- "I was hesitant to book this knowing the history of this property in West Ocean city, but my friends and I thought we would give it a chance based on the renovation pictures. It Absolutely did not disappoint. The rooms are all newly renovated, clean, beds are very comfortable as well as the couch that turns into a bed. The pictures make the room look smaller than it really was. The bathroom in this unit was very small, so if you are a bigger person, I would check out their bigger units. The amenities were awesome! There is an indoor bar that serves food, right behind it is a beautiful pool with palm trees, a sun deck, an outdoor bar. The staff was all super friendly and spoke highly of the changes made to the property. You could not hear through the walls and even at night when the outdoor bar is open you can't hear the noise from your room and this unit was right across from it. There is a nice beach volleyball court in the back, as well as onsite laundry. My group and I liked it so much we already booked for July 4th, just in a bigger unit!"

- "Perfect for our family - 2 adults and 3 kids. We slept in the bed and kids were on the couch (our kids are still little). Always had hot water for 5 showers back to back! Pool and pool bar/food is amazing! Lifeguard on duty also! Bathrooms near the pool are HUGE if you need to change and are air conditioned. Virtual check in was the best! Door code and WiFi instructions were emailed prior to check in. We were able to park right beside our unit AND there was parking for our boat. Our kids were able to play on the sand volleyball court while we were getting ready/packing/etc. Air conditioning in the unit worked perfect and had 2 ceiling fans with lights. I do wish there was a bath mat or something to step out on. We ended up using one of the hand towels. We didn’t use the coffee maker and the size of the mini fridge was fine for our drinks and snacks for the kids. The property is small and quiet - we had no issues with loud music or out of control patrons and we were there on a weekend. Located just before the bridge into OC, it was close enough to jump over when we wanted but far enough away to not be caught up in crazy traffic. We drove to the beach Thursday and Sunday and found FREE street parking with a one block walk. I have shared this location with family and friends and we can’t wait to go back!"

- "But when I pay for the room it was very uncomfortable they had a big fly over top of the door when you open the door all the mosquitoes and Nats came in so you spent half of the night shutting them and trying to kill them and then there was no blinds up to the window sheer curtains with the light came through it was like daylight all night long no rest at all the restaurants stay open a short Time and it’s hard to get things done the TV there and work if you push the wrong button they went out they said we had free Internet the Internet didn’t work so I was very uncomfortable with the atmosphere of the people were very nice on the other hand but the place was horrible by the bathroom is too too tiny for one person even stay and I bend over and Hit my head on the sink but thank you God bless you hope you upgrade and modernize just a little more and give people what they need thank you and God bless you bye"

- "The place was not mis-advertised. But, it was supposed to be on the ground floor. It’s clean. But the first impression pulling into the parking lot was a group of kids in the parking blasting their truck horns for 15-20 minutes for who knows what reason. Then the smell of numerous lawn chair loungers around the entry ways below the staircase smoking cigarettes was wafting into our room “upstairs”. Then the door lock that never works on the first try. Alarms every single time before it accepts the entry code. Then the paper thin walls which allowed us in on the conversion next door including the bed banging against the wall, the arguments (or whatever) back and forth. And repeat. Then, after absolutely a minimum of sleep on what was NOT a comfortable bed, no hot water in the AM. I turned it on and felt about 10 seconds of tepid water which then turned cold. My wife couldn't shower. At the top of the second floor landing was a piece of plywood over what seemed to be rotted flooring. The handrails were painted white but the wood was so rotten I could stick my finger through them. I didn't dare lean on them for fear of falling through to the parking lot. So I had to procure another place to stay while down to visit my 80 year old parents on a mini vacation/visit. The pool filled up with people who just pulled in off the street. The bar food/drink selection/quality was mediocre to poor. It's supposed to be available to renters 25 and older. I'd write more but I'm out of space."
