No problem. Tyrel was able to accommodate us with options and went over and beyond our expectations. We didn't know the hotel was undergoing renovations and probably would have not stood here since it was quite the eye sore to say the least, however, Dominic, the bell gentleman and Tyrel, the manager, made the stay the best yet. They truly are the definition of hospitality at it's best. Now, check-out at the front desk was not the best experience. We called from our room and they were not pleasant, short with us and hung up abruptly as if we were a bother to them. We called back to complete our conversation and frankly disappointed with the level of customer service received with this young lady in whom I did not get her name since she didn't answer appropriately or even greeted us. Dominic made it better with his genuine smile. Should we return, we hope to not encounter the front desk ladies who need a lesson on true hospitality service. My hat goes off to Tyrel and Dominic. They were and are the reasons for our possible return and recommendation as well. I apologize if I misspelled Tyrel's name but hope he knows we appreciated him and all he did for us to enjoy a beautiful anniversary. "

HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

- Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the max guest count at any one time.

- Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.

- Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 10 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 10 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.

- Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.

- No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.

- $75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.

- If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.

- Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.

- If equipment is used that would make the utilities charge become excessive, that will be charged back to the renter.

- Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.

- Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.

- An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

- Guest agrees to complete a third-party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or if the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.

- Please note that we do not do shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.

- This home is not pet friendly, any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals are disclosed and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.
