Welcome to our condo. My wife and I have been hosts on Airbnb for 7 years as we also host the unit below this one in unit 206. This unit is oceanfront and the building sits 100 feet from the beach. The views are amazing.
We are located 3/4 of a mile from some of the best restaurants, it's an easy 10-15 minute walk. The other end of duck is about 2 miles, so it makes for a great walk, there is also plenty of parking if you don't want to walk. Tons of shopping, a boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and fishing that you can walk to everyday. The town is easy to fall in love with. There are nice bike paths and walking paths through the town of Duck.
This condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years. It's 684 sq ft. It has an oceanfront deck view that is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There will be times that you will see dolphins from your deck. The living room has a smart TV and is comfortable for 4 people. There is a queen size pullout couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated. The master has a kingsized bed and a full master bath.
You could not ask for a better location with spectacular views. Watch the dolphins from the kitchen, living room or enlarged deck. Great space for a quiet relaxing vacation.
You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and any other linens you may need.... or order them through Atlantic rentals or Moneys Worth Beach Rentals. I understand this is unlike most other airbnb spaces but, this is the norm in the outer banks. Most people choose to bring their own linens.
All of the condo is yours to use, enjoy it. Please feel free to share your opinions and ideas of other things that we may need or could do to make it an even better experience. The day before your arrival I will send you the code for the door and the combination to the supply closet.

When it comes to linens, you have 2 choices, you can bring your own which most people do or you can rent linens locally from Atlantic Rentals or Moneysworth beach rentals. Both companies will deliver and pickup your linens. Atlantic beach rentals and moneys worth beach rentals are two companies that I recommend. There are pillows and comforters in the condo. You will need pillow cases, sheets, towels and any other type of linen you may need.
Starting with the 2nd week of June and running through August is the in season. This condo rents out from Friday to Friday during the in season... with few exceptions. Feel free message me with with any exceptions that you may need.

Take in the salt air and listen to the waves crashing! There are 2 spacious porches for you to enjoy while staying at Sit N' Duck. One porch is located off the your living room space. Best spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in morning and see the beautiful watercolor painted sky. Great spot at night to enjoy a drink and listen to ocean all on backdrop of beautiful sky lighted by the moon and stars. You have two comfortable wooden Adirondack rocking chairs and table. Other porch which is so cozy with a porch swing and bench. Great spot to chill and enjoy the evening . Some of our guests have spotted deer, rabbits and foxes from this porch. Another option to Sit N' Duck is the swing under the live oak trees. There is probably our guest favorite spot in late afternoon. All these outdoor spaces are shared with other guests but you can easily have your private space.

This unique 24-acre resort property located right on the edge of the Town of Duck, NC, sits between the Ocean and the Sound, and offers access to both. This is arguably one of the best locations in the Outer Banks for convenience and walking / biking proximity to multiple activities and dining options.
This property has one of the largest outdoor pools on OBX and a Recreation Center with Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Exercise Room, and Activity Room.
The space
This is a two level 2BR/2BA unit located in the 100 Building. One of the better features of this specific unit is the amount of space it provides for the entire family, including 3 separate decks off the Living Room and Master Bedroom respectively.
1st Level - Full Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, etc. Sit up bar / 3 stools, Dining Table / 6 chairs, Large Family room with Loveseat and Sleeper sofa, Full Bathroom w/tub and shower, 2 private decks. There is another smaller deck outside the entry door.
2nd Level - 2 Bedrooms - Master bedroom with King Bed and TV, 2nd bedroom with Queen bed. There is a Bathroom on this level with Tub / Shower combo.
This 2BR unit at approximately 1,100sq ft and is rated to sleep six (6) persons. There is a Washer / Dryer inside your unit.
SOUND VIEW CATEGORY:
While the resort itself is Beachfront this specific unit is located in the 100 Building (see property map in the pictures section) and is closer to the Sound than the Beach.
It is possible to walk to the Resort’s private Beach access, but since this is a large 24+acre property that stretches from Sound to the Ocean, it can be a longer walk to the beach from certain sections of the resort versus other areas.
If you have a lot of beach gear, or small children, it might not be practical to walk to the beach from this unit in the summer heat (between 1/8 mile to 1/4 mile depending on unit location). Your best option might be to drive to the parking area right near the Outdoor Pool and Beach access. This private parking area is reserved for Resort guests where you can conveniently drop off your family and gear, or even park in the spaces provided if one is available.
STAIRS / ACCESSIBILITY:
Most properties in OBX have a certain number of stairs, so that buildings are elevated and protected in case of potential flooding that could be caused by hurricanes or major storms.
Almost all the units at this resort have a certain number of stairs leading to the Front Door of the unit. Some have interior stairs to a 2nd level, or depending on the specific unit configuration, as few stairs up or down to one of the bedrooms inside the unit. The number of stairs varies depending on the specific unit configuration, and whether the unit is considered first floor, second floor, or third floor. Typically the higher you go the better your view is from the outdoor decks and windows.

