Welcome to our charming cottage right across the street from the beach! This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Downstairs bedrooms include a queen and full bed. There is a very narrow spiral staircase leading to the second floor where there are 4 twin beds and a gaming area for your children to enjoy. We provide all linens and 8 beach towels and 8 bath towels.

We are pet friendly for a pet fee of $100. Please confirm when booking so that we can approve your pet. There is a park in walking distance for your children and pets as well as the beach directly across the street. Our front yard is fenced in but it does not have a gate on it. We do get beach burs in the grassy areas sometimes during the year. We try and eliminate them but they are common at the beach.

You will feel right at home in our kitchen and bathroom with all appliances including dishwasher, coffee maker, pots/pans and dishware.

We have on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles, and a tranquil shaded back yard complete with a grill and picnic table all across the street from the beautiful Chesapeake Bay and beach.

These will help you get started when you first arrive but you will need to bring additional supplies depending on the time you are renting including laundry detergent and toiletries.

-The hardwood flooring downstairs is original from the 50's. We had them sealed in 2022 but even after cleaning sand gets into the crevices. We do our best to clean the floor but it tends to still have sand from all the beach traffic on it even after cleaning. We mention this to be completely transparent so that if this would bother you then another beach home without original hardwood floors would be better for you. We don't want anyone unhappy and want to make sure we identify and communicate everything both positive and negative about our cottage.

-If you want a completely bug free experience for your vacation then a beach house is probably not the place to vacation. We employ a pest control company that comes several times per quarter and sprays outside and inside of home. Unfortunately bugs still get into our cottage and no matter how many times we have it sprayed some still come in between the treatments. We hate all bugs but cannot guarantee a bug free stay living at the beach. We would rather you choose a location that will guarantee no pests than to come to our cottage and be unhappy because of finding any types of pests as we can't treat any more frequently than we already do. Most of the time we don't have any but still on occasion they come back. We do not offer refunds because of pests.

The cottage interior was recently renovated including a new kitchen and floors. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig coffee machine for your morning coffee or tea to enjoy the sunrise over the water. There is a washer and dryer right in the sunroom for our guests' laundry. There is plenty of parking next to the cottage. We have recently had the back porch closed in with new big sliding windows around. Our guests now can still enjoy the beautiful water view during colder months from the new beautiful sunroom. Providing a great service to our guests is our main goal. We have been working hard on making the place nicer and nicer, improving service to make our guests’ stays more memorable, and always being available to help our guests with any concerns or questions. The cottage is just 5 miles from downtown Norfolk and within walking distance of the Ingleside light rail stop where you can get an all day pass for $4.50 including use of the 10 minutes ferry to Portsmouth, another city right cross from downtown Norfolk on the other side of the river.

Welcome to our Rustic Beach Front Apartment. This unique space has been carved out of the basement of our 100+ year old beach cottage. We've recreated this unique space into a bright, clean, comfortable and cheerful little unit where you can create wonderful family memories.

I think it is the best location in Ocean View - the beaches, although not quite private, are fantastic! We are situated directly on the water, just walk out your door down the sandy path and you are right on the beach of the beautiful Chesapeake Bay!

The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, full size gas stove/oven, and all the essentials for meals.

It consists of 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath and is accurately described as a basement apartment, inside a beautiful rustic beach cottage. It has it's own private entrance and parking. The windows are the smaller casement style, that contain 3 air conditioning units.

You must be able to step down into the unit by descending 3 stairs. Beware, if you are over 6' tall - no jumping allowed!! - there are radiator pipes running along the ceilings that are typical of this type of basement apartment.

If you are tall, bring a hardhat!!

Our lovely little Bungalow was built in 1923 and has been upgraded with all the modern conveniences needed to enjoy a wonderful family beach vacation.

We are nestled directly on the beach of the Chesapeake Bay. We have fantastic views of the beach from the decks and the upstairs. We are beach front and your backyard is the beautiful sandy beaches of the Chesapeake Bay.

Mermaid's has central heat and air. We have a dual zone system for both upstairs and down.

