- "This property is close to everything and the queen suite we booked offers balconies with great views of both the ocean and the city. The kitchen was nicely stocked and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and the extra pillows and blanket were nice to have for snuggling on the couch. This is an older property so be prepared for the typical dated fixtures, furniture, and bath/kitchen design. If you don't mind the "not fancy" scene, I recommend the Four Sails Resort for its amazing location and friendly staff."

Come and relax in this just renovated 2 bed 1 bath first floor of our home with two attached patios, a grill and outdoor dining. This beautiful lake front property sleeps 6 and is located in the historic Croatan neighborhood. Only a 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Virginia Beach. The VB Boardwalk and Oceanfront s only 1.5mi away. The owners/hosts stay upstairs.

This cute and cozy 2 bedroom first floor of our home renovated during the summer of 2020. Guests use the front door, the breakfast bar that sits 4, 46" smart TV including HULU PLUS for live TV, and fast wifi. The property also features two large decks, one covered and one uncovered with a grill and outdoor dining table seats 6.

We stay upstairs with our dog Nala. Guests use our front door and we are readily available to assist and answer any questions or concerns guests may have. The thermostat is on our upper level but we are happy to make any adjustments to ensure a comfortable stay. We welcome everyone to our home and love to meeting people from all different walks of life and parts of the world.

Croatan neighborhood is one of the most beautiful and desirable neighborhoods in Virginia Beach. The house is an approximate three minute walk from the public beach and also sits as a lake front property to Lake Christine which is great for fishing, paddle boarding, or canoeing / kayaking. The Virginia Beach ocean front which is packed with dining, shopping, and nightlife is approximately 1.5 miles away. For a day away from the beach the property is also approximately 1 mile away from the famed Virginia Beach Aquarium and Marine Science Center.

Guests will be limited to two vehicles only that can be parked in the driveway. We ask guests to park on the left side one behind the other as we do share that space. The Virginia Beach Ocean Front is very bike-able. We recommend brining bikes in the summer as parking can be difficult and it will save on parking or Uber fare.

As of 2023 we are excited for offer guests a washer and dryer available upon request in our garage. We also supply 2 beach chairs and a beach cart.

We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival.

The master bedroom and ensuite has a queen bed, flat screen tv and a poolside view. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, a queen bed, 50' flat screen tv and a 42' tv. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking your family meals. The relaxing den is has 4 oversized reclining chairs, 60' flatscreen tv. - "We had the best time here! The location of this property was ideal for being able to hit the beach and see all of the sights around town. The house was clean, well-organized, and the outdoor space was HUGE. And the hosts were just amazing - incredibly hospitable and attentive! We will definitely be back :)" - "Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The private pool was nice. The area the house was located was nice and quiet. Great for evening walks. And it was located close to a lot of area businesses. There were some things that we felt could have been better. First, the grill. It was incredibly dirty. It had to be scrubbed clean before it could even be used. Second, the board between the kitchen sink and cupboard was broken. If someone needed to open both doors, it would fall to the floor. Third, the air vents in the bedrooms. In the single room, the vent didn't really distribute the air around the room so it was hot and stuffy at night despite turning the air down. The double room, where my husband, kids, and I slept, the bed was loacted directly under an air vent. In this case, it was way too cold so we had to practically close the vent in order to not freeze at night. But with it partially closed, it made the room hot at night. There was really no happy medium. Fourth, the freezer door was practically frozen shut. We were able to open and "fix" it by thawing out the slider that made the door open. It ended up working for the time we were there but we shouldn't have had to devote time to fixing it. The owners were aware of the board and freezer before we arrived but didn't take care of it. We just feel for the amount of money we spent on a vacation home, there were some things that could have made the stay better."

This tiny house on Back Bay offers everything needed for a relaxing and fun vacation - a quiet location with breathtaking sunsets and views of Back Bay, quick access to the beach, and plenty of amenities. The large private deck overlooks the water of Back Bay and is the perfect place to relax in one of the six Adirondack chairs with coffee in the morning or with a drink at night enjoying one of the gorgeous sunsets. Also available is an outdoor dining table under the awning, and a picnic table in the yard. During the day, the beach can be accessed just across the street from the resort entrance and is either a walk, short bike, or golf cart ride away. The resort has two communal pools, a sand volleyball court, a playground, tennis courts, laundry area (fees apply), and a fitness center (availability subject to COVID restrictions) that are all available for use during your stay. There are also two kayaks provided at the tiny house (waiver required) and two bikes for use during your stay.