UNIT INTERIORS:
This property was originally constructed in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Recently a $8+ Million dollar renovation project was started, and expected to be completed in phases thru 2024/2025.
Until the entire renovation is completed, resulting in every unit interior being renovated, you will find most unit interiors are spacious and comfortable but very dated with decor from the late 1980's or early 1990's.
While personally I would describe this overall property as very laid back, relaxed, and comfortable, it is important to note that these units definitely have more of a rustic, almost like a dated cabin at the beach type feel, with older furniture, carpets, and alot of wood on the interior. Hopefully the photos provided give you a general understanding for what I am describing.

The Blankets on the beds should be fine for most families, but you could bring an extra Blanket or Comforter if you have any concerns about that.
- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofas during your stay, I definitely recommend bringing your own sheets, pillows, and blankets, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed. This unique 24-acre resort property located right on the edge of the Town of Duck, NC, sits between the Ocean and the Sound, and offers access to both. This is arguably one of the best locations in the Outer Banks for convenience and walking / biking proximity to multiple activities and dining options.

This is a two level 2BR/2BA unit located in the 100 Building.

2nd Level (Loft) - There is a spacious loft with 2 Twin beds, and Full-Size Bathroom. There is plenty of space here to add an air mattress if you have additional guests or children.
This 2BR unit at approximately 1,100sq ft and is rated to sleep six (6) to eight (8) persons. There is a Washer / Dryer inside your unit.
GARDEN / SOUND VIEW CATEGORY:
While the resort itself is Beachfront this specific unit is located in the 100 Building (see property map in the pictures section) and is closer to the Sound than the Beach.
This unit has one Deck, with entry from the Living Room area and had a scenic garden view.
It is possible to walk to the Resort’s private Beach access, but since this is a large 24+acre property that stretches from Sound to the Ocean, it can be a longer walk to the beach from certain sections of the resort versus other areas.
If you have a lot of beach gear, or small children, it might not be practical to walk to the beach from this unit in the summer heat (between 1/8 mile to 1/4 mile depending on unit location). Your best option might be to drive to the parking area right near the Outdoor Pool and Beach access. This private parking area is reserved for Resort guests where you can conveniently drop off your family and gear, or even park in the spaces provided if one is available.
STAIRS / ACCESSIBILITY:
Most properties in OBX have a certain number of stairs, so that buildings are elevated and protected in case of potential flooding that could be caused by hurricanes or major storms.
Almost all the units at this resort have a certain number of stairs leading to the Front Door of the unit. Some have interior stairs to a 2nd level, or depending on the specific unit configuration, as few stairs up or down to one of the bedrooms inside the unit. The number of stairs varies depending on the specific unit configuration, and whether the unit is considered first floor, second floor, or third floor. Typically the higher you go the better your view is from the outdoor decks and windows.

While personally I would describe this overall property as very laid back, relaxed, and comfortable, it is important to note that these units definitely have more of a rustic, almost like a dated cabin at the beach type feel, with older furniture and carpets. At Barrier Island there are several buildings and the unit layouts differ from building to building, but all come with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room and outside deck with eating area. Please note because of the hilly terrain and the design of the buildings there are number of stairs to climb to reach your unit and most units have inside stairs as well ( no elevators)

You will definitely need a vehicle to explore the area. The resort itself is large, but amenities are well within walking distance and there is some parking available at the beach access on the property. There is free parking for one vehicle in front of the building where your unit is located, overflow parking is also available on the property for additional vehicles. Upon checking in, you will receive a gate/parking pass to display in your vehicle.
Other things to note
This property is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs to climb to access your unit. (No elevators)
In this convenient studio style atmosphere, you'll be just a staircase away from shops, restaurants, and the only true coffee/breakfast house located in Duck. Treehouse Coffee Co. Serving NC roasted, fair trade, single origin coffee and a delicious full breakfast menu!