*Hot tub guidelines*
- Do not use glassware near the hot tub (plastic cups are available).
- Limit soaking to 15–30 minutes to avoid overheating, and stay hydrated.
- Avoid alcohol and drugs while using the hot tub.
- Dogs are not allowed in the hot tub, nor are children under 5 years old. All children should be supervised at all times.
- If you’re pregnant or have medical conditions (heart disease, high blood pressure, etc) please consult a doctor before use.
- If the hot tub is unusable during your stay, a max refund of 25% per night will be issued to you.
- Non-chlorine shock will be provided. If you use the hot tub, adding one (1) bottle of shock per day helps keep the water in its best condition between our visits. After adding the shock, please turn on the jets and wait at least 30 minutes before using the tub again. Please DO NOT add anything other than the shock that we’ve provided. No chlorine, soap, bubbles, oils, etc. These can cause dangerous chemical reactions that could harm you and damage the hot tub.

This quaint Two Bedroom unit has a Queen Bed in the main bedroom and a twin bed in the little bedroom. It is perfect for the budget conscious group who needs a minimum of space, but still wants to be right on the Beach.

You must walk up a full flight of stairs to get there. (please see the pictures) The Beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach is just out your door and down the steps!

If you love angled ceilings and antique fixtures then you will love our little Rooftop Apartment. It is Rustic and an occasional draft can be felt as the Bay winds blow through the older windows that show a little age!

We have a second bedroom with a twin bed that is colorful and cozy!! Definitely a unique little place for the kids.

The Shower/Bath is another unique angled space that could prove difficult if you are very tall.

All linens are provided, the furniture is Cozy and Comfortable. The unit is colorfully painted, decorated beautifully (In our humble opinion). We have a large Smart TV for your Netflix Binges and plenty of off street parking.

This is a unique unit that was carved out of the attic of our 100 year old Rustic Beach Cottage. It will be a cozy stay - Romantic for the two of you and very cozy if more!

Enjoy the Rustic Nature of this older apartment knowing that the beach is right around the corner. This house sits just behind the dunes - almost on the Beach! This apartment is an older restoration, so I want to temper your expectations. If you are expecting a modern or perfect apartment, this may not fit the bill or be for you. We are proud of our little apartment that was built out of the attic space so many years ago. It is clean and comfortable and with the location and proximity to the beach, it is a great value!

Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 115 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.

Parking is right in front of your door, just off of Ocean View Ave. We are close enough to the beach that occasionally we can hear the waves, but the dune blocks our view. The walk to the beach is less than one minute if you hurry and there are no streets to cross.

The bathroom has a stand up shower and is fully tiled. We have a small back deck which is a perfect place for outdoor dining and just relaxing in the shade.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots/pans, cups and glasses and will allow for cooking family meals. The dining area will be shared with the living room and is a bit small, but functional.

There is a sandy lot next door to us that is perfect for walking your dogs and or additional parking.

Smoking is not allowed inside, however we are perfectly fine with it outside on the deck or porch.

To us, this was great because we could go to Jamestown, Williamsburg, and Yorktown one day then pop over to Virginia Beach another. It is not busy and bustling, and there isn't a ton of local shopping or restauarants. Exactly what we wanted though.That said, if you're staying here, go to Coasters Coffee. Excellent coffee.Bottom line - we loved it. We rarely repeat stay at places because we like to go to different locations, but this one may be an exception. It's that good."

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, about 1000 square feet, located about

75 feet from the beach and within close walking distance of a fishing pier and

seasonal rooftop bar and grill. It has 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, and a

queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a 50” smart TV in the living room

as well as the larger bedroom and all basic necessities are provided. Air

conditioning is provided by newer window units, and the heating is electric,

with thermostat controlled infrared heaters in each room. Kitchen has basic

cookware and silverware along with a coffee maker, keurig machine, ice maker,

toaster, microwave, stove, and oven. Also provided is a washing machine and

dryer.

