The space
The space features a plush down Cloud couch, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace making it the perfect place to sink in, put up your feet and relax. The kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and a small dining nook. Enjoy complimentary snacks, fruit and coffee. The bedroom features a queen sized bed with memory foam top, windows and plenty of storage. The bathroom is bright and contemporary with a rainfall shower and high-end toiletries provided for your convenience. Outside, there is a charming patio area, complete with outdoor seating making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunlit morning.

The guest suite is attached to the house at 701 Kings Mill Road in Chapel Hill. The owners have two dogs and live on property. The one bedroom suite is perfect for two people but will accommodate up to four on the couches which are the size of twin sized beds. Extra blankets and sheets are provided.

We are UNC alum who love Chapel Hill and know that you will love this charming 3-bedroom apartment that is within walking distance of any UNC landmark. The apartment is just a hop, skip, and jump from Pantana Bobs, Med Deli, 411 West, Carolina Brewery, Panera, and Target. Also, the apartment is less than a mile from Weaver Street market in Carrboro in one direction and TOPO, He’s Not Here, and the Carolina Coffee Shop in the other direction. A little farther, but a beautiful walk through campus takes you to the iconic Old Well, UNC Student Stores, the Pit, Kenan Stadium, The Dean Smith Center, and UNC Hospitals.

Parking is on-site, but there is only ONE PARKING SPOT for the apartment. On weekday evenings after 5 pm you may pay to park across the street at the UNC IT Services building, or for no cost on Saturdays and Sundays. EXCEPTION— home football game days when there is no parking in university lots without a pass.

Walk up the stairs or take the elevator to the 3rd-floor apartment with a full kitchen and beautiful rooftop patio for reading, catching up with friends, or just enjoying the Carolina blue skies.

It is four miles from UNC campus and there are bike lanes and trails to get you there. It is also two blocks from one bus and four from another that will take you into Carrboro and Chapel Hill. The property is a 90 year old Piedmont forest and gives you feeling of being in the woods, even though you are in the middle of Carrboro. Hardwood floors and a roomy open floor plan makes this a comfortable place to relax. Both the kitchen/Living Room area and the Bedroom/Bath/Closest are about 300 sq. ft each!

The Snuggery is a new, light, cozy lower-level apartment in an historic area in Chapel Hill with a separate entrance and its own charming outside space. Newly renovated, all amenities are new in 2023. It’s perfect for a family where kids or teens can sleep in the nook while the family gathers in the main area. Walk to the Botanical Gardens or UNC. Play basketball in the driveway or with the variety of games. Enjoy the quiet, lush neighborhood. Covered parking for one car.

This is a quiet neighborhood so we have quiet hours from 10 pm -8 am outside and similarly inside. All plumbing is new but only toilet paper can be flushed.

- "Good stay at this property." - "Well when we showed up the place hadn’t been cleaned but I emailed the guy and he had it cleaned the next day. Some of the towels had hair on them but we had enough that we threw them in the hamper. Also one of my cars got towed in the parking lot because the tag had expired and forgot to put on new sticker. We had to pay $250 to get the car back. That makes no sense. No warning or anything just gone the next morning. I will say that the communication was great between the owner and myself."
