We have an attached 900 sq foot in-law apartment with a private entrance. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, and kitchenette. Sleeps 4 (we can provide bedding for the couch if necessary, but it is NOT a pull out couch. We can also provide air mattresses for additional sleeping). Bedroom 2 has a queen size Murphy Bed. Please let us know if you would like it pulled down for a bed or left up as a couch/sitting room. Easy access to the area's many golf courses, biking and walking trails, parks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. Hot tub, outdoor dinning, and fire pit areas available. This apartment *IS* attached to our main house, but there is a separate, private entrance for you and your guests to come and go. The kitchenette has a two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, countertop convection oven, and a Keurig coffee maker (there is no dishwasher however). There is a washer/dryer unit. And the shower is *amazing*!! Almost like a car wash. Come and be pampered!

If you're searching for accommodation for a large group or multiple families to stay during the US Open, this is the ideal place! This unique property is located on Hole #11 of Whispering Woods Golf Course and Cardinal Lake. It is a very quiet, yet convenient location. It boasts a lovely dock offering beautiful views. It's only a 10-minute drive to Pinehurst and Southern Pines and 6 minutes to Moore County Airport. You can golf cart to the local restaurants and drive to other lake parks in Whispering Pines. The US Open Parking & Shuttle into Pinehurst is a 5-minute drive.

The spacious home can accommodate up to 10 guests with ease. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a large open-concept living room, a dining area, and a kitchen. The main floor bedroom has a king-sized bed, views of the lake, and a beautiful walk-in shower. The Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. Each offers a queen-sized bed. The other room upstairs offers a full-sized sofa bed in the gaming room. The game room features an air hockey table, an indoor dual basketball arcade, TV, and a large massage chair!

The chef's kitchen has all stainless appliances and a great breakfast bar to cook & entertain on. The dining table seats 6, while the breakfast bar seats 4 guests. There is another smart TV in the living room area and ample seating.

Outside, there's a covered porch with a Traeger grill, and down below is a beautiful stone patio with a hammock and an area to entertain further. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the kayaks down by the water, fishing, enclosed trampoline, basketball hoop, and cornhole set. The yard is fenced.

In addition, a golf cart is available for your use during your stay. Please inquire with the host about the requirements.

Located on beautiful Spring Valley Lake in Whispering Pines, our property is a 14 minute drive to the Pinehurst clubhouse (No. 2 course). You can quickly pop over to the tournament during the day, and in the evening, relax while overlooking the water in quiet Village of Whispering Pines.

Experience beautiful sunsets daily in this cozy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat. With its idyllic setting, amenities, and proximity to the championship golf course, your stay will be an unforgettable experience.

-Upstairs Master: One queen bed with attached master bathroom (with shower/bathtub) and private access to the deck with a lake view.
-Upstairs Guest: Two twin beds.
