- "This has the potential to be a nice little place to stay, but our stay was not good. There were several issues we experienced:1. On the check in day, I never received any communication from the host to provide the door code and the booking said check in was 2pm but host stated it was 4pm which was an issue because we got there at 3pm but she was finishing up when we pulled up. 2. The door did not lock and we couldn’t leave so she had to come back and change the battery. 3. There was a dirty pot sitting in the sink full of dirty water and the faucet was hanging down almost in the pot and did not retract so it seemed broken. 4. There were absolutely NO eating utensils, not 1 fork, spoon or even a butter knife in the entire kitchen. There was 1 old steak knife just thrown in an empty drawer and all of the drawers were empty except 1 that had miscellaneous stuff in it. 5. There is a dishwasher but is not hooked up and doesn’t work. 6. We were provided wash cloths and towels but there were no hand towels to dry our hands and no foot towel in the bathroom. 7. The WORST issue is the tub was clogged so both of us had to shower as the dirty water gathered and covered our feet as we tried to wash which was disgusting. "

Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Music and anything loud should not be heard outside during this time. You will have to vacate immediately if there are noise complaints from neighbors or cops are called. No parking of vehicles on any grassy areas. Smoking (of any kind) outdoors only. Notify me of any damages immediately. No mining for crypto currency or other activities that result in excessive use of electricity. No commercial filming or photography productions without pre-approval. This includes amateur filming that will be posted online or sold. You will be responsible and charged for the repair and/or replacement cost for any damages or missing items caused by you, your pets, or guest or for excessive cleaning fees incurred. SERVICES AND FACILITIES: All facilities provided by Host are provided as a gratuity and are not a part of the Booking Agreement, and Host reserves the right to change or limit the hours of any such facilities, or to eliminate them completely without prior notice to Guests and that any such action by Host shall not constitute a claim by Guest of any breach of Booking Agreement by Owner, nor be a basis for any reduction in rate, refund or early termination of the Booking Agreement. The home is located in Brighton Portsmouth, an area directly adjacent to the naval shipyard. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of a variety of industrial, residential, and business properties. Restaurants and entertainment in the immediate area is sparse. However, the neighborhood is ten minutes from downtown Portsmouth, an artsy area with a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment. Much of the economy in the city is driven by the Portsmouth naval Hospital and the Naval shipyard, located within short travel distance to the property.

Our newly renovated studio loft is a second story unit located on the back of my property above the detached garage. The space is outfitted with a comfy king size bed, and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom space has curtains to close off the space for a little more privacy. The 55in TV is mounted on a swivel mount to enjoy from either space. There is a washer/dryer in unit all guests are free to use. Our property is family friendly and we can’t wait to host you!