This 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom 1500 square foot house sits directly on the beach

The first picture is the view from the back porch of the house. It is a 100

year old house that has recently undergone renovations including new floors,

cabinetry, bathroom, brand new window AC/heat units, and appliances, including

an arcade machine with hundreds of games including Pac-Man and Galaga.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, smart TV, chair and desk. Bedroom 2 has 3 twin

sized beds (1 bunk and 1 single). There is a pull out couch in the living room

if you need extra sleeping arrangements (no linens provided for that). I

recommend no more than 5 guests but will allow larger groups. The kitchen is

stocked with basic cookware and utensils, coffee maker, keurig machine, and

ice maker. There is a washing machine and a clothesline outside but no dryer.

This house is mostly handicap accessible with no stairs throughout, and back

door access without stairs. There is an electronic keypad for entry at any

time (no physical key provided).

- "Enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach for our dogs to enjoy with us! Stayed cool with the a/c units to our surprise. Unfortunately the a/c unit slides were not secure which allowed flies entry. Wooden blinds would be a better option with a/c units instead of curtains for privacy at night but daylight during the day. Overall expectations were met. Video game was enjoyed by all. Come stay in our "almost" beach front little cottage.

We are beach side with just a few steps to the brand new beach access

boardwalk. There are no streets to cross and the walk to the beach is just few

sips of coffee away.

This is an older home in very close proximity to the beach; ideal for the

beach-lover looking for a cost-friendly option to vacation or travel with a

longer term stay.

This little beach cottage is one of the last remaining beach boxes built

during the 1940's. As such, there are vintage-touches still in place.

Sandy Mutts has many of the original features such as tiled bathroom and

electric baseboard heating system. There have been some upgrades which include

the window AC unit, fresh paint throughout both inside and out. If you are

looking for modern perfection, this may not be for you. Our pictures are

accurate and show the home as it is. We have tried to make it a cute,

comfortable and an economical place for small families or couples to enjoy our

beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beaches.

There is a brand new beach access boardwalk and stairway that will allow for

easy access to the beach. Parking is right next to your front door, just off

of East Ocean View Ave. We are close enough to the beach that occasionally we

can hear the waves, but the dune blocks our view. The walk to the beach is

less than one minute and there are no streets to cross.

The full bathroom has a combination Shower/Tub. We have a small back deck

which is a perfect place for outdoor dining and just relaxing in the shade.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silver, pots/pans, cups and glasses

and will allow for cooking family meals. We have a dining table that sits

four.

There is a sandy lot next door to us that is perfect for walking your dogs.

Smoking is not allowed inside, however we are perfectly fine with it outside

on the deck or porch.

This is a family enterprise and as such we are happy to offer our home to

families and smaller groups that are traveling or seeking to enjoy our

beautiful beaches. No parties are allowed or tolerated. We do have neighbors

close by and everyone is entitled (by law) to the "quiet enjoyment" of their

homes - including you as our guest. Please respect your neighbors. Any parties

will be immediately shut down and evicted with the full forfeiture of all

monies paid as well as the security deposit.

I hope you enjoy your stay in this quiet neighborhood only 3 blocks from the beach!! The house is very cozy with a lot of amenities to include an out door shower to rinse off from the beach. This house was built in 1952 and was completely remodeled inside and out in 2019. The carpets were replaced in September 2024. It's an easy commute to Naval station Norfolk, and JEB Little Creek base.

The space
There are plenty of cooking supplies available as well as a list of restaurants in the area that I have put together in the welcome binder. I am a foodie so I hope my suggestions are worth your while!

In the beach shed there will be a beach cart with toys, camping chairs, and a cooler to tug to the beach. Beach towels will be stored in the guest room at the top of the closet,

I do have a fire pit in the privately fenced in back yard. Neighbor is VERY sensitive to noise being in such a small spot so please respect them and the cities noise curfew of 10pm. Only firewood is allowed in the fire pit.

Over the years I’ve gathered a small handful of workout equipment for my garage. Nothing fancy at all. Equipment use is at your own risk!!

The master bedroom has a Roku TV and the living room an Apple TV.

There’s an Echo spot Alexa in the kitchen. Other than the usual Alexa question/weather/music functions it is connected to living room and master bedroom lamps.

There is an old charcoal grill and electric smoker in the garage. Wood chips/charcoal are not provided.

I swapped my regular toilet seat for one with a bidet attachment along with a squatty potty so you can use the bathroom like a royal!! Bidet does not have a water heater so the water gets very cold in the winter 👀.

