- "Absolutely Horrible – Do Not Stay Here This property should not be listed for rent. When we arrived, it looked abandoned—broken windows on the ground floor, no exterior lighting (very unsafe at night), and the key was difficult to retrieve from the lockbox. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a musty, stale odor that made the entire place feel like a haunted house. The ground-floor bathroom door literally fell off the hinges when opened. That bathroom also flooded, making it unusable. There was mold, rotting wood, no soap or towels provided, and we had to buy our own sheets because the ones provided were questionable. One of the beds on the first floor broke while we were there, and upon inspection, we found several loose screws clearly used to patch it together—a sign that this wasn’t the first time it had broken. The entire property is held together with quick fixes that eventually fall apart. We also encountered bed bugs, a cockroach, and cracks throughout the unit. Overall, this property is in extremely poor condition, and I would never recommend it to anyone."

You have a private room with a full-size bed, personal work-station, dresser, Smart TV, and closet. I rent 2 separate rooms which guests share a dedicated personal bathroom. Shared common areas include a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a large back yard w/ a swim spa, barbecue area with table and chairs.

You are renting a single room within a home. The home comes with dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry room. WIFI consists of high-speed fiber internet, a smart tv in each bedroom and one 85" smart tv in the living room.

Easy check in with keyless entry. However, you will also be provided with a key for added security.

5. The cancellation policy is available before booking. No exceptions will be made if the booking is on the non-refundable period. Airbnb offers a travel insurance policy during the booking period, offered by a 3rd party. We encourage you to get travel insurance for your trip.
6. Pets - only dogs are allowed, but please clean up after it. An additional $50 fee will apply if my cleaning service must pick up after the dog (feces, excessive hair, etc).

The space
Expect TINY! This may be your chance to find out whether tiny house living might suit you.

It is really just a bedroom, with a small adjoining bath. There is a fridge, a microwave, a very small sink and a little bit of cabinet space. There is a drop leaf contraption mounted on the wall that you raise up and use for your table. There is a nightstand with a few drawers, and a row of hooks on the wall behind the door to hang your clothes.

It is “tiny“ but we have had people stay for as much as a year. Works best when people are working long hours and just need a place to come home and sleep, bathe, eat and repeat. And maybe go home on the weekends.

Outside your door, you have the whole outdoors, with the beach just a block away. There are also multiple restaurants within a block.

Their is off two shared bathrooms with three males and one female. The other male has a private bathroom. The shared spaces is the kitchen area, laundry room, and two shared full bath and a half bathroom. The full bathroom is on the second floor. The second half bathroom is on the first floor. All are respectful and work full time. They keep to their selves with hectic work schedule. Three are government employees. One is a Manager working 6 days a week. And one works on base.
