- "We arrived late, had a hard time finding the building. Maybe put on the listing it’s a dead end street. Construction vehicles every where. The parking spaces were so tight, we couldn’t get our luggage out. Those are the only negatives. Of course the construction is no fault of the host. The communication was excellent, the condo was spotless and so cute. Right next to Bay Oaks Park (I didn’t see that on the listing, it was a nice surprise) - the Saturday morning market was so enjoyable. Very easy walk to the beach. Great recommendation for a Mexican restaurant very close to condo. I really think the ad undersells what a great place and location this is.Have already spread the word to family what a great place this is and highly recommend for future trips to Norfolk. "

We drove to Virginia Beach for one day which was about a 30 minute drive. We enjoyed the beach in the back of the house more. The host responds quick when asked questions. • No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 4 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM
• Up to 2 house trained dogs or cats are allowed in unit. Pets are not allowed on/in beds. When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
• Please clean up after your pets when outdoors. Utilize the pet waste station to properly dispose of any pet waste. Excessive pet hair will result in a damages fee.
• No fires or fire pits allowed on the beach.
• No fireworks allowed on the beach. Use of fireworks will result in a breach of house rules as many house fires have been started in the area due to fireworks.
• Please stay off of the rocks on the beach, as they become slippery and can be quite dangerous.
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