This tiny house is perfect for couples or a family of four with small children. It can accommodate up to four, but we recommend only two adults due to the size of the tiny house (399 square feet). Also, it should be noted that the loft measures approximately 3 1/2 feet high. *Those planning on sleeping in the loft must be able to maneuver with the low ceilings. *

The tiny house also comes with a golf cart for easy transportation around the resort. **A golf cart Rules and Liability Waiver will be required to be signed prior to guest use.

Prior to booking our tiny house, please read the below. By booking your vacation, you agree that you understand and will adhere to the following:

RESORT RULES
 All lots are privately owned. Please refrain from crossing or entering other lots. You will be trespassing.
 The resort is gated and requires gate tags to enter the resort. Prior to your trip, instructions will be provided for getting the gate tag from the unit owner.
 Only one recreational vehicle is permitted per lot. The presence of ground tents, pop‐up tent, campers, mobile homes, vans or pickup campers are not permitted.
 No parking is permitted on roadways; this presents a safety hazard.
 No overflow parking is permitted on the common area grass, common areas or other owner lots.
 Additional parking is permitted outside the clubhouse. A parking pass must be visible.
 The speed limit within the resort is 9 MPH. This is a strict policy put into place to keep everyone in the community safe. Please always be mindful of children at play, people on foot, and bicyclists.
 Boats may not be tied directly to the bulkhead.*
 Operators of boats and jet skis are required to obey the “No Wake Zone” areas.*
 Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
 Babies in diapers are not permitted in either pool. The use of commercial swim pants or swimmers is permitted. Note: There is no lifeguard on premise. Swim at your own risk.
 Quiet time is 11:00 pm – 8:00 am. This is strictly enforced.
 The City of Virginia Beach does not permit open campfires anywhere on resort property.
 The use of grills is permitted. The use of propane fire pits are permitted if 15 feet from structure on a non‐combustible surface and not blocking a roadway.
 All trash must be bagged, tied up securely, and placed curbside by 10:00 am daily for staff pick up.
 The playground is not a pet relief area. All pet feces must be disposed of in plastic bags and only in the designated green pet waste stations located throughout the resort.
 It is a violation of the Virginia State Health Code to discharge any amount of wastewater or sewer water on the ground.
 Fishing is allowed (with a permit) in all common areas or at your unit. (See resort map)
 You must be 16 years of age or older to drive a golf cart through the resort.8
 Golf carts must be properly marked with the unit/lot number.*
 Only street legal and road ready golf carts are permitted outside of the resort. Police will ticket violators.*
*Note that this property does not provide a boat or golf cart - these rules are being presented for those bringing boats or golf carts on their vacation.

HOUSE RULES
 As our guest, you agree to keep our home in good, clean condition. Upon arrival, you will inspect the property and immediately notify us of any specific issues (cleanliness, damage, repairs, etc.).
 No smoking in the tiny house. If smoking outside, please do not smoke nearby open windows or doors. Cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not littered on the property.
 Do not burn candles, incense, or have any other type of open flame.
 Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
 No loud music or disturbances, especially past 11:00 p.m.
 No parties or events during your stay.
 As our guest, you agree that the property owner shall not be liable for damages while you enjoy our tiny house. You are responsible for any lost items in the home and the repair of any damage to the home caused by you, your family, or your guests.

Two full suites on the 2nd floor and the 1st floor has a fully equipped elegant kitchen, dining area for 10, living room with comfy seating and a flat screen. An additional two bathrooms with a 1st floor bedroom. Ideal for multiple families and individuals who need a 1st floor bedroom.

- "Everything was perfect!" - "A group of us stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday. The location is fantastic! The home was very clean. Check in was easy. We were noisy the first night and Frank had to call and ask us to keep the noise down. He was very polite about it. The neighbors are very close." - "We loved this property. The location was great. We are a family of 6. One of the children has cerebral palsy, and we were worried about the walk to the beach. However, it was seriously that close. He was able to make the walk multiple times a day with minimal issues. The house itself was large enough for everyone to have their own space. It is a neat layout with the extra 2 mini kitchens. It must have been a duplex or something at some point. But it was really nice in the middle of the night, you didn't have to walk downstairs to get a drink. We also loved the multiple bathrooms and the outdoor shower (which was a must with 4 kids coming from the beach). The only things you need to bring are your beach items, like beach towels, umbrella, chairs, etc. We really, really enjoyed this beach house and would definitely book again."

