There was plenty of room for my 2 dogs to explore the grounds and we walked every day up the shady dead end road next to the house. The central air was great and all amenities as shown on the listing and more were great. A Food Lion and Dollar General are nearby for any necessities. Our family enjoyed the screened in porch especially when it rained. The Assateague Crab House on the way to Assateague seashore is a must!! We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little property!!"

There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap around deck and a view of the canal. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and one twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed and a view of the canal. There is a full bathroom on each floor both with walk in showers. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen tv and a sliding glass door that opens to the large deck and a view of the canal. The living room is adjacent to the eat in kitchen which has a large table which also has a view of the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals including microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. COASTAL COTTAGE OCEAN PINES MD -- Catch the breeze and magnificent open waterfront views from every room of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath river water-front gem on the Saint Martin River. Decorated with vintage cottage furniture, red oak floors, comfy Macy's beds by Hotel Collection, Handcock & Moore leather sofa/club chair, leather & dense foam Pottery Barn ottoman (new for 2022), and Sony sound entertainment system. A screened porch invites you outdoors. Also enjoy spectacular sunsets or sunrise from the roomy sundeck or our private dock. Visit the Ocean Pines Beach Club 10 minutes drive to the beach in Ocean City, MD. Launch your boat, crab or fish from our private dock (MD fishing permit not required). The cottage includes two Sony HDTVs and DVD players with family movie cable package, but no landline.

Three (3) Bed Rooms (a Master and two (2) Guest Bedrooms (one has a Full-on-Full bunk bed).

Bed Sizes: 2 Queen beds, a Full-Over-Full Bunk Bed with mem foam mattress on top and traditional mattress below), and a Full-size Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.

Two (2) Bath Rooms (Master Bath with Shower and a Hall Bath with bath tub - shower combination). See "LINENS" below which are complementary for summer 2025 guests.

Amenities: Complementary Ocean Pines Beach Club Parking Pass.

(Note: Club Memberships daily or weekly for Golf, Tennis and Swimming Pools are available at additional cost through the Ocean Pines Association or at the door.) Linens are available separately at Ocean City's rental service.

NOTE: RESERVATIONS DURING PRIME SUMMER MONTHS MUST BE MADE FOR A FULL WEEK (or MORE) that RUN FROM SATURDAY-TO-SATURDAY. PRIME SEASONAL MONTHS ARE JUNE. JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER EACH YEAR. Coastal Cottage is only for Family Vacations (Non-Group Rentals).

Again, Weekly Reservations run from SATURDAY-to-SATURDAY and may be made for multiple weeks. Inquiries for "Mini weeks" (at least 4 days within a calendar week) are considered only during OFF-SEASON periods (April, May, and October).

LINENS:: New for summer 2025 the 78th Street and Coastal Highway, Ocean City Beach & Linen Rental Company will provide basic linen service for 6 guests at no additional charge. Included are towels for 6 persons (bath and hand towels, and wash cloths) as well as sheet sets and pillowcases for 2 queen beds and 2 full mattresses (for a full-on-full bunk bed) -- more than $100 value. (Please note sheets for the full sleep sofa are NOT included.) Important: Your linens will be left on the screen porch on your arrival date. However, the OC linens service will charge $25 if their linens are not left on the porch for return upon the guest’s departure...Please promptly inform Owner if there is any difficulty.

PILLOWS: We provide new pillows each season but recommend bringing your own which should be more comfortable.
