He made sure we had everything we needed but also never got in the way, intruded in any way, or made anything difficult. Now you're in for a treat! This pool house sits in front of a 50' pool, built in hot tub and has a dry sauna AND a steam shower inside. There's nothing else like it. Any season, this is the ultimate place in Virginia Beach.
This is a great experience. We built this as a vacation place at home since we work too much to vacation. Inside, you'll find porcelain tile floors, granite counters, heated towel rack in the full bathroom, in the bar poker machines for fun, a few slot machines for fun, 4 tv's, 2 in the main room, as well as a full bar (off limits), an ice maker, dish washer, instant hot water at the sink, endless hot water heater to never run out of hot showers no matter how many people you bring.
Steam shower, includes a double headed shower for the smaller guest room with a dry sauna right next to it.
Outside, you'll find a grill big enough to have a pool day and stay and enjoy the property. A built in hot tub overflows into the 50' pool.
This is in an upscale, all brick home neighborhood, 4000' sqft and up. You'll have plenty of street parking being everyone has garages and large driveways. Feel comfortable walking around at any hour. Biking to the beach is possible, I do it, but it is 8 miles away.
In the bedroom, you'll find the best mattress and bedding. We didn't give you our old and tired, we shopped for the best new stuff we'd expect.

NO COOKING in the pool house. There is an outdoor kitchen that you need to use for ALL cooking, including crock pots, hot plates, etc. The pool house is small and it is against city code for anything other then a microwave to be used for food. I also don't want to have food odors from around the world taking over the feel of the pool house.
Security camera on premises. We only rent the Pool House out separately when we reside in the main. There's personal items, beer, alcohol on premises that is NOT part of your rental. Any consumption or removal is considered theft by Home Away and we're advised to file a police report. In the summer, these items will be removed.

This is an adorable ONE ROOM studio condo with recent upgrades and renovations including new flooring and a custom tile shower ! There is a beautiful pool overlooking the boardwalk and ocean for guest use. The studio also overlooks one of the most popular upscale restaurants in the area. There is a private bathroom with a view of Atlantic Ave. from the small portal window in the full shower and a functional kitchenette including a microwave, an induction cooktop, air fryer toaster oven combo, and refrigerator/freezer. The studio is a small but efficient space that sleeps 2 in a comfortable queen size day bed and has a small ocean view from the window that is visible from the pub table. There is NO additional seating other than the day bed that functions as a sofa and 2-top pub table. - "The view was spectacular and right on the beach, which I loved. The condo was nice, the only thing I seen was there was mold on the sheer curtains but other than that it was pretty clean. Beautiful Four Sails. Located at the upscale north end of the Virginia Beach oceanfront on 33rd and Atlantic not far from the neptune statue. These are large 1BR 1BA units that sleep 4 comfortably with full kitchens and 2 balconies (1 facing the ocean and also 1 facing the city). The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and plates, glasses, etc for four people. Each unit also has a whirlpool tub for 2 people so its like having a hot tub right in your unit. There are flat screens in the living room and the bedroom and a DVD player. The four sales has a restaurant on the first floor, a large indoor pool, and offers free bike rentals so no need to bring those.

The home is located in the desirable area of Ocean Lakes in Virginia Beach.

We are only a five mile drive by car, Lyft or Uber to the VB Amphitheater to see a concert, to the resort area of the oceanfront and a 20 minute drive to the beautiful Southern beaches of Sandbridge and the Back Bay.

Additionally, during the Summer Season, we have our pool open and deck for bbq'ing as well as a community pool with picnic tables, bbq grills, tennis and basketball courts and a large open area to just take it all in.

There are literally hundreds of multi-cultural restaurants, breweries, distilleries and shopping areas within a 5 to 15 minute drive.

It is an easy going life here at the beach and we are always available to give you tips on other things to do in our beautiful city!

Key location and entry instructions available three days prior to arrival. You will receive 2 keys (1 for home entry door and 1 for your room). You will have access to your private room & SHARED bath. There is a full-sized inner cushion bed complete with tasteful linens, ample closet space with hangers, a nightstand, lamp, bookshelf (with a guest sign visit book), dresser, a small fridge, coffee maker with filters, coffee and creamers, extra linens and extra pillows.

In your room we will also have VB Guides, discount coupons, some books for you to read if you want to relax on the beach or at the community pool, a small fridge to store some necessities and some light toiletries.

The kitchen is galley style and can be used at any time (please take consideration during sleepy hours) and is loaded with most every kitchen tool you will need or you can help yourself to the outdoor grill!