Sandbridge Beach Bay Getaway is located on the waters of Back Bay and within an easy walk to the beach. It's the best of both worlds! Enjoy the friendly neighborhood, beautiful clean beach, and numerous outdoor activities. Take a scenic stroll from the apartment, surrounded by the bay and enjoy the magnificent sunset over the back bay water and grasslands, all while taking in the surrounding sounds of nature. While the entire apartment is private with private courtyard, private deck, private entrance and not a shared space; our family lives in the house attached and upstairs. We have teenagers and medium sized friendly dog, Lucy. Guests will likely hear footsteps above/stairs, traffic in/out of the house, Lucy barking to greet anyone passing by or coming to our front door.
Outdoor guest space includes a private wrap around patio with chairs and grill. The canal access and dock is available for guest use. Please bring your own water toys or you may rent SUP, kayaks at Surf Adventure. They will deliver and pick up if arranged ahead of time. The pool is not included in the apartment rental and we have a no pet policy.
Sandbridge offers numerous recreational opportunities itself and is located close to the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park for nature lovers. High season months offer bingo at the fire station, coffee shop, karaoke, live bands and local vendor market shopping at The Baja. A few restaurants, two ice cream shops, small market for groceries and fresh bakery are available in Sandbridge for your convenience. Endless dining options are available just a short drive away in greater Virginia Beach.

Our space is most unique thanks to our private area that you have all to your self. This private area does not make the rest of he house seem silent. Previous guests complained that they could hear us or the dogs. We live here full time. We are all about making it enjoyable. We offer beach towels and if you’re nice we have chairs too. Our two dogs are hypoallergenic and do not shed any hair in my house. Do not be worried by the fact that we have dogs they are clean. I have allergies myself so I would be worried, that's why I'm notifying you. (The two dogs in my photos are not ours) that's a friend of mine.

We’ll be here upon arrival and show you the process to enter the door codes so you can come and go.
You'll have a shared shower bathroom BUT you have a private bathroom (the one next to your room has no shower in it). The house was built in the 60's but this bathroom is brand new. You'll also have a private bedroom and your personal tv.

During your stay
I will interact as much or as little as you would like. We are very personable people and we love to talk. We have two kids older well behaved kids who would love to ask questions. I have two Hungarian Pulik, and you’re thinking what the heck is that so you'll have to do a web search or find out when you get here!

We go to the beach most weekends. Ask us about the best local beach spots.

The Beach Get Away is a bright and cozy destination located within a quick bike ride to the beach, restaurants and entertainment! Bikes available!
The guest room boasts a queen size bed, smart tv, wifi, lap top station, mini fridge/ freezer and a large walk in closet! Full bath room upstairs and a half bath down stairs for guests to use along with the kitchen, living room and dining room.

The guest room is upstairs with access to a full bathroom, which is shared with one year around renter, and washer and dryer in the hallway. Downstairs there is a half bath, kitchen, dining room and living room with tv and wifi through out.

Cabinet directly left of refrigerator has a full set of dishes, coffee mugs and glasses for guest to use. Silverware is in the drawer left of oven and pots and pans can be found in the bottom cabinets on left and right side of oven.

The cottage is only steps away from the Chesapeake Bay beach where beautiful sunsets await your viewing. Great restaurants are within walking distance for first class casual dining experiences. First Landing State park is nearby with walking and running trails. The beautiful Atlantic Ocean is short drive away. There is a two night minimum for the Summer 2022 season.

My husband & I bought this townhome in VA Beach to be near family & we also have a home in California!
Our son, Chase and his fiancé, Crystie, live there to manage the Airbnb for us.

You’ll enjoy your own private room w/ a queen bed, smart TV, refrigerator & Keurig, as well as your private bathroom across from your room. You’ll be able to use the microwave in the kitchen and outside.

We love the centrally located location; 1 mile from the Town Center & 15 mins to VA Beach boardwalk & ocean.

We’re hosting a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and outdoor space!

The room has a TV, Roku, nightstand , ceiling fan, refrigerator, small freezer, Keurig with coffee pods, and a closet for your belongings. There is also a folding table that can be used for a work space etc.

Guest have access to a private bedroom and bathroom. Guests may use the microwave only in the kitchen .

One parking spot on the right side of the driveway is provided and there is street parking for another vehicle.

During your stay
Chase enjoys interacting with the guests, if desired, but also respects everyone’s privacy.

Other things to note
The TV has Roku box that gets many different networks. The bed has a TempurPedic mattress topper to make the bed extra comfortable, as well as a down comforter, and fresh linens. There’s a nightstand for your belongings, in addition to a closet.

Additional information;

My fiancé, Crystie, lives with me as well as her two cats.

At times, our daughter’s two, calm and sweet, hypoallergenic (non-shedding), Cockapoos (dogs) come to visit! If they’re there for your visit we’ll be sure to let you know in advance. And if you are allergic or prefer for them not to be there during your stay, please send us a message to that effect and we’ll be more than happy to honor your request!

Again, they are just visitors once in awhile.
