primarily used as an eventing competition training farm. If you stay at Tanglewood Farm, you will most likely get the chance to witness some exciting jump training, as our farm is located next to many training facilities, including some owned by Olympic riders and trainers.

Tanglewood Farm offers guests peaceful accommodations, breathtaking views of Southern Pines Horse Country and a quiet respite from everyday life.

Take a stroll along the farm and observe the horses, chickens and other wildlife in their everyday routines, or relax with a glass of wine and a good book on a patio right outside your door. Dogs are allowed but must be pre-approved. $50 pet fee per dog per stay (2 dog max). Dogs must remain on leash on the premises and cannot be left unattended.

Children are welcome but must be closely attended by guardian at all times. Horses are unpredictable animals and we take everyone's safety very seriously. We ask that they do not run around the horses or barns, as horses tend to spook easily and can injure themselves and others. The kiddos love feeding the chickens and watching them roam free around the farm but please do not feed the horses!

Bringing your horse? We rent out stalls for $40/night, includes 2 bags of shavings. We require proof of negative Coggins.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement per the NC Vacation Rental Act within 3 days of booking or 24 hours before arrival, whichever is earliest.

Guests are required to provide a photo ID upon request.

Security deposit HOLD required - $300 hold to be authorized on guest’s credit card by host 2 days prior to arrival and released within 5 days of departure if no issues.

STRICT maximum of 4 guests. Linens supplied based on number of guests on reservation. Be SURE it is correct! No parties or events of any kind.

Not safe or suitable for infants or children. NO pets allowed. Though we love animals, the HOA (homeowners' association) prohibits non-owner pets.

Please be aware that this is a residential neighborhood in which courtesy and respect for neighbors is expected. Disturbances will not be tolerated. Quiet hours of 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.

The accomodations were spotless and when I had a question about locaking the door, the response was immediate. With all the pollen, we didn't spend a lot of time sitting on the outside decks but we did use the one by the kitchen a few times in the morning. Parking was easy and we were not too far from the door. The mattresses on the beds were the most incredible we have ever experienced. We fell asleep within minutes of lying on them and slept soundly. (I'm considering one for my own home). We had an excellent experience and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area."
