We have an attached 900 sq foot in-law apartment with a private entrance. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, and kitchenette. Sleeps 4 (we can provide bedding for the couch if necessary, but it is NOT a pull out couch. We can also provide air mattresses for additional sleeping). Bedroom 2 has a queen size Murphy Bed. Please let us know if you would like it pulled down for a bed or left up as a couch/sitting room. This apartment *IS* attached to our main house, but there is a separate, private entrance for you and your guests to come and go. We ask that they do not run around the horses or barns, as horses tend to spook easily and can injure themselves and others. The kiddos love feeding the chickens and watching them roam free around the farm but please do not feed the horses!

Bringing your horse? We rent out stalls for $40/night, includes 2 bags of shavings. We require proof of negative Coggins.

Welcome home! To The Green On #17 is a renovated, second-story studio condo perfectly situated on hole #17 of Pinehurst No. 3 Golf Course. Relax on the private back deck with perfect views of the fairway and enjoy the sunshine and unmatched peace and quiet. Bright, luxurious finishes combined with an excellent location make this studio condo perfect for a weekend golf getaway or a weeklong stay!

Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend 12 exterior steps to reach the front door.

The condo was renovated in 2022 and all furnishings were purchased new. Space is appointed with a king-size bed and comfy memory foam mattress, two cozy armchairs for relaxing, a dedicated desk and working area with a computer monitor and HDMI cable. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use (see the house manual for more information). Like a boutique hotel room with a full kitchen!

The living area is equipped with a 50-inch Roku Smart TV with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

The spacious bathroom is complete with a custom walk-in shower and a luxurious "rain-shower" showerhead.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Make yourself at home in one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

When you book your stay, please ensure the number of guests (up to 2) you put in the reservation is accurate, and let us know if an additional guest is added later. Provisions are provided depending on the number of guests, and we are required to know how many people may be in the building in case of an emergency.

Note: There is a camera integrated with the front doorbell for the safety and security of our home. The camera records both video and audio and is occasionally monitored to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The camera is pointing outwards, and will ONLY record motion and audio directly outside the front door. Please DO NOT tamper with the camera. The doorbell still functions as a typical doorbell.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not provide cribs, high-chairs, etc and the condo has not been "child-proofed." Use your own discretion based on the listing details and photos.

Our property is not equipped with a private washer/dryer, but there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin operated machines to use. Please refer to the house manual for more information.

1 BR guest apartment on our beautiful horse farm in Southern Pines, NC. The Tally Ho Suite features a queen bedroom with bathroom, sitting area, and fully stocked kitchen with a back patio for outdoor dining, relaxing and more. Unlike most bed and breakfasts, Tanglewood Farm B&B is not attached to our private home. The B&B is a separate building, with only 3 B&B apartments. Privacy, quiet and peace are our main objectives! Oh, and animals, lots of animals!!

Located just 3 miles from the delightfully charming downtown of Southern Pines, and just miles from the golf mecca of Pinehurst, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of this fast paced world, our peaceful farm setting is just what you need to relax, recharge and rest. Enjoy your coffee or wine outside and relax while watching the horses graze in the green pastures.

Free range chickens roam the property and usually are the first to greet our guests to the bed and breakfast. Horses graze in our green fields and are so peaceful to watch from the patio. We even have two cute bunnies and a bunch of barn cats too!

Make meals in the Tally Ho's private kitchen during the week and let us provide you with a gourmet chef-prepared breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays, delivered right to your door! We provide coffee pot, coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, pans, cups, silverware...anything you need to feel right at home!

About Tanglewood Farm:
Nestled in the beautiful Sandhills Region of North Carolina, Tanglewood Farm is a working equestrian farm and bed and breakfast. The horse facility was once used as a US Olympic training facility, and is now primarily used as an eventing competition training farm. Guest access
Guests can walk the grass paths between the paddocks and have access to the back patio of the B&B. We ask that they do not enter the barns but Lindsay would be happy to show them the upper barn and introduce them to her horses and chickens. The rest of the horses are owned by private boarders.

Please note that there is a $50 per pet fee for bringing your dog(s) *2 max. Pet fee is due upon arrival in cash.
Dogs MUST BE PRE-APPROVED upon booking. so indicate in your reservation if you are bringing a dog. You will be charged the pet fee upon check in. No cats please!

We do have wi-fi but it can be spotty in this area. Usually it works just fine but at times it can go out temporarily so if you require reliable internet for work, please make note of this disclaimer! There is a Starbucks nearby ;)

This suite is best suited for single travelers or one couple, as there is only one bed in the suite.

Traveling with your horse? We have stalls available for rent at $40/night. Tanglewood Farm is located very close to the Carolina Horse Park, so if you have a horse show coming up, we are a great place to rest both your head and your hooves! We are also right across from the Moss Foundation so bring your horse and take a day trip through the nearly 4000 acres of equine trails!

'Swing Easy' is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the first floor. Unwind after your rounds on the deck with views of Lake Pinehurst, located only minutes from Pinehurst Resort and Village and easily accessible to the surrounding areas.
Fully stocked kitchen and has the convenience of having a washer/dryer located in the home.
Relax by the Lake View community pool that is a short walk away and available to all renters from May to September.

The condo sleeps up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 includes two double beds and a desk that is perfect to answer those quick emails before heading to the golf course. Bedroom 2 includes 2 twin beds, which can be put together to feel like a king size bed. Both bedrooms have ample closet space with a 3-drawer dresser to unpack and stay a little while. All bed linens and towels are provided.
