Log Cabin - This cabin sets on a little more than 3 acres of land overlooking a pond in the front and a field in the back. Located not far from the city but with the feel of the country. There is a covered front porch with two tables. In the back of the cabin is a small covered porch with gas grill. This cabin is fully furnished. It has a country kitchen that features an old style gas ceramic stove. There is a pantry that is stocked with spices and a washer and dryer room. There is a dining room that has a table that sits 6 - 8 people. In the living room is a stone fire place and mantle. There is a beautiful wooden architectural desk (this was our Uncle Marvin's design desk), a table with 4 chairs, bonded leather sofa with recliners, love seat with recliner and rocking recliner. TV, blue ray player, CD player, internet, cable. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bed room has a queen bed, night stand, dresser with mirror. Also in the master bedroom is a full sized bathroom with shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with closet, dresser, lounge chair and small table and TV with Blueray/DVD . The third bedroom has a bunk bed. It also has an additional single bed. The loft has a rocking chair and lounge chair with ottoman for reading. Displayed on the wall is a beautiful quilt that was made by our great grandmother. The front porch features several tables and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Outside there is a simple fire pit for roasting marshmallows by the pond. You are welcome to go fishing as long you clip the barb from your hook and throw the fish back. (Catch and Release)

Simple and comfortable place to stay, located on a private dead end street. You can have comfort and affordability on 2 acres. The back of the property has a garage that is still currently used by a power wash company to park 2 vehicles, they leave in the morning and return in the evening, that is why such a great price. You can park an RV or trailer, plenty of space. Also we have a fenced in big backyard. 2 miles from Beaver Creek, 4 miles from downtown Apex. We have another house available next door

On the outside, two fire pits, one in the front and one in the back. The pond is currently stocked with breams and minnows. You are welcome to pick any fruit/vegetables in the garden.

Sheds around the property are not being used, they were used on various purposes for a small family farm.

- "We were in town for 5 days for my son's tournament at the USA baseball complex. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. This home was only 10 min to the fields and super close to plenty of restaurants, lakes, playgrounds, the amazing dtown Apex area and much more. This is by far the nicest stay we've had, you can tell it was newly renovated while keeping some charm and original details. Everything was super clean, beds were comfy, and the outside area was a huge plus. We ran into a few questions while there and the owner responded immediately to help us. My kids already declared that if we get to go back to USA basbeall again we'll def stay here. BTW if you have young kids don't miss Dtown Cary Park. It's unbelievable!! "

We are a family of three in Apex, North Carolina. We love to travel but our tastes in adventures varies. One trip could consist of “roughing” it in the mountains while the next trip could be fancy rooms and exploring museums. We have two great dogs so we understand what it’s like to travel with pets. I suggested to the property manager that they invest in higher quality sheets, ceiling fans, and replacing ping pong paddles and fixing the basketball game. If you’re not careful you’ll pass right by the driveway. Says it fits three cars, which was tight, but doable, so you don’t block the driveway to the other rental right next door. We brought our dog and it was a great experience overall. I didn’t see the pet fee listed in the description, and was informed after booking its 150 dollars per pet. It was less expensive than each of us getting hotel rooms for 3 nights and we loved having space to hang together. The kids just missed the pool from the hotel we normally stay at here . Definitely try the restaurants Myra Cafe and Skippers if you have time."
