- "No problems, book now!" - "Very nice unit on an attractive property within walking distance of downtown Cary. The house is surrounded by big trees with lots of songbirds and wildlife. The owners are friendly and helpful (Thanks for some excellent restaurant suggestions!). A couple of the appliances in the room were a little noisy at night, but we simply unplugged them and all was well. We had to do the same with a nightlight under one of the nightstands because it wouldn’t stay off, but again, not a major issue. My partner suggested adding a full-length mirror in the room for added convenience, but other than those quibbles, we really enjoyed our stay and we’d be happy to do it again."

The property is the lower level of a two level home with its own private entrance, full kitchen and bathroom, and private washer / dryer. We recently renovated the lower unit and added all new furnishings! You should have all you need for a comfortable stay but please do not hesitate to reach out if we missed something essential!

You'll have street parking, a private entrance, and full access to the lower unit and back yard. A code will be sent to you before arrival for our keyless entry pad. Street parking is limited to two cars.

Other things to note
We live in the upper unit (Sean and Taylor) with our dog and cat (Tallie and Tabor). Because we live on the property, we might cross paths! During the day, you might hear us upstairs. We are typically in bed pretty early, around 10pm, and up between 5 and 6am so you might hear us coming and going to the gym in the early hours, but we are always doing our best to stay as quiet as possible.

We love spending time on the deck and in the yard where you might see us! I'm still working on my gardening and adding more plants to the yard, so you might see me watering the plants or doing some yard work from time to time! Feel free to say hi if you see us!

**We do have central AC and Heat, however the controls are in the upper unit. We realize that the lower unit is naturally a bit colder than the upper unit, so please do not hesitate to reach out if the lower unit is ever too cold! We also have a couple space heaters in the closet in the bedroom that can be used, but we will do our best to make sure you are comfortable! Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns!

📦 PACKAGE/MAIL DELIVERY POLICY
We DO NOT allow packages or mail to be delivered directly to the unit. Please arrange for delivery to a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, or alternative pickup location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.

🧳 LUGGAGE STORAGE
We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests are responsible for arranging their own storage solutions if needed.

✔ The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and any damages will be taken out of the security deposit (if applicable)
✔ Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure.
