This property has been maintained as a 5 star stay and was recently purchased by us (5 star hosts). It was voted as Beaufort’s top short-term stay in 2022. The Loft is located above a retail space, Dancing Baristas Cafe, which opened in March 2023. There will be patrons visiting the shop downstairs for early morning coffee and the business will be hosting occasional afternoon/evening events on site. The entire outdoor space is considered common area for all guests to enjoy and we hope you will participate in all of the fun being offered right outside your door! However, the upstairs area is reserved only for our VRBO guests and you will not be sharing any indoor spaces. If you'd like to engage in the community, meet locals, feel some excitement and learn more about the area...you will love this spot! Within 1.5 miles you'll land in the Historic Downtown of Beaufort, where you'll find bars, restaurants, ice cream, live music, ferry services and more. While some may consider walking downtown, most guests opt to hop on a bike or golf cart. Rent these locally and take advantage of the delivery services available so they'll be waiting upon your arrival! We'll be happy to share directions for a shortcut to downtown - the trail over the Turner Street bridge is just around the corner!

Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c unit. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior boasts a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can enjoy Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Promise Land Bungalow is a duplex. We host an Air bnb on one side, (Unit A), for guests like you...and host a wonderful long term tenant in Unit B.

Behind the bungalow, you will share parking area (you have 2 spots), a small backyard, and a gas grill under the live oak trees.. The rest of your accommodations are completely private...like a one bedroom townhouse — The covered back porch is yours alone, along with use of 2 bicycles for rides downtown! We live just 8 minutes away, and we love to sneak over when our property is unrented and take the bikes for a spin downtown ourselves...and pretend we are on vacation too! The residential streets are lovely and the folks are so friendly! You and your comfort are our top priority!

This duplex was built in 1950, so the wall dividing the apartments was built to the building standards of that time. That's why we like quiet guests and ones that will honor our House Rules of no music inside or outside after 10 pm. Thank you in advance!

This apartment is conveniently located near the point of Emerald Isle. It is about a 15 minute walk, or 7-8 minute bike ride to the beach. If you prefer to travel by car, we are just minutes away from the parking area at the point and the Western Regional Beach Access of Emerald Isle.
We are just minutes from the Emerald Plantation shopping center, which features grocery stores, restaurants, gift shops, movie theater, ABC store, and more! We are within biking distance to Bell Cove Plaza, with Gaffer's restaurant, Lazzara's Pizza, Village Ice Cream, and Village Beach Mart. Everything you need is close by and you never have to leave the island. However, if you like to explore, we are a short drive to the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Ft. Macon, Moreead City, Jacksonville, and Beaufort.
The owners live on the premises in a separate house, but you may not see them during your stay. No pets and no parties, please.
