The house is best reached by parking on 7th St. east of Bay Avenue. You will be able to park in one of the green spaces at the end of 7th street and must display the parking pass (which can be found on the small table right where you enter the house). Once parked, proceed to the bay front board walk and walk approximately 100 yards to 9125 Atlantic Avenue, Wit's End. Proceed to side entry second door with the entry key pad and enter entry code. Welcome!

- "Wonderful weekend with friends and family, plenty to do in Chesapeake Beach and really beautiful views from the home. The property is in an excellent location, and parking was easy although I imagine it might get tough for more than one car to find close parking during the summer months. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. (Many are literally steps away) The home has everything you need, and the couches were really comfortable! Overall the property could probably use a little TLC. Nothing that would prevent you from having a clean, comfortable stay, but worth noting. We would stay again, even with the minor things that might benefit from some fixing up."

The space
Welcome to our one-bedroom cozy cottage complete with large living room, small sunny sitting room, office, and more bay views than you can count! You'll love the hardwood floors throughout, as well as how the generous windows and high ceilings make this space light and bright.

When entering our home, you'll find the small sun-filled sitting room, which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Three chairs and a cozy rug make this a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view out the front windows.

Our large living room space is complete with a couch, loveseat, and oversized chair. Plenty of pillows and blankets make it a great place to get comfy. The television has a built-in DVD player as well as streaming services including Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Netflix. We've stocked the cabinets with board games and books for a lazy day at home. Since our home is over 100 years old, our fireplace is for decorative use only.

The kitchen and dining nook are well stocked for all your food prep needs. You'll find ample dishes, glassware, barware, and all the necessary pots and pans. The cabinets have plenty of space to stock your grocery supplies. Features include a full-sized refrigerator, oven and cooktop, and microwave. Our coffee bar has a brand new Keurig machine, and in the cabinets, you'll find a toaster, waffle iron, and handheld mixer. The dining table seats four and is another favorite place to enjoy the bay views.

The large bedroom has a queen-sized Tempur-pedic mattress and upgraded Brooklinen bedding. We've made sure to tuck away extra blankets for those chilly nights. The room darkening curtains provide the perfect sleeping environment and all the privacy you could need. You'll find plenty of storage for your own items. The television has streaming access to Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

In the well-stocked bathroom you'll find a marble-topped vanity with all the space you need for your personal items and a generous stack of towels. The Grecian soaking tub is extra deep but not as long as a standard tub, making it a lovely place to unwind; or enjoy the shower with dual heads including a rainshower overhead.

At the back of our home, you'll find the office complete with two desks and a cozy chair. This is a great space to work from home. In the closet, you'll find a twin-sized foldaway bed, extra bedding, and pillows. Allowing you to set up an extra sleeping space if needed.

The laundry closet is located off of the hallway and features a full-sized washer and dryer.

The outdoor spaces of our cottage are the real star. You can access the back deck from both the bedroom and office space. The deck leads to multiple patio areas, with a dining area and a covered seating area. I'm sure you will love taking in the views of the bay and relaxing in this peaceful space. We're the second home from the water, so we have a lovely view from both the front and back yards, but you can also access the community green space that runs along the bay. This wide, grassy walkway allows you to walk along the bay, or you can carry down the outdoor chairs and sit along the water right at the end of our street.

This space is perfect for solo travelers and couples looking for a getaway.

Escape to Osprey Cottage, a renovated oasis overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Our home is a 1930s bungalow that has been tastefully updated with modern sensibility, while still preserving its original charm. Streamlined decor, gleaming wood floors, and stunning views from the common spaces, deck, and hot tub invite you to simply relax.

The house has 2 bedrooms (1 King bed and 1 Queen bed) and a sleeper sofa (Double bed). We also provide an inflatable twin mattress in case it is needed.

Welcome to Club Carp North Beach. A charming and cozy cottage just 3 blocks to the Boardwalk/Beach. Renovated throughout with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Perfect place for a relaxing, family vacation! This kid-friendly home has a large fenced side yard with swing set, play area for the kiddos, and lots of extra amenities with families in mind. Comfortable outdoor dining area with fire pit and gas grill. Just steps to restaurants, shopping, and bars.

The space
Modern and cozy vibe! Enjoy everything North Beach has to offer or just hang out inside and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the city! Desk/vanity added to the third bedroom for a quiet and private work space with great Wifi. We cut the cord, but we have a Roof HD antenna for local channels and plenty of streaming options on our Roku TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc...).