Duckburgh offers a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized (new in 2018) bed, hallway twin bunk beds, modern kitchen, two full bathrooms (new in 2018), two flat screen TVs with cable (living room and master bedroom), pull-out couch, DVD player, free WiFi, Keurig Coffee maker, drip coffee maker, ceiling fans, dining table for 4, keyless entry system, and much more.
Please note our condo is on the third floor of a three story building with stairs and no elevator- we do have wonderful views! The property is built on pilings to manage potential floods and there are 17 steps per flight of stairs.
The beach is only steps away from our condo! Our condominium community has many amenities. There is a pool (unheated), outdoor grills, basketball and tennis courts (bring your own balls and rackets), pool side restrooms, oceanfront showers, gazebos, and coin operated laundry facilities under the building ($2.00 per load for washer and $2.25 for dryer)
Remember to bring your own towels, sheets, pillow cases and other linens you may need. You do have the option of renting all your linens. If you like - I can recommend a company that will deliver and pickup all your linens. The company also has other beach and baby items you can rent, if needed.

This unique 24-acre resort property located right on the edge of the Town of Duck, NC, sits between the Ocean and the Sound, and offers access to both. This is arguably one of the best locations in the Outer Banks for convenience and walking / biking proximity to multiple activities and dining options.

GARDEN / SOUND VIEW CATEGORY:
While the resort itself is Beachfront this specific unit is located in the 100 Building (see property map in the pictures section) and is closer to the Sound than the Beach.
From your 1st floor and 2nd floor unit you have one very large deck, with room for the entire family, and with a scenic Garden view. Then there is another large deck on the other side of the unit with a direct view of the Sound, where you can enjoy watching the Sunsets over Currituck Sound every afternoon. Great outdoor space available with this unit.
It is possible to walk to the Resort’s private Beach access, but since this is a large 24+acre property that stretches from Sound to the Ocean, it can be a longer walk to the beach from certain sections of the resort versus other areas.
If you have a lot of beach gear, or small children, it might not be practical to walk to the beach from this unit in the summer heat (between 1/8 mile to 1/4 mile depending on unit location). Your best option might be to drive to the parking area right near the Outdoor Pool and Beach access. This private parking area is reserved for Resort guests where you can conveniently drop off your family and gear, or even park in the spaces provided if one is available.
STAIRS / ACCESSIBILITY:
Most properties in OBX have a certain number of stairs, so that buildings are elevated and protected in case of potential flooding that could be caused by hurricanes or major storms.
Almost all the units at this resort have a certain number of stairs leading to the Front Door of the unit. Some have interior stairs to a 2nd level, or depending on the specific unit configuration, as few stairs up or down to one of the bedrooms inside the unit. The number of stairs varies depending on the specific unit configuration, and whether the unit is considered first floor, second floor, or third floor. Typically the higher you go the better your view is from the outdoor decks and windows.

This property was originally constructed in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Recently a $8+ Million dollar renovation project was started, and expected to be completed in phases.
Until the entire renovation is completed, resulting in every unit interior being renovated, you will find most unit interiors are spacious and comfortable but very dated with decor from the late 1980's or early 1990's.
While personally I would describe this overall property as very laid back, relaxed, and comfortable, it is important to note that these units definitely have more of a rustic, almost like a dated cabin at the beach type feel, with older furniture and carpets. Hopefully the photos provided give you a general understanding for what I am describing.
The benefits offered by this resort are the overall amenities, including one of the largest Outdoor Pool areas on OBX, private Guest access to a nice Beach, and a Recreation Center offering an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Workout Room, and Activity Room.
Please note that if this unit was renovated the nightly rate would be quite a bit higher. Many families enjoy their annual vacations at this property, however if you are a traveler that requires more luxurious accommodations, this may not be the right choice for you, and you might want to consider one of the more expensive listings on AirBnB.
I am not trying to sound negative, because personally we enjoy this property for what it is, not what it isn't. I just want to make sure your expectations match reality. If you have any specific questions on this, please don't hesitate to ask.

Your unit is private, but since this is a large Resort property, Amenities will be shared with other guests (Pools, Beach, Recreation Center, Outdoor Games, etc).

