The building is close to the main road so road noise could be heard in the morning. Also, there is a poor seal around the door which let noise & outside air in. The hvac wall unit worked well. The room doesn't have carpeting so sounds echoed but i like that floors are easier to keep clean. No breakfast but that was perfect for us. "
