This is a very quiet and comfortable cottage with a large yard. Our home sits in the rear of the lot with lots of privacy. Good central location. The upstairs king bedroom is loft style, so please keep in mind, while you can't see up there without going to the top of the steps, there is no door to the master bedroom. The downstairs bedroom is small, but features a twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has a 42" smart TV. The living room has a large comfortable couch and a 55" smart TV.

The space
This is a 1937 colonial cape cod duplex, side entrance to private home. Walking toward the front door you will veer to the left to enter the “yellow house” with red door. Electric key code provided 24 before the time of rental. Please note that door is aged and needs a little pulling at opening and closing. There is a security camera at entrance outside of the home. The heat is programmed. The downstairs is cooler than upstairs. Use the fireplace to warm up downstairs or the heaters provided in the closet. If upstairs is too hot, use fans provided for cooling or open windows. Be careful with the windows are they have aged and are fragile. Please close all windows before leaving. We don’t want to let in any bugs.
Do not open (white) door downstairs that is access to the duplex next door—owners home. Both are securely locked when guests are in the premises. Please don’t take any towels, dishes, etc be respectful of the rules and leave everything in good condition. This is our home and we take care of it. Leave dirty towels and sheets near the washing machine. Throw trash away.