I have 3 outdoor cameras. One ring doorbell, one ring/light overlooking the driveway, and an Amazon/solar powered one overlooking the left side/center of the backyard. These are for security purposes only!! I value my privacy and everyone else’s. No cameras inside. There are sound alarms at each window that have an individual switch on them you can hit to arm or turn off, whatever you prefer.

Upon checking in guest will have a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. There is a roomba plugged in under the master bedroom. Limited cleaning supplies will also be provided.

Fridge and freezer will be completely emptied between guests stays. Upon check in there will be a limited supply of oil, salt, and pepper.

I consider myself a very easy going person! Please reach out if you want more specifics on anything about the house/supplies. I am currently traveling so if there’s anything broken or not functioning as advertised please please please let me know. I will either get it replaced or I’ll remove it from the listing for future guests.

NOTE: By booking my home you are considered a guest and guest only during your stay. This shall not be considered any guests primary residence at any point during the duration of the stay.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house, 1 car garage and small beach shed attached to the back of the house.

There is also a printer, art supply box, and sewing machine guest can use located at the top of the master bedroom closet. I just ask that the printer, art box, and sewing machine be left in the same condition it was found upon check out. No guarantee there will be ink, paper, paint or thread left from previous guest usage.

Other things to note
Trash days are every Wednesday with recycling every other Wednesday. They come early sometimes so I recommend putting the bins out the night before!

The plant foliage around parts of the property varies. The Bermuda grass will have a scheduled cut every two-ish weeks in the late spring/summer. The rest of the year the grass is dormant and doesn’t need mowing. The flower beds will be something I’ll take care of in between guest stays. I will reach out to coordinate yard work for whatever works best for you if it is necessary to upkeep during a longer booking.

I’ve planted rosemary in the front garden bins. Feel free to trim some off if you’d like!

We are on the Beach. Look at the Chesapeake Bay from the elevated veranda and living room from this second floor loft vacation rental. Our private wood walkways lead you from this rental to our beach. 100 year old duplex Cottage with large deck & Bay Views. Fully restored, modern & newly appointed. The space
This is the second floor guest rental of our Beach Cottage Duplex. Each of the two rentals have separate and private entrances and there is no shared interior space

The vacation rental features Bay views from the main living area and a private 400 square foot veranda with views of the Chesapeake Bay. Beach access is provided through our private wooden walkway.

We are on the beach but unlike other rentals in our area we have also planned for your stay rather than to just provide an accommodation with little to do other than sit on a beach or splash in the water. For your use we feature quite a few free amenities for your use

Every rental in our neighborhood is either on the beach or the Chesapeake Bay is nearby. We are on the beach too but we are also different. We have planned for you to have a fun-filled stay by providing you with quite a few amenities to better enjoy our property, the beach and the Chesapeake Bay. For you enjoyment we have added extensive outdoor seating areas, well kept grounds with professional landscaping, 2-outdoor showers, swings, water fountain of Poseidon with seating areas, beachfront pergola with 6-person hot tub, beachfront grilling area with shower, sink with running water and more seating. Also featured is a beachfront Hot Tub, and giantJenga. Beach Umbrellas & chair, Bocce Ball Court, Horseshoe Pit, and corn hole are also available for your use. Also provided free of charge are kayaks for our guests. Liability waiver forms are uploaded to our guests upon request and the guests upload them back to us once completed

The property is located on the far side of the site. The Chesapeake Bay and its beaches are located about 50-feet over our private decked walkways. The rental is a 1,000 square foot, second floor, 2-bedroom guest rental. It features a large veranda with partial views of the Chesapeake Bay

Also included are ceiling fans, central heat and air, full kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms with king bed, a sofa that pulls out into a comfortable sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, and three large screen smart TV's (you are able to use your subscription such as Netflix, Amazon Prime and other applications on these televisions). Professionally decorated with washer/dryer.

Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 100 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage.

