Come stay in our fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and brewery. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Over 15 classes per week are offered that you may join in as well for free. We even have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city.

This cozy second-floor unit is part of a charming two-unit home. River City Retreat is located exclusively on the second floor and is accessible only by staircase with approximately 18 steps. There is no elevator.
The home features two separate units, so it’s possible the downstairs unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay. However, your space remains completely private—the interior connecting door is securely locked and double-bolted on both sides, ensuring full separation and safety.
For added peace of mind, there is also a pull gate at the top of the stairs that can be secured and locked for your protection, especially helpful for families.

For added security and peace of mind:

Please be aware that, given the vintage character of our 1920s building, you may occasionally hear neighbors beside us or some noise from outside the building. We have provided a white noise machine in the bedroom in case you need it.
This store front flat gives a Tommy Bahama vibe. From the beautiful exposed brick walls to the decor. This 1896 historic building has been recently renovated to today’s comforts and is within walking distance to the shops, bars and excellent restaurants.
