- "The host was great about making changes. Also was easy to get a hold of if we needed to. She changed a bedding situation quickly. With that being said the home needed to be emptied out more. The freezer was full of food, so no where to store items of our own. Drawers and dressers were full of owners items. A lot of personal items in the home, just felt like we were staying where someone lives full time. Also photos that are listed are older and not current representation of the inside of the home. "

Cozy, Comfortable and Clean rental. Newly remodeled home located in Goldsboro, NC. Property has 3 bedrooms, updated bathrooms (one full, one half), new kitchen appliances with all the accessories, and laminate floors throughout. If you are working in the area as a traveling nurse, business professional, or visiting friends this is a great place to stay. We are near Wayne UNC Hospital and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval. Please do not allow the pets on the furniture or bedding.

The 4th bedroom owner's suite with half bath is available for an additional charge.

We are close to hwys 70 , 11 , 55 and 258.No animals of any kind. Everyone must be listed on the rental contract.

Our apartment is located off the road and overlooks a a pond with gorgeous sunrises from the front porch as you enjoy your coffee. We are a pet friendly location with plenty of room for your pets to run and play in a safe location. Our home is plentiful with wildlife that is often in your front yard.