The Beach Cottage was originally constructed in approximately 1920 as a cottage on dune line along the beach in Willoughby Spit. We meticulously restored and modernize this historic bay-side cottage. It is now a duplex. There is a ground floor unit that has 2-bedrooms/1-bath, wrap around porch and large outdoor deck. The second floor is also a 2-bedroom/1-bath unit that has bay views and a large veranda that also features bay views. The bathroom features a tub with shower

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside of the property but we have cigarette buckets along the exterior as smoking is permitted outdoors. Maximum setting for Air Conditioning is 71-degrees. Maximum heat setting is 76 degrees

You will be charged a 1-time housekeeping fee to have the place cleaned after you check-out. This fee remains the same for you if you stay with us for 1 day or 30. You will not be charged anything more for housekeeping if you extend your stay. By increasing the number of nights that you stay you are reducing your cost per night by spreading the housekeeping fee over more nights

A parking permit will be issued at check-in. It must be hung on the rear view mirror at all times while on the property . We can only accommodate parking only to our registered guests. Visitors must park off-site. We cannot accommodate boats, trailers or RV's. If you bring them they must be parked off-site.

At times we can accommodate up to 2 vehicles for one of our 5 rentals. If you will be bringing more than a vehicle please let us know at the time of reservation so we can make arrangements.

The property is identified with a ground mounted wooden sign that has the property name, Poseidon. Given our nautical nature and waterfront location our driveways are marked with red and green lights which makes us easy to navigate to at night. Turn onto our driveway with the red light which is next to the lighted Poseidon sign

Proximate to I-64 Interchange. Centrally located in Region. We are a 1 hour drive to Colonial Williamsburg/Busch Gardens, 30 minutes to the Virginia Beach Resort, 15 minutes to Norfolk International Airport/Downtown Norfolk/EVMS/NSU/, and less than 10 minutes to Norfolk Naval Base, Old Dominion University, Hampton University, Veterans Hospital, and Little Creek Amphibious Base. Public transportation is limited.

We have created a beachfront vacation spot where you can soak in a hot tub, enjoy views of the Chesapeake Bay, sit on the sand with our good quality umbrellas and chairs, play Bocce Ball on our court, toss horse shows at the on-site horse shoe pit, build a tall structure with Jenga, and relax at the many seating areas whether it is on our various decks or next to our water fountain of Poseidon. Catch fish and crabs from our beach and use our beachfront outdoor recreational kitchen to cook them.

The Loft Cottage is part of our 5-unit beach resort that we operate from the property. All outdoor amenities are shared between the guests

The Loft Cottage is on the other side of our bayfront lot. It is closer to the street than the other cottages on the property. There is some vehicular traffic along the street that passes the property. For light sleepers that have zero tolerance for any noise we have 4 other cottages on the property that may be better suited for them

Our neighborhood is located on the shores of the historic Chesapeake Bay. Step onto our beach and you will see that we are the perfect spot for sunrises/sunsets, fishing/crabbing, sunbathing, grilling & hot tubbing. The rental isnt on the beach-side of the property so walk around the building to the beach which is only 30 feet away.

The space
Shared property amenities include private landscaped yard with court side deck, beachfront deck, beachfront gazebo, 6-person hot tub, court side patio with patio furniture, outdoor beach shower, decked pathways to beach, sitting area around fountain sculpture of Poseidon, and outdoor recreational kitchen that is perfect for bar-b-que's and fish cleaning. The Carriage House is a part of a 5-unit beach resort property that we operate.

A carriage house on the beach in Norfolk? This property was constructed in the early 1900's and yes it is a structure that formerly housed horses, carts, and row boats. At 600 square feet the structure is now much smaller than it was at that time. It is now a 1-bedroom Carriage House that features 14-foot tall vaulted ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, wood floors, upscale appliances that also includes a vent/microwave, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, loft areas for storage and is well appointed. Also provided is a private deck that overlooks the professionally landscaped courtyard . Also included is a king-size bed in the bedroom, 2 large smart TV's (you are able to use your subscriptions such as Netflix, Amazon etc on these televisions). The bathroom features a tub with shower

The Poseidon property is bayfront and the Carriage House overlooks the court-yard. The beach and Bay are located about 30-feet away and access is provided along private decked walkways that are shared by the property's guests. This cottage is part of a 5-cottage resort

