- "Loved the proximity to stores, beach, boardwalk, pool. Overall a great stay!" - "This condo (801) was better than expected. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed being at a less busy area of the beach. While there were plenty of beach goers there was always room to find a good spot without getting out there early. The complex is not too large so even with only one of two elevators working the wait wasn’t too bad. The parking is very tight. If you’re driving bigger than a compact car expect to work into your spot. The staff (front desk, cleaning crew and security guards) were all very friendly and helpful. The complex is on the edge of the row of shops allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. This is handy considering parking is at a premium and almost always costs. Our stay was during the 4th of July and being on the 8th floor was perfect for watching the fireworks off the barge. The truly only concern, not complaint, is the check-in process. The staff is not allowed to give out any keys until check-in time. This makes for a bottleneck during that time. Again, this is not a large complex so it wasn’t horrible just a bit frustrating. It does help to arrive a bit early to fill out paperwork ahead of time. Then it is as simple as handing you a key. Highly recommend this complex and rental company. 3. Furniture: If any furniture has been relocated during your stay, please return it to its original location before you leave.
4. Dishes: Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you check out.
5. Linens & Towels: Please strip the beds completely and deposit all linens and towels near the entrance.
6. Trash: Bag all trash and place it in the designated area. Additional trash bags are available upon request.
