Welcome home! To The Green On #17 is a renovated, second-story studio condo perfectly situated on hole #17 of Pinehurst No. 3 Golf Course. Relax on the private back deck with perfect views of the fairway and enjoy the sunshine and unmatched peace and quiet. Bright, luxurious finishes combined with an excellent location make this studio condo perfect for a weekend golf getaway or a weeklong stay!

Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend 12 exterior steps to reach the front door.

The condo was renovated in 2022 and all furnishings were purchased new. Space is appointed with a king-size bed and comfy memory foam mattress, two cozy armchairs for relaxing, a dedicated desk and working area with a computer monitor and HDMI cable. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use (see the house manual for more information). Like a boutique hotel room with a full kitchen!

The living area is equipped with a 50-inch Roku Smart TV with Netflix or any other streaming app available for use, along with Spectrum Cable TV (complete with the Golf Channel of course)!

The spacious bathroom is complete with a custom walk-in shower and a luxurious "rain-shower" showerhead.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway or month-long stay, including stainless steel appliances. You will love our well-appointed, cozy condo with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Make yourself at home in one of the world’s most celebrated golf towns!

When you book your stay, please ensure the number of guests (up to 2) you put in the reservation is accurate, and let us know if an additional guest is added later. Provisions are provided depending on the number of guests, and we are required to know how many people may be in the building in case of an emergency.

Note: There is a camera integrated with the front doorbell for the safety and security of our home. The camera records both video and audio and is occasionally monitored to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The camera is pointing outwards, and will ONLY record motion and audio directly outside the front door. Please DO NOT tamper with the camera. The doorbell still functions as a typical doorbell.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not provide cribs, high-chairs, etc and the condo has not been "child-proofed." Use your own discretion based on the listing details and photos.

Our property is not equipped with a private washer/dryer, but there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin operated machines to use. Please refer to the house manual for more information.

Immersed in nature with remarkable golf front views yet private and a short walk to Pinehurst #6 club house. Set back from the main road you will drive down a long gravel driveway to this private walkout apartment. There is room for 2 cars just steps away from the entrance and there is extra parking at the house front. An expanse of sliding doors offer a magnificent view...on one side a water feature with fairway and pond at a distance. On the other a lily pond and the #10th green beyond the arched trees.
There are 2 tv's with Netflix, YouTube TV, and Roku remotes with headphone jacks for private listening. The kitchenette is well stocked and has a broiler, microwave and double induction cooktop. You will have a choice of coffee, tea, and cocoa with a Keurig. The bedroom has blackout curtains, 2 bureaus, luggage racks, a large closet and your thermostat. So far we offer a 3 hole disc golf course, table tennis, a Cornhole game, and pickleball courts close by. There is a designated area by pond for guests who need to smoke.
First Health Fitness is a 5 minute drive while Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and Aberdeen are all within 7-20 minutes. There are shortcuts to the Pinehurst Resort to avoid the rotary.