The Poseidon was originally constructed in approximately 1911 as a cottage on dune line along the beach in Willoughby Spit. Between 2009 and 2012 over a half million dollars was spent to meticulously restore and modernize this historic bay front cottage. It now features a carriage house, a courtyard guest rental, and a beach front guest rental

This house has seen a great deal of history and has been a part of sea-trade along the Chesapeake Bay since the early 1900's. Not only has this home experienced its share of activity along the bay over the past 110 years but the neighborhood was created by The Great Coastal Hurricane on August 22, 1806. A few blocks from the Poseidon is the spot where President Abraham Lincoln came ashore to plan the Battle of Norfolk during the Civil War. From our front yard we still see commercial and naval ships as well as commercial watermen plying the historic Chesapeake Bay and still hear fog horns from these vessels.

Located 3-blocks from I-64, less than 5-minutes to the Willoughby Marina District, Ocean View Fishing Pier Ocean View Golf course, Norfolk Naval Base, and 10 minutes from Norfolk International Airport, NIT, ODU and Little Creek Base. Downtown Norfolk, Downtown Hampton, EVMS, and NSU are located less than 15-minutes away

The space
This waterfront 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage sits on the cozy sands of Ocean View Beach. The house has two bedrooms and sleeps four guests, one with a Queen memory foam mattress, the other with a Full foam top mattress. Both with bedding and pillows for your comfort. Closets for luggage in each bedroom.

A large lower deck area has room for several people to layout/hangout with direct sunlight during the day and shade in the afternoons great for outdoor dining and relaxation. The upper deck area (extension of sand dune) is a great spot to lay out and view the water while still being a few feet from home base. There are no commercial buildings near by, which allows guests an ample amount of privacy.

Several restaurants and gas stations are within walking distance, and the grocery stores are only a short drive away for your convenience Guests have a grill at their disposal on the back deck (gas included).

No pets please.

The owner lives nearby. Guests will always have a very accommodating experience.

Both lower deck areas directly behind and to the side of the cottage, and upper deck area are accessible to Cottage guests.

The beach is always welcoming just steps away from the back door.

The perfect location only steps away from the beach! Private beach access on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay located next to the Ocean View Fishing Pier. This is a recently acquired historic property that is still being improved and will become progressively nicer over the summer.

The space
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, about 1000 square feet, located about 75 feet from the beach and within close walking distance of a fishing pier and seasonal rooftop bar and grill. It has 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a 50” smart TV in the living room as well as the larger bedroom and all basic necessities are provided. Air conditioning is provided by newer window units, and the heating is electric, with thermostat controlled infrared heaters in each room. Kitchen has basic cookware and silverware along with a coffee maker, keurig machine, ice maker, toaster, microwave, stove, and oven. Also provided is a washing machine and dryer.

Pet fee: $100 per stay, only quiet and trained animals are allowed.

No parties or events, guest will be asked to leave if police noise complaint is made.

This 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom 1500 square foot house sits directly on the beach and only steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier and Rooftop Bar and Grill, and is conveniently located near Downtown Norfolk, Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Chic's Beach, Old Dominion University, Christopher Newport University, the Navy and Air Force bases, and many other attractions!

The space
There is WiFi, a brand new 50" Smart TV in the living room, 40" smart TVs in each bedroom, memory foam mattresses, 4 window AC units to keep the house very cool, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor furniture and seating area, a fishing kayak and paddleboard upon request, and everything you need for the perfect vacation!
The first picture is the view from the back porch of the house. It is a 100 year old house that has recently undergone renovations including new floors, cabinetry, bathroom, brand new window AC/heat units, and appliances, including an arcade machine with hundreds of games including Pac-Man and Galaga.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, smart TV, chair and desk. Bedroom 2 has 3 twin sized beds (1 bunk and 1 single). There is a pull out couch in the living room if you need extra sleeping arrangements (no linens provided for that). I recommend no more than 5 guests but will allow larger groups. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and utensils, coffee maker, keurig machine, and ice maker. There is a washing machine and a clothesline outside but no dryer. This house is mostly handicap accessible with no stairs throughout, and back door access without stairs. There is an electronic keypad for entry at any time (no physical key provided).
