Barrier Island Station offers fantastic community amenities for your family's enjoyment. The community complex includes handicapped beach access, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool with poolside bathrooms and outdoor showers, a snack bar, a new rec center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise area, a playground, tennis courts‚ a pickleball court, a volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, a grilling area, 2 electric car charging stations, and coordinated children's activities in-season. Parking at this complex consists of one designated spot, all others are first come first served. For the electric car charging stations, the price is $1.50/hour. To keep YOUR costs down, we do not provide cleaning or linen services for our guests staying less than a week. For weekly visits, cleaning is included with your stay. If you decline cleaning services, we ask that you make sure the condo is clean, disinfected and ready for our next guest. Cleaning supplies, vacuum and SWIFFER are at the condo. This is typical for most CBTS rentals.