The garage has a washer/dryer which you are welcome to use as well.

We do not have a TV in the guest space but do have WiFi so you can log in on your phone, iPad, tablet or laptop.

During your stay
We can be as available or unavailable as you would like. We are very laid back and easy going and are usually in and out on the weekends.

I am an EXCELLENT tour guide and can give you great direction on everything going on in the area whether you need to find fine dining, a burger, breakfast (we have some of the most INCREDIBLE brunch places here!!!) happy hour, live music public transportation, best beaches or a religious gathering place.

Weeknights we are in bed early (9pm) and weekdays up early (5am).

We know the area very well and know a great deal of people around town and would be happy to guide you or escort you at any time during your stay.

Our home comes equipped with our very mellow and friendly dog Max and our four cats who have their own dedicated (well, they chose them themselves) spaces throughout the house.

I am a neat-freak so you wouldn't even know that there are pets there except for seeing their friendly faces!

PLEASE NOTE we are not a party house and do not allow pets.

It gets VERY hot in the Summertime and we keep our air conditioning VERY cool. If you are not someone who likes hot outdoor temperatures and very cool indoor temperatures, this isn't going to be the place for you!

All guests are provided with their bed linens and one additional blanket. PLEASE do not close the vent in your room as that puts added pressure in the system and can cause issues.

For those who have never been to the beach you will see things (animals, insects, wildlife and sealife ) that you may not have ever seen if you are from other areas.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. You are at the beach and please remember to hose off sand, shake out towels and clothing and remove shoes before entering the home.

This will prevent mud, sand, water, etc. from entering the home and bringing in the little buggers that can travel with you from the beach, woods, water, etc.

We will deliver the RV to your site & hook it up for you. We will try to walk you through the camper depending on your ETA. We live right down the road so it’s always easy to help! If we can’t be there upon arrival we leave the keys for you, instructions will be included in check in message.

** 50 Amp service and full hookup (water/sewer) required to utilize the camper to its full potential. If you are unsure what you need just ask for more info! We cannot accommodate you without these things so make sure to check the campgrounds for availability before booking with us.

** We LOVE dogs! Dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Must be well behaved and put in a kennel if they are in the camper and you leave. Please wipe their paws before they enter and clean up after them. You are responsible for any damage.

Here’s my baby a spacious 23’ camper hybrid with two comfy queen pop outs, a convertible sleeper dinette, convertible couch, and a slide out making for a spacious living space. It’s very clean, and AC will freeze you out! Includes a TV, DVD, Bluetooth capable radio with indoor/outdoor speakers, sheets provided. It weighs 4,225lbs dry. No smoking. We ask that dogs do not be allowed to stay inside camper unattended. We love dogs, and want our guests to be able to travel with them. Please be respectful of the camper to ensure we can continue to allow dogs to stay with us.

**NO SMOKING inside or outside camper (if camper smells like smoke, or cigarette burns on outdoor furniture, we will have to charge a non-refundable fee of $100). Most campgrounds are non-smoking or have designated areas.

The Sea\Board Suite is situated on 2 acres of open and private property at the edge of the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. Guests will enjoy beautiful country and pond views from the large living area windows. Located 5 miles from Sandbridge Beach and 9 miles from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Boardwalk and Convention Center. This unique location puts you within an easy drive to all of Virginia Beach and surrounding area attractions.

The bedroom has two comfortable Twin XL beds that are typically combined into a King with plush topper. Up to two twin size fold-out beds can be placed main living area.

The outdoor patio features a deck and gazebo, fire pit, sitting table, gas and charcoal grills with an amazing view of the property and neighboring ponds. At The Sea\Board Country Suite you can enjoy wildlife and a break from your wild life!

The kitchen is well stocked with prep, cooking and eating essentials to accommodate either a short or long term stay. High speed Internet, cable TV, connected streaming sticks, linens, towels, paper products, cleaning/sanitizing supplies and games/toys for most ages (please consider your own for children under 2 years old). A clean booster chair and pack and play are available upon request.

The garage has been equipped with a hang-out area, dart board, card table as well as a washer, dryer and full size fridge/freezer. Beach equipment (towels, chairs, coolers, etc.) are included! Guests are also free to use the garage for covered parking or secure personal storage!

Pets will enjoy the well maintained property inside and out! There are extra bowls and leads available and we do request that visiting dogs remain on leash until they have become accustomed to the natural environment and chickens. The "Golden Girls" are well contained but free range for 1-2 hours each day.
