He made sure we had everything we needed but also never got in the way, intruded in any way, or made anything difficult. Now you're in for a treat! This pool house sits in front of a 50' pool, built in hot tub and has a dry sauna AND a steam shower inside. There's nothing else like it. Any season, this is the ultimate place in Virginia Beach.
This is a great experience. We built this as a vacation place at home since we work too much to vacation. Inside, you'll find porcelain tile floors, granite counters, heated towel rack in the full bathroom, in the bar poker machines for fun, a few slot machines for fun, 4 tv's, 2 in the main room, as well as a full bar (off limits), an ice maker, dish washer, instant hot water at the sink, endless hot water heater to never run out of hot showers no matter how many people you bring.
Steam shower, includes a double headed shower for the smaller guest room with a dry sauna right next to it.
Outside, you'll find a grill big enough to have a pool day and stay and enjoy the property. A built in hot tub overflows into the 50' pool.
This is in an upscale, all brick home neighborhood, 4000' sqft and up. You'll have plenty of street parking being everyone has garages and large driveways. Feel comfortable walking around at any hour. Biking to the beach is possible, I do it, but it is 8 miles away.
In the bedroom, you'll find the best mattress and bedding. We didn't give you our old and tired, we shopped for the best new stuff we'd expect.

NO COOKING in the pool house. There is an outdoor kitchen that you need to use for ALL cooking, including crock pots, hot plates, etc. The pool house is small and it is against city code for anything other then a microwave to be used for food. I also don't want to have food odors from around the world taking over the feel of the pool house.
Security camera on premises. We only rent the Pool House out separately when we reside in the main. There's personal items, beer, alcohol on premises that is NOT part of your rental. Any consumption or removal is considered theft by Home Away and we're advised to file a police report. In the summer, these items will be removed.

This is an adorable ONE ROOM studio condo with recent upgrades and renovations including new flooring and a custom tile shower ! There is a beautiful pool overlooking the boardwalk and ocean for guest use. The studio also overlooks one of the most popular upscale restaurants in the area. There is a private bathroom with a view of Atlantic Ave. from the small portal window in the full shower and a functional kitchenette including a microwave, an induction cooktop, air fryer toaster oven combo, and refrigerator/freezer. The studio is a small but efficient space that sleeps 2 in a comfortable queen size day bed and has a small ocean view from the window that is visible from the pub table. There is NO additional seating other than the day bed that functions as a sofa and 2-top pub table. - "The view was spectacular and right on the beach, which I loved. The condo was nice, the only thing I seen was there was mold on the sheer curtains but other than that it was pretty clean. There is definitely not enough plates silverware or cooking utensils or mugs unless you wash dishes everyday. I really enjoyed my stay there. Would recommend " - "Our stay was nice.
