- "Loved the proximity to stores, beach, boardwalk, pool. Overall a great stay!" - "This condo (801) was better than expected. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed being at a less busy area of the beach. While there were plenty of beach goers there was always room to find a good spot without getting out there early. The complex is not too large so even with only one of two elevators working the wait wasn’t too bad. The parking is very tight. If you’re driving bigger than a compact car expect to work into your spot. The staff (front desk, cleaning crew and security guards) were all very friendly and helpful. The complex is on the edge of the row of shops allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. This is handy considering parking is at a premium and almost always costs. Our stay was during the 4th of July and being on the 8th floor was perfect for watching the fireworks off the barge. The truly only concern, not complaint, is the check-in process. The staff is not allowed to give out any keys until check-in time. This makes for a bottleneck during that time. Again, this is not a large complex so it wasn’t horrible just a bit frustrating. It does help to arrive a bit early to fill out paperwork ahead of time. Then it is as simple as handing you a key. Highly recommend this complex and rental company. You should arrive in line for the chairs around 8:30AM to ensure you receive chairs. They resort only provides 100 chairs and they are all reserved and placed by around 9:30AM. This is the part I didn't like was waiting in line for around and hour in the hot sun for a few chairs. I did this once and then elected to just rent the chairs to prevent me having to wait in a crazy line. There isn't daily room service but that wasn't a problem for us. We maintained our condo on our own and called daily for fresh towels. The staff was prompt when bringing fresh towels and always arrived within 10 minutes or less from calling. Keep in mind that there is not parking on property you must drive across the street to park in the garage. They do offer valet parking but several different times during our stay we seen the same valet young lady drive very fast on the first two levels of the garage. With this being said we elected just to self park during our stay. Thank you to this owner for taking great care in their units. We had the best time and will be returning. "
