Beach Me Up Scotty! is a cozy and affordable 2 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bath, 1200 sq ft home. Located on oceanside and within a short walking distance to the ocean. There is a large sidewalk across from the house for bikes or walking that will take you to many local shops. , Master bedroom has a queen bed with joining full bath. Second bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle. Another full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has large open ceilings with large front windows for great views. A extra family room /game room with 1/2 bath and a pull out sleep sofa is located on the lower level. The open kitchen has a bar that seats 2 and dinning table that seats 6. There is a outside shower and a fish cleaning station under the house as well as a charcoal grill in the yard.

- "We traveled as a family. 2 preteens and 1 dog. House was so nice, clean and right size for 4 people and a dog. Sally was a great host. She gave us all the info. So, my kids rented a bike, walked to the ice-cream place and enjoyed it everyday. Beach was so close by and huge. Yes, there is a dune part, but you can easily walk through. We walked our dog at the beach every morning. There are restaurants or little markets, very close by. Food Lion is 20 minutes drive. It is a very convenient and safe place. My kids had so much fun. They were so tired from swimming, riding a bike and walking to ice cream place. House has everything. Games for kids, books, cooking utensils. You need to bring your towels and bed sheets only. it was a home away from home. Special thanks to Sally. I wish I have a neighbor like her. She was very helpful. We will be back. "

Pamlico sound-front custom home completed in early 2022. It's located in the village of Salvo at the end of the road and is surrounded by large Live Oaks and natural fauna.

Your private front entrance into unit #1 is the brown/glass door on the left side of the home. The 10' ceilings make the retreat feel incredibly spacious. It includes a very comfortable Ghost King mattress, a coffee maker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a ceiling fan, and linens. The custom-tiled bathroom has a solid-surface double vanity and a large glass-enclosed tile shower.

The shared outdoor space includes the front lanai with comfortable furniture, the enclosed outdoor shower, and the pier. The HVAC is centrally controlled and automatically adjusts for comfortable temperatures throughout the day and evening.

When it comes to beach access, the options are plentiful. A quick drive takes you to Rodanthe beach access, which offers a bathhouse, outdoor showers, picnic tables, and an oceanfront gazebo. For those looking for a more adventurous beach experience, Ramp 25 provides year-round 4WD access to the beaches south of Salvo. If you want to walk, it's 7-10 minutes, depending on the pace. Whether you're an angler, a surfer, or someone who enjoys the serenity of coastal life, this home provides convenient access to various recreational activities. This sound front retreat is a great home base for visiting the Outer Banks and Hatteras Island. It is off Highway 12 but hidden among giant live oaks, eastern cedars, and other natural fauna.

Self-check-in is easy with an electronic keypad door lock. Two private ensuites for rent are accessed on either side of the front door. We reside with our two Labradoodles, Bentley and Porscha, in the remainder of the home. We enjoy traveling and may or may not be home during your visit. The pier provides access to the Pamlico Sound for stunning sunsets and abundant water activities.

Comfortable bed. Great experience." - "The unit is so beautiful and as pictured. The glass shower was so nice and a good size too! The only thing is that the water pressure was a little low but it was fine in my opinion. There wasn't a lot to do in the area but we drove to Hatteras Island and Kill Devils Hill for some activities other than the beach. The beaches in the area are absolutely gorgeous and aren't crowded. It was definitely a perfect couples unit to rent for the week. The price is great as well. There's no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which was all we really needed since we wanted to eat out most of the time anyways. Overall a great trip and definitely a place worth staying at again if we're in the area!"
