Room to Spare is an original tiny house established in 1983 and used by the Dunne Family until 2022 when we purchased the property and built our own little purple house. We kept the existing tiny house as we consider it a historical landmark and upgraded it to preserve and share its legacy.

We also have a pool, kayak and other beach toys for our guests to use. Brand new 2020 renovation with all new furnishings, decor and kitchenette!

If you’re looking for a fun laid back getaway in a quiet beach town with the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen, we have a place for you! One bedroom apartment with king bed, an XL twin day bed, kitchenette and bathroom in brand new home. Completely separate from the main part of house. Short walk to the ocean and sound on each side. A real dream for kayakers and paddle boarders. Short drive or bike ride to coffee shop, ice cream shop, market and restaurants. Beach is quiet and never crowded.

Casa Crews is comfortable and located in a great area. Walking distance to restaurants and a peaceful beach. When you arrive, you will find that we have provided the major essentials to make your vacation great. The location is very peaceful and you will find a welcome book that will provide you with everything that you need to know about the area from top places to eat, see and do.

The bed is top of the line and extremely comfortable with portable iPhone chargers on each side of the bed.

The apartment is ideal for two guests. Inside there is a well-stocked kitchenette and living room with comfortable couch and 55” FireTV. Be aware that this laundry room may be used while you are on the premises. We’ve done our best to soundproof but you may still hear our tenant or housekeeper using the laundry during daytime hours.

Linens are not included but can easily be rented. There is no elevator, only a luggage lift. (This amenity is not guaranteed.) Beach chairs are stored in a locker in the building.
