- "The apartment is very nice. It looks newly renovated. It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you could need. The kitchen is fully appointed with dishes, utensils, and cooking tools. There are even spices in one cupboard, and a variety of spirits and drink mixing implements. There’s bottled water and ginger ale in the fridge and coffee, of course. There are travel size toiletries-and not just one of each but multiples in little bins. There are even pens and markers on the desk- just lots of thoughtful little extras. There are two large TVs with cable and a bunch of streaming services, there’s a bunch of books, and some games. The tablet in the kitchen can control the temperature, lights, locks, etc. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and it looks nice and new."

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

1. The checkout time is at 11 AM.

2. Check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix, HBO, etc.

3. Turn off all the lights and the return thermostat to 72.

4. Please strip the bed and leave the bed sheets on the floor in front of the washer and place the towels and washcloths in the washer and start the washer.

6. Make sure all the windows are shut.

7. Load and start the dishwasher.

8. Empty the refrigerator.

9. If needed a dumpster is located in the back parking lot.
