Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July!

During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating.

Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!

- "We were in town for a work conference at the Hershey Lodge and were lucky to find this gem. The hosts honestly thought of everything! It felt like home with amenities, big and small. The cozy interior was so clean, and each bedroom had a thermostat for custom heating and cooling, wireless phone charging alarm clocks, comfy beds, and smart TVs. The bathrooms were equipped with dreamy showers and the softest towels. The kitchen was also fully equipped all the way down to the little things! The appliances were all new, and the fridge had a built-in filtered water pitcher. The cabinets were stocked with dining wear, appliances, and any utensils you could think of. There were even extra charging cords, tape, etc. The internet connection was perfect and we spent evenings watching movies, listening to music, and, best of all - enjoying the fenced-in backyard patio! The gas fire pit was easy to use and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The location was also perfect. Sheetz was in walking distance and the perfect shopping plaza for food and drink was right near by as well. We came for work, but all expressed wanting to come back with our families and hopefully for next year’s conference as well! Thank you for all you did to make this cottage what it is, perfect!"

- "The place was recently renovated. Many great restaurants within walking distance. There's 1 full bathroom on the 1st floor. Beds could be a bit more comfortable and could use more seating in living room. Overall, place was quiet, clean, and convenient. Would recommend for a quick trip to Hershey."