**We have a strict no parties rule! This is a residential neighborhood - quiet hours after 10 p.m. must be followed and is strictly enforced.**

Almost all that North Beach has to offer is within walking distance to the house, once you park your car you might not need it again! The house has a driveway that will fit two cars, and there's usually plenty of street parking.

Other things to note
We have beach passes for you! The house has two passes and each pass is good for 4 guests. These passes are irreplaceable, so we ask that you are very careful with them and return them to the hook when you are done with them. Beach passes are not needed in the winter. Please check for beach opening/closing and rules on North Beach’s website. More info is in our House Guidebook!

We provide a ton of beach necessities - beach chairs, a wagon to haul your stuff, a beach umbrella, and games/beach toys. All of it is in the blue shed by the swing set, we just ask that you clean it up and return it where you found it before you check out!

There is a great playground for the kids (pictured) only about a block away at the North Beach community center.

Bell Estates features some of the highest quality appliances to include stainless steel refrigerator, stove, washer [***WASHER IS UNAVAILABLE JUNE/JULY/AUGUST 2025***] and dryer (laundry pods and dryer sheets included with stay), Keurig coffee maker (coffee pods included with stay) and state of the art hot water heater so a family will never have to worry about showers running cold. Each stay with us comes with a continental breakfast, which includes coffee, danish, muffins, and assorted cereal. Located on a corner lot, our home is a short 5 min walk to popular local restaurants, antique shops, farmers market, winery, ice cream shop, Water Park, Casino and the North Beach boardwalk.

Bell Estates offers a beach pass to summer guests upon request at least 24 hours prior to your stay. This pass gives beach entry for up to 5 guests and you will be responsible for keeping the pass safe during your stay. A $520 fee will be assessed to any guest who misplaces the beach pass. To help offset any additional costs, Bell Estates also provides beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Please note that there is a $50 per item fee for any lost or damaged items.

Staying at our home gives you access to walk along the bay on the Holland Point trail. Enjoy 3 complementary parking spots in our private driveway. Ride your bike or enjoy walking through the neighborhood to and through town or the boardwalk.

Other things to note
At time of booking guests can request to have access to a fire pit for an additional fee of $50 for the entirety of your stay (fee covers fire pit rental and safety set up; wood will be included). All guests will have access to Adirondack chairs, LED lit umbrella and Tiki Torches (fuel for torches is an additional fee). Inquire at booking for all additional rentals. The property is also sprayed for insects, including mosquitoes, to ensure your outdoor experience is uninterrupted.

Rules for Fire Pit Use:
1. Never leave the Fire pit alone
2. Please only use Fire Pit in designated area and be sure to put fire completely out utilizing water.
3. Please keep a safe distance away from Fire pit
4. Please Douse the fire with water when done with use
5. Be sure the Fire is completely out before Leaving the Fire pit
6. Please keep children at a safe distance from Fire Pit

NOTE: For your safety, guests must receive permission from owner to use fire pit. Not receiving permission will result in $150 fine. Please only use Fire Pit in designated area and be sure to put fire completely out utilizing water. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $300 fine.

Rules for Tiki Torch Use:
1. Each Tiki Torch is full of fluid. When lighting please keep a safe distance away
2. When done, please place the attached tops onto the flame and ensure that each flame is out prior to leaving the area

NOTE: Failure to follow any of the above rules will result in a minimum $100 fine.


NOTE: There will be a fee of up to $400 charged for smoking inside the residence and/or persistent odor of smoke. In addition, there will be an early check-in fee starting at $100 and late check-out fee starting at $100 added and will accumulate at a rate of $50 for every hour prior to 3:00pm and after 10:00am (after the initial hour) for guests who do not adhere to the 3:00 pm check-in & 10:00am check-out time and do not have at least 24 hours advance approval by the owner. By accepting your booking you agree to pay a mandatory $100 fee per person for any additional guests over 6 guests, with a maximum of 8 guests allowed at any time. Any missing or destroyed towel or linen is subject to an additional $50 fee per item.

Lastly, please no parking on the grass. Please park in the driveway only as there is a two way street at the home. There is a 3 car maximum at the home only. Violation of this rule will be subject to a $100 per vehicle fee.
