There was plenty of room for my 2 dogs to explore the grounds and we walked every day up the shady dead end road next to the house. The central air was great and all amenities as shown on the listing and more were great. A Food Lion and Dollar General are nearby for any necessities. Our family enjoyed the screened in porch especially when it rained. The Assateague Crab House on the way to Assateague seashore is a must!! We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little property!!"

There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap around deck and a view of the canal. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and one twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed and a view of the canal. There is a full bathroom on each floor both with walk in showers. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen tv and a sliding glass door that opens to the large deck and a view of the canal. The living room is adjacent to the eat in kitchen which has a large table which also has a view of the canal. - "We really enjoyed are stay at Parrot Bay 25. The place was very clean and cozy. It is close to the boardwalk, parks, beach, fishing. It has an outside screened in area next to an open porch. It other people stay with you and they turn the air conditioner colder than you like, take a blanket for yourself. The sheets on all the beds were clean. The bedspread was very lightweight and my husband likes it cooler. Very enjoyable stay." - "Close enough to the main action and beach of OC, but far enough to avoid the hustle. The cottage is located down a private, quiet, dead end drive way but just minutes from the boardwalk, Assateague, Berlin, or the locals beach, “Stinky Beach.” OR just a short walk, or ride on the NEW beach cruisers to some of the most popular great eats. The cottage features lots of windows to open to smell the ocean air. You will feel right at home at this peaceful cottage.

Welcome! The whole cottage will be solely yours. It has its own parking right out front that has ample space for 3 cars. The newly painted deck has brand new comfortable boho furniture, perfect for morning coffee or a evening cocktail. The deck also has a table for four, to crack some crabs or play a card game.

Upon entering you will walk into a open space with high ceilings. There is a very comfortable day bed (setup like a couch) in the living area to watch tv, or even sleep on at night. The TV is a Roku TV where you can enjoy peacock, Hulu, discovery +, Tubi etc. Wi-fi is also provided. There is a kitchen with everything you need including spices, silverware, knives, plates etc. With a full size refrigerator and stove you will have everything you need to stay in and cook a meal, if you chose. You will find a complimentary coffee bar on the counter. Also a small dining table inside to use.
* Feel free to use the record player but only if you are familiar with them and know how!

The bedrooms are both equal size, quite roomy and equipped with ceiling fans. The first bedroom has a queen bed and large dresser. The second bedroom featuring a full-size bed and closet with hangers, feel free to unpack and make yourself comfortable! There are a assortment of games to play in the dresser drawer. You will also find a blow dryer in the lower drawer for your use. *** The comforters and blankets are professionally laundered after every use, so don’t hesitate to use them!

The bathroom has complimentary professional shampoo and conditioner, and body wash.

Behind the house you will find the shed. Beach chairs (5), beach umbrella, a cooler and BRAND NEW BEACH CRUISERS (2) are there for your use! Please make sure to lock (lock provided) the bikes when you’re out and about.

***Linens will not be provided. Please be sure to bring sheets (1 queen, 2 full beds), pillow cases, bath towels and beach towels. Pillows will be provided (4 per bed) but not pillow cases. Several rolls or toilet paper and paper towels will be provided.

- "Clean, quiet, 3 block walk to boardwalk. We will return. Only complaint was no comfortable living room furniture. Only a hard, leather, low to floor futton and a arm chair. No sofas, couch or loveseat" - "This was our first time in Ocean City. We absolutely loved how conveniently located the cottage was! So close to the beach and so much more. We loved walking the boardwalk each day, found new places to eat each night along the boardwalk, and spent a day at the water park.
