This is a great place to come to experience the History of American Golf or just have a relaxing weekend. The Pinehurst Country Club and Pinehurst Village is located within walking distance or a short drive. With its top rated 9 golf courses, fantastic dining, and world class spa the Pinehurst Resort is the one of the largest golf resorts in America. Many of the Pinehurst Resort amenities are available to the general public. These include but not limited to hotel restaurants, the golf pro shop, clubhouse dining room and Veranda Bar. Enjoy a "Rock" in one of the rocking chairs located on the Veranda as you watch golfers finish up on the 18th green of Course No. 2.

The Pinehurst Harness Track and Fair Barn are a short walk from the condo with its known local Track Restaurant. The Harness Track is a 111 acre equestrian facility that has been a winter training center for standard bred horses since 1915. The Fair Barn, located at the track, is the oldest surviving 20th century fair exhibition hall in North Carolina. It was built in 1917 for use at the Sandhills Fair, one of the major country fairs in the Southeast from 1915 through 1925.

The Village Arboretum is a 33 acre facility located near the Pinehurst Village Hall. The Arboretum contains a large open lawn area, a Pergola Garden and 3 miles of walking trails.

The Pinehurst Greenway Trail System has over 4 miles of walking and bicycle trails and winds throughout the Village of Pinehurst.

The North Carolina Pottery Highway is just a few miles east of Pinehurst. This small “Seagrove area” has been home to many potters since the late 1700s. There are over 100 pottery shops owned and operated by Potters who grew up in NC pottery families, locals inspired by NC pottery traditions who learned their trade in the Seagrove area and potters from across the nation and internationally attracted by the Seagrove pottery community.

The home is immaculate and contains everything you’ll need to make your stay pleasant. The beds are comfortable and the linens are soft. The smart tv access is an added bonus as we were able to enjoy movies at night in the pleasantly cool living room. The water pressure is perfect, which I know seems odd to say but there’s nothing better than a refreshing shower after a day spent in the NC heat! The kitchen had spices and everything necessary to cook with. The view is absolutely GORGEOUS! We spent our morning breakfast time sipping coffee and watching golfers tee off on the 13th hole. The area is quiet and close to everything. The hosts are incredible with communication and making sure you feel tended to and appreciated. 1.25 acres of historical peaceful charm. Walk the grounds or enjoy the golf hole designed, built, and played on by Harvie Ward himself. He was an amazing amateur golfer who won US, British, and Canadian Opens. Harvie's distinguished playing career was followed by coaching his star pupil Payne Stewart.
The Cottage is 900 square feet and is practically laid out to seem very spacious. Recently updated with all new amenities. The perfect place to sit and read "The Match", which was written about Harvie and the day the game of golf changed forever. There's also golf, tennis, horses, history, and great food and drink nearby.
Great, almost unbelievable location....The Village is a very short walk.

Relax on the private back deck with perfect views of the fairway and enjoy the sunshine and unmatched peace and quiet. Bright, luxurious finishes combined with an excellent location make this studio condo perfect for a weekend golf getaway or a weeklong stay!

Please note this is a second-story condo. You must ascend 12 exterior steps to reach the front door.

The condo was renovated in 2022 and all furnishings were purchased new. Space is appointed with a king-size bed and comfy memory foam mattress, two cozy armchairs for relaxing, a dedicated desk and working area with a computer monitor and HDMI cable. All towels and linens are provided and there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin-operated washers and dryers for you to use (see the house manual for more information). The camera records both video and audio and is occasionally monitored to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. The camera is pointing outwards, and will ONLY record motion and audio directly outside the front door. Please DO NOT tamper with the camera. The doorbell still functions as a typical doorbell.

Our condo is suitable for infants and toddlers, but please note that we do not provide cribs, high-chairs, etc and the condo has not been "child-proofed." Use your own discretion based on the listing details and photos.

Our property is not equipped with a private washer/dryer, but there is a laundry hut in the neighborhood with coin operated machines to use. Please refer to the house manual for more information.

Our new nicely decorated apartment has a queen bed and a pull out queen sofa, free WIFI, Smart TV, DVD player, dvds, games and books. The bathroom has a double head shower and a Jacuzzi tub. On the large private deck you can enjoy breakfast or a relaxing adult beverage in the evening sun.
The fully stocked kitchen space includes a refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a toaster oven.
The apartment has no shared spaces and is attached to the main house.

Self checkin with entry door keypad. I am 4 minutes away if any needs arise. This is a completely equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Smart televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Each bedroom can have either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. Hardwood flooring and tile throughout. High end amenities. There is a ring doorbell camera that overlooks the front porch and parking lot.

Camellia Cottage was designed to look like it had always been part of the estate; with architectural details that mirror it's mother property in accordance with the historical district's guidelines. Decorated in a midcentury French genre, the original art was collected during the owner's travels to complement an eclectic mix of vintage and modern furnishing. Step inside, however, and you experience the ambiance of contemporary features including a cathedral ceiling in the family room, built-in large screen TV and desk/bookshelf units in each bedroom. Every room offers a visual vista of mature foliage and gardens, unhampered by large paneled plantation shutters.
Step outside to enjoy a private veranda adjacent to stone patio equipped for grilling outdoors.

This home is grand - in size and style. Basically two houses stacked on top of each other (each with full-sized kitchens), the home was just renovated and furnished with all new, modern furniture and decor. With lots of space for families or friends to spread out, there are ample rooms and seating areas both upstairs and down. Straight down from our location by lovely promenade is the world-famous Pinehurst Country Club and renown “Number 2” championship golf course - where Payne Stewart won the U.S. Open in 1999. A few blocks further, you'll find the 111-acre equestrian facility and historic Pinehurst Harness Track and Restaurant.

Everything in Pinehurst is a special experience, and this house is in the perfect location to enjoy it all without making anything an excursion.

The entire home is made available for guests! However, we do ask that short-stay reservation sizes that can be accommodated by the first floor only not access the lower floor (the first floor has 3 beds, 1 sofa bed (in its own room) and 2 1/2 baths.) We can offer guests a reduced cleaning fee for short stays, but we are charged quite a bit more for cleaning the entire home. We appreciate your help with this.

We are very responsive in the app or by phone; however, we are not in town on a consistent basis to help with onsite needs. We do have reliable support in the area should there be an emergency that needs attention.

Easy to get around quiet neighborhood. Very little traffic. Please park in driveway and stay off streets if possible. We've never had trouble finding parking around town as well.

Let us know if you won't be using all the beds - we can work with you on the cleaning fee if it's a shorter stay.

And we know how important it is to wake up with coffee and have paper towels, trash bags, towels and other necessities on hand - especially the morning after arrival! We provide enough for a couple days - for either a short stay or to get a longer stay started!
This house is not set up for gathering or parties. We respect and appreciate our neighbors, so we hope you respect that and replicate that relationship.

A wall of windows allows for golf course views everywhere you turn, with an unbeatable elevated view of the 8th hole and surrounding holes on Course No. 3. Modern, spacious, and bright interior, the entire home was recently renovated.