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. If a security deposit is required, it will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.
- Barrier Island Station – Duck is professionally managed and operated by Capital Vacations / Vacation Resorts International (VRI). The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance during your stay.
- Check In time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days.
- Late Check In: The Front Desk / Office is open from 8am to 7pm. If you arrive after those hours you can go to the Security office and get access to your unit. Then the following morning you will need to go to the office by 11am to get officially signed in and receive your parking passes, information, etc.
- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.
- Three FREE parking passes are included with this unit, which you will receive from the Front Desk at Check In. If you need parking for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk.
- Bedding linens, including blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided. However, if have you have any favorites blankets or pillows, or if you sleep better using a certain type of pillow, it would be good to bring your own.
- Please especially take note of the detail above about bed coverings. BIS-Duck provides Blankets but does NOT provide the heavier, bulkier Comforters that you may have on your bed at home. The Blankets on the beds should be fine for most families, but you could bring an extra Blanket or Comforter if you have any concerns about that.
- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofas during your stay, I definitely recommend bringing your own sheets, pillows, and blankets, maybe even a mattress topper for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed. Also plan accordingly if your unit has multiple sleeper sofas (bringing 2 sets of sheets, pillows, blankets, etc).

One Bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom with tub. This unit has a bunk bed in the hallway/alcove. Second full bathroom is in the hallway with a stand up shower.
Full kitchen, dining table and living area are all together. Balcony has seating for 4.
Unit is on first floor. There are steps to get up to the unit. No elevator. Our parking spot is at the bottom of the stairs for easier loading/unloading.

Guests have full access to the condo unit. There is a pool, swing set, tennis courts and private beach access. There is coin laundry room down below the condo.

Tucked away in Colony By The Sea is The Tipsy Terrapin. Enjoy the comforts of home in this one

This is arguably one of the best locations in the Outer Banks for convenience and walking / biking proximity to multiple activities and dining options.
The space
From your unit you can walk to the Beach, Outdoor pool area, and the Sound. Being on the outskirts of the Town of Duck, you are just a few minutes drive from shopping or dining along the 1-mile boardwalk located along the Sound. Some people can walk / bike this distance, but that depends on the family. In the evenings try not to miss some of the spectacular sunsets over the Sound.
This is a two level 3BR/2BA unit located in the 100 Building. One of the best features of this specific unit is the amount of space it provides for the entire family, including a large deck off the Living Room with outstanding views of Currituck Sound and the afternoon sunsets.

From your unit you have one very large deck, with room for the entire family, and with a great view of Currituck Sound. You can enjoy watching the Sunsets over Currituck Sound every afternoon. Great outdoor space available with this unit.
It is possible to walk to the Resort’s private Beach access, but since this is a large 24+acre property that stretches from Sound to the Ocean, it can be a longer walk to the beach from certain sections of the resort versus other areas.
If you have a lot of beach gear, or small children, it might not be practical to walk to the beach from this unit in the summer heat (between 1/8 mile to 1/4 mile depending on unit location). Your best option might be to drive to the parking area right near the Outdoor Pool and Beach access. This private parking area is reserved for Resort guests where you can conveniently drop off your family and gear, or even park in the spaces provided if one is available.

This property was originally constructed in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Recently a $8+ Million dollar renovation project was started, and expected to be completed in phases.
Until the entire renovation is completed, resulting in every unit interior being renovated, you will find most unit interiors are spacious and comfortable but very dated with decor from the late 1980's or early 1990's.
While personally I would describe this overall property as very laid back, relaxed, and comfortable, it is important to note that these units definitely have more of a rustic, almost like a dated cabin at the beach type feel, with older furniture and carpets. Hopefully the photos provided give you a general understanding for what I am describing.
The benefits offered by this resort are the overall amenities, including one of the largest Outdoor Pool areas on OBX, private Guest access to a nice Beach, and a Recreation Center offering an Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Workout Room, and Activity Room.
Please note that if this unit was renovated the nightly rate would be quite a bit higher. - Barrier Island Station – Duck is professionally managed and operated by Vacation Resorts International (VRI). The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance during your stay.
- Check In time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days.
- Late Check In: The Front Desk / Office is open from 8am to 7pm. If you arrive after those hours you can go to the Security office and get access to your unit. Then the following morning you will need to go to the office by 11am to get officially signed in and receive your parking passes, information, etc.

The Blankets on the beds should be fine for most families, but you could bring an extra Blanket or Comforter if you have any concerns about that.

