- "We arrived late, had a hard time finding the building. Maybe put on the listing it’s a dead end street. Construction vehicles every where. The parking spaces were so tight, we couldn’t get our luggage out. Those are the only negatives. Of course the construction is no fault of the host. The communication was excellent, the condo was spotless and so cute. Right next to Bay Oaks Park (I didn’t see that on the listing, it was a nice surprise) - the Saturday morning market was so enjoyable. Very easy walk to the beach. Great recommendation for a Mexican restaurant very close to condo. The space
Expect TINY! This may be your chance to find out whether tiny house living might suit you.

It is really just a bedroom, with a small adjoining bath. There is a fridge, a microwave, a very small sink and a little bit of cabinet space. There is a drop leaf contraption mounted on the wall that you raise up and use for your table. There is a nightstand with a few drawers, and a row of hooks on the wall behind the door to hang your clothes.

It is “tiny“ but we have had people stay for as much as a year. Works best when people are working long hours and just need a place to come home and sleep, bathe, eat and repeat. And maybe go home on the weekends.

Outside your door, you have the whole outdoors, with the beach just a block away. There are also multiple restaurants within a block.

This is a simple small apartment, comfortably furnished for monthly guests temporally working in the area or studying or doing internships, etc.

You have the entire apartment to yourself. You will have one parking space.

This 8-unit apartment building has been set up as short-term furnished rentals. You will be one block from the beach (see pictures), and there is a handy strip shopping center with a great Mexican restaurant at the end of the block.

Very convenient to Little Creek Amphib base, and reasonably convenient to Norfolk Naval Base.

It is just a three minute walk over the dunes to a quiet beach. In addition to swimming or fishing, the beach is a great place to walk.

The neighborhood is a redevelopment area, where new spacious beach type homes are continually going up, replacing smaller cottages from the 1950s that are constantly being knocked down to make way for the new places.

The location is only about a mile from the Little Creek Road commercial corridor, where you can find any shopping that you need. There is a laundromat there.

Guest access
Between the two buildings, toward the backyard, there is a deck area with a patio table and chairs. There is a small backyard that is available for use by all the occupants of the eight apartments.

Welcome to our cozy one- bedroom apartment, located in East Oceanview. Just a short walk from Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for couples and singles who are looking for a beach getaway or traveling for work. We are conveniently located near Norfolk airport, Naval station Norfolk, and local restaurants.

The space
Enjoy this fresh and clean one-bedroom apartment to yourself. Located on the 1st floor of the building. It has an open concept layout with a small kitchen and dining area. Perfect for making intimate home cooked meals. It is equipped with essentials and other conveniences such as a microwave and Keurig. The living room is furnished with a 55” tv and Roku, so you can enjoy all of your streaming programs. After a long day of traveling, head into the bedroom and relax on the plushy queen size bed. There is also a private bathroom, stocked with towels and washcloths.

-This is a multi-unit Complex. There are shared corridors, but separate entrances dedicated to each unit.

-Each unit also has assigned parking spots that can accommodate two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided upon check-in.

Other things to note
-Licensed and permitted to operate by the City of Norfolk.

House rules:
No smoking, vaping, or Hookahs allowed, MARIJUANA Strictly prohibited. If we smell it coming from the apartment it will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE, immediate cancellation of your reservation. You would have to leave the property.

-NO more than 2 guests permitted in the unit! Failure to comply will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE, immediate cancellation of your reservation.
-Authorized guest ONLY. Each guest must be registered upon booking.
-No parties or large gatherings. (Cannot exceed the 2 guest limit in the unit)
-Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Please double check the address to ensure you are parking at the correct building
-No loud music/tv/noise after 9pm
-No pets allowed.
-Beach equipment is not provided.
If you are heading for fun in the sun, it is recommended that you bring your own beach towels and chairs. Please refrain from using bathroom towels at the beach.

-Check-in is at 3pm
