The owners are friendly and helpful (Thanks for some excellent restaurant suggestions!). A couple of the appliances in the room were a little noisy at night, but we simply unplugged them and all was well. We had to do the same with a nightlight under one of the nightstands because it wouldn’t stay off, but again, not a major issue. My partner suggested adding a full-length mirror in the room for added convenience, but other than those quibbles, we really enjoyed our stay and we’d be happy to do it again."

Come stay at our cozy 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome nestled in the pine forests of Cary. This updated townhome is warm and inviting and boasts some great outdoor space. Whether you are staying for a couple of days on a business trip or need a place to stay while visiting family, this townhouse is sure to make you feel comfortable and at home. Minutes from downtown Cary, multiple parks and greenways, top restaurants and breweries, this location is about as good as it gets!

There are two labelled parking spaces in front of our unit. Those are the only spots we recommend guests using as using any other parking spaces may put you at risk of being towed.

We are located less than 5 minutes away from the home so if you need anything we are always available and ready to help! We leave our guests to their own stay so don’t expect to see us, but if needed we are always just a phone call or text message away.

Cary is a great area to rest and relax. Within minutes of the townhome you have beautiful public parks and greenways, amazing restaurants, a quaint downtown area with coffee shops, ice cream, and even a boutique movie theater. We usually try to leave the latest issue of Cary magazine on the coffee table for guests to find some fun activities. There are often festivals, concerts, parades and more to enjoy while in town.

Cary is one of the safest towns in America so it provides a very welcoming atmosphere for any guest.

House Rules & Notes:

Please note that there are some fees that will be required to be paid after booking such as:

1) Refundable $300 Damage Security Deposit - This will be a hold on your account and will be automatically released 3 days after your check-out date provided the property was left undamaged.
2) Pet Fee - we charge $100/pet per reservation (when applicable)
3) Transaction fee of $5 for the processing of the security deposit

There are two dedicated parking spots labelled with the address number. Please only park in these spots in order to avoid being towed. There are some public bus routes that stop near the entrance to the townhome community but the easiest form of travel is by rental car (contact us if you are interested in ours), uber, lyft, cycling, and if you have some stamina - walking.

Early arrival or late departure is on a case by case basis, depending on the cleaners schedule. We need to allow the cleaning crew ample time to make sure the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before the next stay.

Absolutely NO parties or events, gatherings, functions of any kind, loud music, excessive noise, offensive behavior, illegal firearms or weapons, illegal substances including narcotics, drug paraphernalia, fireworks, sparklers, or incendiary devices, and illegal activities.

Please note that this is a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood. Kindly keep any music at a reasonable level and be respectful of our neighbors. Any reports of excess noise could result in guests being asked to leave. We have recently had complaints from our neighbors of door slamming late at night waking them up as well as car alarms etc. Please help us be great neighbors by keeping quiet hours in mind.

Security cameras are installed (legally) over the front entrance and rear entrance.

For insurance purposes, it's important that the # of guests match the booking. Other overnight guests not listed at the time of booking is strictly prohibited by them. If at any time you are expecting additional guests, please let us know prior. You are also responsible for any visitors that enter the rental property.

While this is a family friendly home, it is not child proof. If you have any children with you during your stay, please mind them at all times.

Please respect the home as if it were your own and leave the home in the SAME condition as you find it.

For makeup removal, please USE BLACK towels provided.

Report any issues, damages and breakages immediately.

Garbage must be tied tight and placed in the bin at the back gate. Strictly no trash is to be left inside.

Smoking of any kind (includes vaping) is strictly prohibited in the home; if smoking outside, do so with all doors and windows completely closed and please pick up and dispose of all remnants.

Although we do welcome dogs, you must make sure all pets are placed on your reservation and disclosed at time of booking. We also ask that pets are kept off furniture at all times and that you take responsibility for any damage/mess caused by your pet.

Gas Blackstone grill is for your use - please make sure the gas is turned off and the grill cleaned before you leave.

Please only use candles in case of a power outage, and make sure they're attended.

Consequences relating to non-compliance of Codes of Conduct or House Rules include, but are not limited to extra charges, early termination, immediate eviction and further recovery action relating to any damage, loss or theft. Any breach may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and a report lodged with the local authorities.

7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (11 AM), changes can not be done after 11 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.

Make yourself at home in the kitchen or take advantage of all the things to do in the area. You will have your own room with a Queen bed and access to a bathroom that is also only used by you. You will be staying with me, my lazy hound dog and also my young puppy.

This a 3 bedroom 2 bath older home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by retirees. The twin mattress in this bedroom is really comfortable & new. Space is comfortably suited to a single guest but I can fit a twin blow-up bed if requested (2 guests).

There is no fan in this room. You are welcome to request a comfortable sleeping temperature.

As a host I’m pretty flexible to catering to your individual needs, just ask.

You are welcome to be anywhere you please except in our personal bedrooms of course. We are laid back and care for your comfort!

I will most likely be in and out. There isn’t always a key under the mat but we will have the door unlocked for you. Please don’t hesitate to enter if it’s unlocked and no one is answering. Our doorbell does not work!

Please know this is a Christian home, we do not live in fear of man’s subjective Truth but God’s. If you’re very afraid of Covid, this may not be the home for you to book as we don’t operate out of fear but we will always respect your personal space and choices. We believe in the consent to risk as much of life is this.

This accommodation has its own private access so you can come and leave as you please. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one sofa bed in the living room comfortably sleeps five people. With a fully functional kitchen, it has microwave, fridge, coffee maker, stove and all basic utensils for cooking. There is one bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washer dryer, soap and its own space. It will be an ideal place for group, couples and families.

The space
It has a very nice front yard with gazebo, beautiful lawn and basket ball court. There are barbeque grill and equipments if you are an outdoor person.

Guest access
No access to the main house. Guests can bring their supplies they need from the side to access the main entrance for the basement. Nobody outside of the party will be accessing the basement during your stay.

It's a very quiet and peaceful location in the heart of West Cary. Within 15-30 minutes of driving distance you can reach Raleigh International Airport, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill downtown and offices of all major Tech companies in RTP (Research Triangle Park).