This apartment is a mix of traditional duck hunting club decor and modern style. Much of the furniture and decor are antiques sourced from the Outer Banks or were located in the original Ducks Cottage/ Powder Ridge Hunt Club. Access to the apartment requires you to climb one full flight of stairs and the apartment itself is two stories with the third bedroom being located upstairs. The eat in kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, full refrigerator, full size sink an electric hot plate. THERE IS NO STOVETOP OR OVEN however, there is a microwave and toaster oven. Each of the three bedrooms have stunning sound front views. To get to the beach it is about a 15 minute walk from the apartment or a 5 minute bike ride. - Barrier Island Station – Duck is professionally managed and operated by Capital Vacations. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance during your stay.
- Check In time is 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days.
- Late Check In: The Front Desk / Office is open from 8am to 7pm. If you arrive after those hours you can go to the Security office and get access to your unit. Then the following morning you will need to go to the office by 11am to get officially signed in and receive your parking passes, information, etc.
- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.
- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit, which you will receive from the Front Desk at Check In. If you need parking for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk.
- Bedding linens, including blankets, sheets, and pillows are provided. However, if have you have any favorites blankets or pillows, or if you sleep better using a certain type of pillow, it would be good to bring your own.
- Please especially take note of the detail above about bed coverings. BIS-Duck provides Blankets but does NOT provide the heavier, bulkier Comforters that you may have on your bed at home. The Blankets on the beds should be fine for most families, but you could bring an extra Blanket or Comforter if you have any concerns about that.
- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofas during your stay, I definitely recommend bringing your own sheets, pillows, and blankets, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed. Also plan accordingly if your unit has multiple sleeper sofas (bringing 2 sets of sheets, pillows, blankets, etc).
- Bath and Hand towels are provided for you and will be inside your unit when you arrive.
- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However your unit does have it's own Washer / Dryer in the unit that is for your use only. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.
- Each Unit will receive a "Starter Package" at Check In. Your unit will have basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc to get you thru the first day or two of your stay. - If you or any members of your family enjoy bike riding, I strongly recommend taking your own bikes (if you have the means to do so). Bikes are a great way to move around the resort, and also ride into the Town of Duck. Bike rentals in Duck are available if you don't bring your own. Remember to take your bike locks so you can lock up your bikes at the bike rack each night.
- If you are interested in fishing while on vacation, just make sure you have the proper licenses. There are also many rental and charter boats for fishing based out of the various inlets if you wanted access to waters farther offshore.

This unique 24-acre resort property located right on the edge of the Town of Duck, NC, sits between the Ocean and the Sound, and offers access to both. This is arguably one of the best locations in the Outer Banks for convenience and walking / biking proximity to multiple activities and dining options.

GARDEN / RESORT VIEW CATEGORY:
While the resort itself is Beachfront, this specific unit is located in the 300 Building (see property maps in the pictures section). This is near the middle of the property, but slightly closer to the Sound side.
It is possible to walk to the Resort’s private Beach access, but since this is a large 24+acre property that stretches from Sound to the Ocean, it can be a longer walk to the beach from certain sections of the resort versus other areas.
If you have a lot of beach gear, or small children, it might not be practical to walk to the beach from this unit in the summer heat (between 1/8 mile to 1/4 mile depending on unit location). Your best option might be to drive to the parking area right near the Outdoor Pool and Beach access. This private parking area is reserved for Resort guests where you can conveniently drop off your family and gear, or even park in the spaces provided if one is available.
STAIRS / ACCESSIBILITY:
Most properties in OBX have a certain number of stairs, so that buildings are elevated and protected in case of potential flooding that could be caused by hurricanes or major storms.
There are no elevators at this resort. Almost all the units have a certain number of stairs leading to the Front Door of the unit. Some have interior stairs to a 2nd level, or depending on the specific unit configuration, as few stairs up or down to one of the bedrooms inside the unit. The number of stairs varies depending on the specific unit configuration, and whether the unit is considered first floor, second floor, or third floor. Typically the higher you go the better your view is from the outdoor decks.
BIS-Duck Resort will provide assistance carrying your baggage to your unit if you would like some help.
For this specific unit: Please note that this unit has one of the better panoramic Garden / Ocean Views available at this Resort, because it sits on the highest point on the property. However this is also one of the units with the most steps. If steps are not an issue, the views are worth it.

UNIT INTERIORS:
This property was originally constructed in the late 1980's and early 1990's. Recently a $8+ Million dollar renovation project was started, and expected to be completed in phases.
Before the renovation started, most of the unit interiors were spacious and comfortable but very dated.
Please note these specific units in the 300 Building section have been partially renovated. These units have received new Flooring throughout, new furniture in the Living Room and bedrooms, new window coverings, newly painted in all rooms, and the Kitchen has been refreshed (although countertops remain the same).
The benefits offered by this resort are the overall amenities, including one of the largest outdoor pool areas on OBX. Next to the pool area there is an onsite Sea Glass Snack Shack serving stuff like burgers and hot dogs, beverages, and water ice.

Welcome to Barrier Island Resort near the beautiful town of Duck in North Carolina. This resort is situated on the Atlantic Ocean but is within walking distance of the sound and the town. Enjoy the rustic peaceful surroundings and gentle sounds of the surf. There is something for everyone in your group. Large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, volleyball, tennis, shuffle board, and of course beach access with snack bar.
The space
This unit is located in "building 4" close to the pool, a quick walk to the beach and across from the tennis court. This is a 2 bedroom unit that sleeps 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Out side of the master bedroom is a loft area with a pull out sofa and the living room also has a pull out sofa. There is a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The deck looks towards the pool and the ocean. Please note that this unit is two stories and to access the unit there are 38 steps. There is no elevator.

This is a timeshare resort and you will have full access to all the amenities. In addition to the outdoor pool, there is a new recreation centre with indoor pool with hot tub, longe area and fitness centre. This is a very large property and is hilly, there is parking for one vehicle close to your unit, additional vehicles can park in the overflow parking area.

Welcome to our condo. My wife and I have been hosts on Airbnb for 8 years as we also host the unit below this one in unit 206. This unit is oceanfront and the building sits 100 feet from the beach. The views are amazing.
We are located 3/4 of a mile from some of the best restaurants, it's an easy 10-15 minute walk. The other end of duck is about 2 miles, so it makes for a great walk, there is also plenty of parking if you don't want to walk. Tons of shopping, a boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and fishing that you can walk to everyday. The town is easy to fall in love with. There are nice bike paths and walking paths through the town of Duck.
This condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years. It's 684 sq ft. It has an oceanfront deck view that is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There will be times that you will see dolphins from your deck. The living room has a smart TV and is comfortable for 4 people. There is a queen size pullout couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated. The master has a kingsized bed and a full master bath.
You could not ask for a better location with spectacular views. Watch the dolphins from the kitchen, living room or enlarged deck. Great space for a quiet relaxing vacation.
You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and any other linens you may need.... or order them through Atlantic rentals or Moneys Worth Beach Rentals. I understand this is unlike most other airbnb spaces but, this is the norm in the outer banks. Most people choose to bring their own linens.

When it comes to linens, you have 2 choices, you can bring your own which most people do or you can rent linens locally from Atlantic Rentals or Moneysworth beach rentals. Both companies will deliver and pickup your linens. Atlantic beach rentals and moneys worth beach rentals are two companies that I recommend. There are pillows and comforters in the condo. You will need pillow cases, sheets, towels and any other type of linen you may need.
Starting with the 2nd week of June and running through August is the in season. This condo rents out from Friday to Friday during the in season... with few exceptions. Feel free message me with with any exceptions that you may need.

The second floor is designed to provide 2 separate units or one large 2 bedroom apartment. Each unit is listed separately or you can reserve the entire second floor here. These accommodations provide access to community recreation including the pool, pickle ball and tennis courts, also, of course the beach! The beach/ocean access is only steps from the driveway.
Fully stocked with everything you need for the perfect OBX getaway, your second floor apartment is newly built and offers a private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment AND a separate 1 bedroom 1 bathroom queen suite. A large living space with kitchenette in the apartment along with a small kitchenette in the guest suite.
The spacious living room in the apartment offers a full size sofa, large smart television, comfortable throws/pillows and a bright stylish feel. Adjoining the living room is the large kitchenette and dining area. The kitchenette includes a full refrigerator, sink, plenty of counter space and stocked cabinets, a drip coffee pot with coffee, a selection or sugar/sweeteners and creamer. There is a microwave and toaster as well. Bar style seating for two.

The guest suite offers 1 queen bedroom with full bathroom. This bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, luxurious linens, 2 bedside tables, USB charging capabilities on both sides, ceiling fan and a large smart television. The full bathroom includes a vanity, bath tub with shower, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser, luxurious towels and a hair dryer. There is also a bedroom closet with hangers, luggage rack and 2 beach towels for guest use.
You will be provided 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 small coolers to enjoy at the beach. When you return, the enclosed private ground level outdoor shower awaits you!

Super clean spaces and all new refreshing decor. The appliances are all new. Come relax near the beach with all modern up to date decor and amenities. We have a one bedroom option for two , if both rooms are not needed. We super fast WiFi! Also we use a ultraviolet light to help with cleaning.
